Affordable price to the common people.

This store maintained consistency in quality but the price is reasonable. Very less collections in terms of formals. Can visit if you are looking for trendy and fashion dress and accessories. The staff are very friendly and they have seperate section for mens, and women.

Decent collection & offers. Not much to comment upon because it's yet another dress shop with more or less the same pricing (sometimes on offers too!)

It’s a descent store with great options and discounts. The customer service at this store is far better than the one we have been to at sai baba colony. We did not have any issues at this store. So we would definitely prefer this store even though it’s little far.

This is what I experienced. Visited the store on 23/08/2023 evening. Purchased dresses worth rs 16000. Until I made the payment the staff were nice and courteous. I left my purchase there to visit other stores in the mall. After two hours we returned back to collect my bag and there was a total change in the attitude itself. First they pretended as if they haven't seen me. Then my wife asked for exchange of just one cloth because of size issue from what I have purchased. Even though I haven't taken the purchase outside the store (the package was with them only), they made me walk to the security first to make a slip and there was their own store guy standing since the security has gone for a break. First he told he can't do anything and that I have to wait until the security came back(all because of his sheer laziness). Then he agreed after an argument and the security came in between (the security was a nice guy and made the slip). Then I have to surrender the whole rs 16000 bill to the reception along with that slip. All this for one exchange. They didn't return me the bill too and asked to take a photocopy. Overall worst customer experience. If at all I have been store manager of this shop I would have been around and have fixed staff accountability. All I saw was staff chit chatting, bringing in their friends and boyfriends(not the general public but the staff working here) and having a fun time while no one attended the customers properly except the lady who worked hard at the Basics shirt collection section. She was the only person whom I saw working genuinely. They are called Trends. May be they are setting a new Trend on how a Garment Retail Chain shouldn't be and I have been a Trends customer since 2015. This is the worst experience I had with them so far.

Lots of varieties available here. But trial room are not enough for the crowd. Not able to trial the clothes

Waw...I want there with my family, We spent there almost two hours for purchasing and they provide us coupons and offers we happily left the shop with full satisfaction, only one issue faced is can't purchase for baby aged 5 months..

Yesterday afternoon 1.30 I purchased there one hang bag... The billing counter your men staff behaviour very worst... I asked him to cut the bill tag after I billed he said show your bill on front of the shop he will cut the tag ...is it any big deal to cutting the bill tag in Billing counter...their responsibility cut the tags after billed but he was not cut the tag..he said me to cut front of shop .... strictly warned... from Brookfield mall trends coimbatore

Collections are good, but the low rating is for staff behavior, not all but there are few staff's here who are rude with the customers, This is never expected with such a big branded showroom. Also there are few staff's they do not bother to attend the customer. There are lot of things need to improve in terms of customers experience.

I can give 5 stars for first floor staffs for supportiveness. Please add additional billing counters and staffs, during visit in the shop we can see only one counter at a time. Billing counter customers response should improve further. Only concern My coupon was not used due to misguidance of merging with other offers something like that.

Poor customer service. No gifts provided neither having any gifts for 6k but everywhere it’s a fraud advertisement. Not only this trends, even Peelamedu shop is poor in handling customer or giving promises. Zudio is far better than this

Hi Trends Ur collections really amazing. But coustomer service s are not up to the mark. Few staffs are really good and majority very lazy. They dont like coustomers opening the clothes and looking. Now 9pm i enter the shop one staff keeps on tell-we are closed.

We went to Reliance trends in Brookfields Coimbatore now. The alteration section was closed today but they didn’t inform before billing. When asked, the people in cash counter harshly replied and were so irresponsible. Worst staffs in reliance trends, Brookfield Coimbatore

The manager of this store should be fired. Worst customer service I have seen. I wanted to exchange an item, after standing in a line for 20 minutes, was told I need to go to another line where no staff was there, there is no board indicating which line is for exchange. Then finally when someone came, he said I should go to security and get exchange slip, then after that he said I have to stand in line again to bill the new item. Please go next door and learn from RMKV on how to treat customers. You guys are pathetic.

The cloths are really good. There was a lot of collections. The only thing is that no shirt was available under 1k.

One stop shop for all sizes. It could be a little less expensive and yet it has variety, class, designs innumerable. The staff are not ones who hang out near us constantly but give us space to do some shopping in peace and without judgement. The trial rooms are clean and spacious and we can take as many clothes as we want and try them out at once.... there's a lot of trends chains in Coimbatore but I love the one in karur ....

They have multi brand cloths available garments are very nice and lot of offers.

There is no offers, only MRP. Just now, I skip purchase at billing counter. Time waste. Pushing for the coupon from Payless footwear and reliance footwear. I avoid reliance trends forever. Bye Bye ‘ I’m not a looser’ plz try direct brand showroom, they offered more with new arrivals.

Pricing is high and collection is good

Worst customer care in trends.. The customer care lady handling the women clothing section was being too judgemental about customers and showing faces. Asking unnecessary questions. It's always better to buy online I feel. Treat every customer fairly. But still the customer care in beauty section was good and sweet.

Nice store but cannot expect good collections every time. Quite pricey but cloth quality is commendable.

This showroom of Trends had very less varieties of clothes and outdated collections. The arrangement of the clothes in the store was also so confusing. We were confused, looking around to find for certain variety of dress. The number of sales person were also less, when compared to the customers inside the shop.

Trends in Brookfields Coimbatore has a rich of fresh stocks and cool collections which are not present in other trends (in other locations of TN). If u r in CBE, its a good apparel store to get in and shop😎
