I bought an Apple Watch in 2020. Used it for a few months and then I could keep with the need to charge it every few days. So I stopped using it and it was lying for over a year with no charge. In 2022 my son wanted a watch. The Apple Watch failed to both up after repeated attempts. It will show nothing on the screen and I was only hearing some wiered noises like that of a Robot. I took it to an Apple store and they said nothing could be done about it and the Watch is gone. My father asked me to bring the Watch when I came to India this time and I brought it. We again checked with the Apple store in chennai and they gave he same answer. Then my father was relentless. He tried charging it every day, nothing worked. Same robot noise and the screen was blank. Then my father too the phone to Coimbatore. He check with a local Watch mechanic. The local Watch mechanic advised him to remove the stainless strap and try to charge. His theory was May be something is disrupting the magnet in the Watch and that is the reason it is failing to charge. Leave the scientific reason aside, my father tried it the by removing the stainless steel strap and charging it. To all our surprise the Watch booted and started working. The strap is now on and it charges and works normal. Sometimes the most complex problems have the simplest of the solution, most important it may not comes from the most trained on that subject.

Got my new iphone 14promax from the store yesterday this was my 1st visit to this store, very happy with the overall service! All the staff were very friendly! Mr.Akilan guided on the set up and transition. He helped to get the best deal for my older iphone & cleared all our queries patiently!! Had a pleasant experience! Thanks a ton !!!!

Went to know about insurance and apple care. Akhil at the service center was patient and really friendly and answered all my queries even though some might've been ridiculous questions. To deal with a smile and patience at the end of the day on a festive season, really is appreciable.

I visited i planet today in Brooke’s field and bought an MacBook Air , I must say about this staff named Mr.Abdullah who was very helpful till the last I left the store. The worst staff service I’ve ever seen. I went thrice to buy a watch and for IPhone upgrade. No one will come to you for help and I was really wondering what they do in front of their computer without attending customer. Then one person will come after requesting multiple times and he will tell that another person will attend you. That’s it again you have to keep standing there looking for assistance. After half an hour you will get frustrated and you will leave the store. Twice I thought ok something the staff are held up and at the third time of my visit I personally went to the desk and informed them that I have already been here twice and due to unavailability of proper response I had to leave two times without buying from your store. And also this is the third time , at least now if someone could help it I can buy. Again the same happened. “Sir please wait the person will immediately attend” and time started ticking. As usual so lethargic behaviour and no one attended. Had to leave annoyed. Finally decided ok let me order online instead of wasting time with these people. Happily bought directly from Apple Store and everything is absolutely fine.

Though I would not complain about Apple products, I found the customer service aspect highly misleading. I had purchased MacBook Air M2 from them. I had a better offer from Reliance digital but they did not have ready stock. iPlanet offered ready stock but at a price if ₹5000 more. When I asked them to match the price of Reliance they assured to make good of the difference when I purchased accessories from them. Trusting their commitment I went ahead with the purchase. A week later I had dropped in to purchase accessories from them. They had no concern to the commitment they had given. They pushed me to purchase minimum four accessories to offer a meagre discount. To offer a discount or not is their prerogative. But duping or giving false promises to convert an order and later back tracking on commitment is nothing but CHEATING. I left the store disappointed and cheated. I did make the accessories purchase in Reliance where atleast they showed concern to what the customer wants. I will never make any purchases from iPlanet from now on. After all they are not the only place where we find apple products. Note: The team leader at the store was worst of all. He was listening to all the conversation. But was behaving as if he was not present at the location. It felt so rude and high handed. If iPlanet wants to retain its customers, better show these kind of people the door.

Staffe service was much poor we were waiting from afternoon for picking iPhone 13 model our cibil was low and the team said they will solve issue by switching into emi option from IDFC finance ,but much of the staffs didn't had the idfc financier number also they where blaming inside to call themselves they made half of the day worst worst experience poor guidance No issue we had expectations but finally an other party sathya mobiles helped us 🤗 we bought it

Worst store ever! Not even worth for one star. They sell defective units and won't pick up your calls or respond. They will say it's a no-cost EMI, but banks will charge interest. They will try to sell the product by telling you a lot of lies and won't provide any support after service. Don't buy any products here. It's better to buy from local stores. They provide better customer service than this cheap store does.
