My son changed the battery of his watch yesterday and he was not given a bill for it. After he wrote a review here about it, they said his claim was 100% false. Later someone called from the showroom and talked very rudely with him, and put the blame on him for not "insisting" on the bill. Finally they send the bill. Rudeness and arrogance to customers after doing a mistake is absolutely horrible.

Best multibranded watch showroom. They also redeemed Titan offer which I had. They have good collection of major watch brands. I bought a Titan watch with less price compared to the Titan showroom. They also provide good service options for all the watches.

I always had a good impression of Zimson until recently where they refused initially and delayed issuing the bill for a battery change done for my G-Shock watch which cost around 700rs. Later, I learnt they do this in malls to avoid profit sharing with the mall (in this case Brookfields) and to skip paying GST. Lost the respect I had for this brand. Update: The store manager called me the night this review was posted and threatened to beat me up for posting such reviews. Did not expect such unprofessional and rude behaviour from such an esteemed company.

I have been there and had a Good experience here. I have satisfied with their service towards my Casio chronograph watch. I gave the watch to get it conditioned twice. Their service is quiet neat and approach towards the customer is really good.

A wonderful experience! I wanted to purchase a scientific calculator and called up their branch at Brookfield Mall. The call was answered and transferred to Mr. Anand who confirmed the availability and also the price on the phone. When I reached the branch I was welcomed with a big smile by Mr. Anand, and to my very pleasant surprise he had already arranged for a piece in a carry bag. The piece was immediately checked by us and billing was completed by him within no time. I wish Mr. Anand and Zimson a very bright future!

This place has a great collection of watches, this is my second time visiting this place and always felt welcome here. Mr Anand has an amazing way of customer service and being patient with answering all queries.

Just went today afternoon to see a wall clock to our new home. We saw few models in their website but just went to see it directly. The staff was standing alone. He was with his big face without in a welcoming. When looked for specific model and asked for different type in the same pattern, the staff told,"this price is 27500" in a tone that the guy thought we won't afford even that. He was not having any other customers too. Zimson kindly consider retraining your staffs in customer service.

Timex collection was good but not happy with the other brands. Found few Fossil collections are expensive comparing it with the ones I bought in Zimson Chennai around 2018

I have been a zimson’s costumer for more than 8 years Their service and product are so great. Anand Sir’s service was so exceptional. And I purchased 8 watches from him so far . The service for watches also so genuine

The collections are so good and unique. Service is awesome.

Would not recommend going there for replacing your watch battery. I wasn’t given prior info about how much it would cost. But it was too late as the guy replaced the battery with something that ended up costing me way more. 450 Rs for a basic CR2032 battery change is very unreasonable. I should have raised this issue on the spot but I didn’t. Hopefully this review helps someone else.
