They don't even deserve this one star. Most pathetic bus service. Had to board the bus @2:45, they came at 3:45 and to add to this , the bus didn't stop at the boarding location. Despite of calling driver several times, his phone was switched off. Spoke to the bus agency, after which they "tried" to resolve the issue for half an hour . Final conclusion was to refund the amount which I didn't receive it till now. The agency was worried about getting poor rating. So happy to see it already has so many negative rating. Stupid service. Sincere advice to all...Please please, don't travel in this bus. You will lose your money and patience with these set of people.

Good driver.But the bus is very old with dirty seats and seat covers.Fortunately the tyres were not punctured during travel.The driver checked all tyres three times during 9 hours travel.Not recommended bus service

My real rating is minus ten (-10) I request Google to give us the provision to give negative rating, Even zero will do no justice. I traveled with my wife from Chennai to Trichy. My booked seat was broken I informed the attender (who is well drunk). He promised to transfer the seat to new bus which was trailing behind us and mentioned that I will be getting the middle seat . He stopped near Tambaram and pointed the next bus and flew away. This new(not new just another) bus is my second nightmare. Only last seat was available and that too without push back. Staffs are really irritating with the way they speak. Never ever board this bus even if they give the ticket for free. I don't scold them only because even the ugliest word I know appears to be appreciating their work.

I travelled in this bus, which i booked was an AC bus but the bus came was NonAC . Didn't repay the money too. It was not punctual also. worst experience ever

Whether i can give less than 1 star? This bus is not even capable for getting 1 star. If you need to be safe and get an call when bus arrives. Never book this bus. They might lead you in a situation where you might have booked the bus - When you try to call all the global numbers available, it will be not reachable. you will be standing on road like an orphan

Some of the worst travel you might have experienced, if not please get experienced by travelling here. Travel anywhere, say example if you are going to chennai from coimbatore and there are a about 15 seats available the operator will go anywhere to fetch those 15 people and dumb them inside, anywhere to say so he’ll go metupalayam or even ooty fetch one passenger that much relationship these fellows maintain HATS OFF. They never care about departure and arrival times, I boarded by 8 PM and got down around 11 AM, That too on a monday morning and Im really not a monday person to start my week. That was the First and last journey with these guys LASSSTTT ! The price that they post for a non A/C Seater 1099 Damn ! Its common on vacations not on weekdays.

I had the worst traveling experience through your service if there is rating below zero I would rate them with tht. No proper timing Poor quality of bus Poor quality of service It took them more than 12hrs to reach coimbatore from Chennai. Please don't do the service it's better u can shut down and do some other job

Worst Experience and they are not having any sense F**k dont prefer these kind of buses first of all redbus want to check whether the transport is a good one or not simply they are posting and they did not know how the buses were?Totally Waste of money waste of time and online passengers took another bus, because they are telling once the bus gets fillled up only they will start the travel our tome of journey is from 11.00 - 5.00 but we are in the salem upto 12.45 but no responses from their side waste fellows

Worst... Worst bus ever seen... No a/c working.,and even we cant open the windows.. Owner n driver dnt response properly.... Cost heavy than compare to other luxuary bus... We all passengers lost hope on bus... Plz guys save ur money and safety tooo

The worst travels I have ever seen. I was waiting for 2 hours. They did not respond my call. Later they told that the bus was gone. Totally frustrated to the core. Standing alone in the pickup point at the mid night. They told me that they ll refund my amount. But they did not respond whenever call this travels . My suggestion, don't choose this travels.. This ll spoil your happy mood. You can't able to enjoy your journey.
