Very Worst service in bar. Me and my friend were in there for 30mins, and no one came to take our order. I personally went to the waiter in the bar and he said that they will come to take our order, still no one came. I saw a middle aged waiter in the bar and he didn't wanna serve us because we are boys. Some old people came after us and he went to serve them and was doing everything to them. Clearly he didn't wanna serve us because we are very much younger than him. Worst bar with worst customer service and waiters. Not even worth 0 star.

I went to the bar with my friends. The level of customer service is terrible. They won’t mind after placing the order in table. Need to keep on asking them for side dishes. The side dishes won’t be refilled. If we ask them to, they will refill the side dishes in used bowl not in cleaned bowl. Absolute disaster. Never, ever, ever go.

One of the best roof top restaurants cum bars in Coimbatore . Food will be served from haribhavanam so hope you know the taste not to comment bad about . Ambience and service is good and descent play to visit atleast once .

Value for price with ample Side dishes They provided us with Hot and pepper Chicken Cauliflower Manchurian Boiled Eggs Peanut Masala Watermelon Salad Potato Chips. We had a great experience that afternoon... The ambience would be great for students...

Food is not the same as before. Quality of the food is not good. Can be better maintained.

Pathetic is an Understatement.. the service here is non existent and the boys who eventually wait on you are more interested in the TV. Coming to the snacks.. asked them if we could order something as their snacks were friggin pathetic, the answer was.. kitchen is closed .. my suggestion to the owner is, please stop the snacks. It's really bad. I rather pay and get something than free load on your poor quality snacks.

Not one of the worst, its only one the most worst bar ever i seen. In rooftop they charge a beer for 390 not even gave a single plate of peanuts. If you asks for sidedish, they said to go to ac bar. Also other foods we ordered which is expensive, it taste like don't come here for anything. Acacia is perfect place for money and enjoy. I refer to skip this place for even dinning.

The poorest place i ever visited. No side dishes. Poor service. Ended up chasing mosquitos. Need to call and wait for the waiter to come. They are not proactive.

Had a worst experience today. The response from the waiters are very bad as a customer. Pls educate them how to behave with the customers. The atmosphere and food was good but the behavior of the waiters inside the bar was not acceptable. Need to improve the standard a lot.

Food is good, atmosphere is great but service is worst. They won't give u glass, they won't respond properly, they give u noodles but won't give you fork to eat. Most importantly I have been uete atleast more than 3 times and every single time the food service guy keeps talking here and there we will keep calling them but they won't even see us. To be short all is great whereas food service is worst.

Drinks served are costlier and the complementary sides tasted below average . None of the dishes we order are brought from haribhavanam. They are just using their name to charge the dishes.

The food is OK and they have a decent selection of liquor but the place is not too clean. I saw a few cockroaches around the tables....easy ro miss since the place us always dimly lit.

Not a very good experience...thought that being avinashi road and near haribhavanam , it would be competitive...sadly....its just another bar...atleast the entrance needs to be changed...its a turn off when u have to go through some corridor and run past stinky washrooms....huge turn off really...service is very poor..u have to just sit and wait for them to see you and recognise that you need something....pathetic...anyway good for a friends party....but not with family or colleagues....

Food is from Hotel Harabhavanam, so no compromise in food quality. Service is not upto the mark. They have to improve the ambience.

It is a restro bar with 2 different options, one with AC restrobar and another one is Rooftop open space family friendly restaurant. Open space restaurant is good with nice ambient, projector and sound system. They serve drinks and beverages on both areas. Food quality and price is good and reasonable(4 starter, 2 main corse costed me 1600). A huge space allocated for parking is highlight here as nearby restaurant doesn't have much space like this. One think I didn't like here is shortage of man power, they take long time to take order but food served as fastest they can. Management should think of adding some manpower for taking orders and billing. Sound system is great but not song selection, nobody likes to hear country song during romantic dinner.

This is best place to hangout with friends and safe for girls for weekend party .Foods are from Haribhavanam,so it will take little bit time. But worth to visit this place . There's no booking required , we can walk - in Directly .Bar will be open till 11.00 p.m. .it's my one of the fav places at Coimbatore

Little costly. We went with 4 members. 3 beers, 2 peg hot. The bill is nearly Rs.2500/- side dish completely free with drinks. It will be closed at 10.30 pm. We were there for 2hrs.

Menu is quite gud.... And side dish options are good and unlimited they refill it tight away when requested.... Seating is kinda okayish and smoke room thry don't have seats you have to stand and smoke.... I could recommend this place for social drinking only other than that they have to work on the comfort part

Atmosphere is good, Service is very late and poor. Food is from Haribhavan which is running in ground floor. If service is good it is worth your money. Rest, try your own experience.

Nice ambience..appetizers included chicken,eggs,peanuts,moongdal,chips,fruits were tasty and free..spacious with good music and good air-conditioning..top notch bar.worth every penny..this is inside the bar.outside if you sit they won't give anything free..tie up with haribhavanam and everything is charged..so guys please go inside and sit and enjoy

Went with a friend who doesn't drink but had a really good time chatting. Food was decent and the drinks(liquor) were great too. Service was okay but the over-all experience was convincing. Will recommend visiting occasionally if you're goin drinkin with a bunch of friends but not something too extraordinary other than the calming Atmosphere. Loved the smoking space tho! And if you're looking for the pricing, liquor price is average but the food is a little pricy for coimbatore standards.

It opens at 11 and they have a roof top bar too, It is spacious, dark and the lighting here is something nice, It has a separate smoking room , could order from hari bhavan and have it here. They give complementary sides like steamed peanuts, cauliflower chilli, Pepper Chicken

Variety of beer and hot drinks available. The service was good. They have seperate smoking area. Restrooms also they have maintained very well. Customers can play the song based on their vibe. But when I visited I saw some cockroaches in the place.
