is
what
I
experienced.
Visited
the
store
on
23/08/2023
evening.
Purchased
dresses
worth
rs
16000.
Until
I
made
the
payment
the
staff
were
nice
and
courteous.
I
left
my
purchase
there
to
visit
other
stores
in
the
mall.
After
two
hours
we
returned
back
to
collect
my
bag
and
there
was
a
total
change
in
the
attitude
itself.
First
they
pretended
as
if
they
haven't
seen
me.
Then
my
wife
asked
for
exchange
of
just
one
cloth
because
of
size
issue
from
what
I
have
purchased.
Even
though
I
haven't
taken
the
purchase
outside
the
store
(the
package
was
with
them
only),
they
made
me
walk
to
the
security
first
to
make
a
slip
and
there
was
their
own
store
guy
standing
since
the
security
has
gone
for
a
break.
First
he
told
he
can't
do
anything
and
that
I
have
to
wait
until
the
security
came
back(all
because
of
his
sheer
laziness).
Then
he
agreed
after
an
argument
and
the
security
came
in
between
(the
security
was
a
nice
guy
and
made
the
slip).
Then
I
have
to
surrender
the
whole
rs
16000
bill
to
the
reception
along
with
that
slip.
All
this
for
one
exchange.
They
didn't
return
me
the
bill
too
and
asked
to
take
a
photocopy.
Overall
worst
customer
experience.
If
at
all
I
have
been
store
manager
of
this
shop
I
would
have
been
around
and
have
fixed
staff
accountability.
All
I
saw
was
staff
chit
chatting,
bringing
in
their
friends
and
boyfriends(not
the
general
public
but
the
staff
working
here)
and
having
a
fun
time
while
no
one
attended
the
customers
properly
except
the
lady
who
worked
hard
at
the
Basics
shirt
collection
section.
She
was
the
only
person
whom
I
saw
working
genuinely.
They
are
called
Trends.
May
be
they
are
setting
a
new
Trend
on
how
a
Garment
Retail
Chain
shouldn't
be
and
I
have
been
a
Trends
customer
since
2015.
This
is
the
worst
experience
I
had
with
them
so
far.
