This hospital is one of the worst in the city, and I had a terrible experience. The management, specifically the trustees, need to address these issues. The token system for seeing the chief doctor is also extremely unsatisfactory. I suggest not wasting your valuable time with this hospital, as their priority seems to be solely making money rather than providing proper patient care. The staff is rude and didn't even review the reports. I strongly discourage visiting this hospital at any point in your life.

One of the greatest doctors is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the hospital. The doctor has gone through everything in depth and clarified a lot of things. Another benefit for this superb service is the hospital staff. They will look after Mom and Baby with great care and hospitality. We were there for 5 days, and the doctor came over every day to check on our health. It seemed like a safe haven for the infant. The hospital comes highly recommended.

Like many others, I'm also very dissatisfied with the Ramakrishna Hospital Outpatient Token System mainly for visiting Neurology Department Mr. Asokan sir. Waiting time is too long and I don't think Token System is strictly followed here. He is a talented doctor but too many patients to attend which makes him not being attentive towards outpatients.

Had comfortable OPD consultation. Hospital is neat and clean, entrance help desk staff are very helpful and both the doctor's Nursing assistant are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms in the hospital are too old & not well maintained. We took a Deluxe room but the room was such a dirty one & washrooms were also not appealing at all , very old closets which was too ugly to use. The price is too high for a day it’s nearly 4k+ per day but it’s not at all worth. A tristar hotel with this price will have good facilities than a hospital which needs utmost care & hygiene. It may be a deluxe room but it became too old & not renovated since it was built, so kindly charge the room according to the condition of the room rather size of the room.

Worst experience in pharmacy. For one medicine I waited for more than 30 min. So many billing counter are there but no one is working. Already faced this issue.. people inside the pharmacy is just standing group and walking here and there. There is no use of many workers for this thing. Due to a food infection, my father was admitted last week and he was unable to sleep at all for 3 nights. I would especially like to thank the nurse who was on duty for her kindness and humbleness. Recently my baby is admitted for heart treatment for closing pda. The faculties are very good . But due to fever we unable to proceed the surgery still we waited for her recover so we postponed the surgery but they return our amount. Really very nice hospitality. Our only draw back is food for baby. They didn't allowed outside food to the hospital our baby is only 18 month she only adopted to homemade food without spicy.
