It is always crowded at star colourpark, even though the polite approach by the staffs there Vimal, Uma, pavithar, Dhanapal, vinod and others makes feel very comfortable. I appreciate their work and effort taken to accomplish the customers work. Keep it up.

Very poor service… they won’t bother of you… they will talking to each other. I literally waited for 1 and half hour just for printing 150 copies … waste of time… we would rather find some other shop than waiting here for hours…

worst place ever.Waited for 1hour 30mins just to get the 63sheets of print out that i gave 4days back..Also waited another additional 40mins for one sheet that they lost due to their carelessness.Worst place ever.Very very very poor service,they never bother about you if you even stand and wait for hours.Never visit this place.

Very very pathetic service. I went to take print out of brochure and business card. No one cares, most workers show bad attitude, no customer focus at all. They blame and fight among themselves. Waited for 2 hrs finally to see bad quality print. They have done mistake even in billing. You have to spend at least half a day to print 30 brochures and 100 business cards. I will never come here again. Highly not recommended.

Worst behavior, Never gets the proper output required, change of product material will be delivered , you will be requiring whole day to print out ready-made file and does not have a proper standard of viewing the customer!!!!

Impressive print quality. The staffs here are patient to listen to their customers. The tariffs are reasonable for the quality they provide. All in one place for your print and binding needs.

Good printing quality . But the staff are very lethargic .Each one will ask the other one to do the job and you end up waiting there for a long time . They treat you like you are getting the work done for free .

Worst experience ever..I went to take a copy of my assignment images it's just 9 images in order to give spiral binding I opted out for the option for design & edit.i got counter no 4 & a guy named Tamil helped me out for printing just by adding color at top & bottom to take spiral binding(he convinced) & made to print all 10 pages in 2 A3 sheets ,his logged in time was 7-07 & closing time was 07-21 nearly 14 min for designing but he charged 200bucks and stated as half n hour designing charge .I asked him to explain but he stated that it will take 10min for printing so he charged for half n hour.& finally while taking spiral binding they said the machine is out of oder (wasted 200 for designing)for a simple assignment copies nearly for 2 A3 sheets I paid 317 with GST. Never expect such a worst service from a good printing brand.

High quality prints. Some times very low quality customer management. When something goes wrong like a printer reset or something no one exactly know how to handle the pending jobs or customers. Once I gave a printing job at around 9.30 AM, waited till 12.30 pm, even missed my train, but didn't get few sheets of A3 prints. The sad part was they kept on assuring me that my job would be done in 10 minutes!

For bulk printing and Xerox copy this place is very good. But for every job GST is filed which is compromised for the money saved.

Design work is done professionally and print quality is very good. Ms.Deepa has helped to design even in high times.

They are offering cheap services at cheap rates... Today between 1.25 to 1:50 Pm, I faced a strange situation where all the lady staffs (including the incharge of the division) left out of the printing division, one by one, came back with a saree each and all of them huddled into the printing room to discuss saree design and colour leaving us customers unattended. We waited for a considerable time just to take three pages of printout. The incharge was irresponsible , and then we found that the distribution of sarees was from their owner itself.... shameful service....the owner and staffs are hand in hand

1) Tokens are given from kiosk, but not called just asking to people nearby tokens and moving to print. 2) No clear guidance. Asked to go here and there. Lot of waiting time. If you are patient enough and cool to handle it then you get a nominal cost prints. 3) So plan to spend 1 hr minimum to get your job done at here.

Very expensive. Nobody attends you when you stepin. It is very strange to check to whom to discuss. They make you to walk opp other branch shop & when you go there, they will push you back to other building you walked. There are many shops near by like sun xerox and penguin are cheaper and great quality.

Having good technologies but poor customer care. Existing customers are coming any time and sitting with designer but new customer waiting for token number . It won't come. I waited more than 3-4 hr then I understood their working style.

Here Coimbatore colour printing section staffs specially billing area very very poor approach while respond to customers. Any doubt asking about bills simply blaming management. Worst ever place to do any sort of documentation works. Forget about the quality or prints & scans, you have to wait at least 10 mins to know how long you have to wait further. Regretful place to go for any urgent needs. Better avoid or go at your own discretion.

I'm in the store as I'm writing, i came inside shop around 1:50 to take printout and it's been more than half an hour with no progress, they're making me wait while people who came after me got their work done and left. The staffs have gotten unfavorable attitude and their responses aren't polite. I'm only here still waiting cause my amma had asked me to take it from here specially or else if have left before itself.
