I
never
went
to
gym
before.
Mostly
felt
comfortable
with
home
workouts,
but
it's
been
2
weeks
of
continuous
effort
from
my
side
to
hit
gym
daily.
This
is
primarily
due
to
the
personal
care
and
good
communication
the
trainers
had
towards
me.
Even
though
I
haven't
taken
PT,
even
the
basic
meal
plan
+
daily
workout
routine
guides
+
Whatsapp
group
to
motivate
our
intake
of
food
is
provided.
They
categorized
the
gym
as
first
floor
for
cycling,
vfx,
treadmill,
shoulder
workouts
etc
for
starters
and
once
they
know
they
allign
you
to
the
daily
workout
routines
they
take
you
to
the
ground
floor
where
eventually
weight
lifting
is
exponentially
increased
with
personal
guidance.
Feeling
more
healthy,
stronger,
fresh
and
enthusiastic
in
just
a
2
weeks
time
and
gives
me
enthusiasm
to
hit
gym
daily.
Also,
Sunday
they
mostly
have
Cross
fit
which
is
also
guided
by
a
personal
trainer
and
it's
really
awesome
with
the
variance
they
provide
in
terms
of
doing
the
cross
fit.
As
per
the
facilitation
its
really
wholesome.
As
per
your
food
preference
I
am
vegetarian
and
still
according
to
my
strength
and
stamina
the
personal
trainer
is
cooperative
towards
helping
me
maintain
consistency
in
the
daily
workout
routines.
It's
a
good
place
to
start
if
you
are
a
beginner
and
I
don't
say
there
are
other
good
gym
in
coimbatore.
I
personally
love
the
environment
feels
like
home
with
proper
space
and
nice
motivational
quotes
kept
in
every
place
where
you
would
feel
like
giving
up,
there
is
a
constant
reminder
through
the
walls
nearby
and
the
trainers
to
not
give
up.
With
the
experience
I
am
having,
I
wish
to
continue
further
in
the
gym.
Currently
taken
3
months
plan,
because
I
was
doubting
my
commitment
towards
the
place
and
I
feel
it's
worth
a
try
now
after
this
personalized
support
they
provide.
