SPI cinemas / PVR cinemas is located in 4th floor of the Brookefields mall. It has totally 6 screens in it. 3 screens with Dolby Atmos effect and 3 screens with Dolby 7.1 effect. To be frank, these 6 screens are one of the best and must go theaters in Coimbatore. I went movies in all 6 screens. Major plus points of this theater includes beautiful interior design, good screen size, great sound effects, and all 6 halls being mid/big in size. The cinema theater is very clean and very well maintained. Washroom can be more clean. As everywhere in theaters, the snacks/fast-food/water bottles rates are costly. Overall, definitely a must try theater in Coimbatore. Highly Recommended!

Screen 4 Medium size theatre. The seating is not that comfortable, just ok. Screen 2 Medium size theatre Seating is not much comfortable and the legroom is very less, so I don’t recommend this theatre. Theatre is neatly maintained. Sound effects is ok, not great. The food there is very expensive, I don’t understand why do they charge so high. When they have good business.

We watched a movie here. Theatre- as usual PVR standards visual effect and sound effect for the audience. Dolby atmospheres is really cool. Seats - seats are little stiffness without push back.feels too stills and uncomfortable some minutes after movie started. Cleanliness - they maintained good clean and neatness in and outside of the theatre. Snacks- pvr has good tasting pop corns which is available there for a bite. Additional snacks menu are also available on the shop. Restroom- good and clean. We will not feel the badsmell or anything when using. Ambience - theatre ambience feels good and comfortable. Air conditioned theatre and mall. Location- inside brookfield mall 4th floor. Cost - as per the pvr standards which we can able to see in the applications such as pvr, book my show and ticket counter.

Watched a movie on screen 3. Cons: That screen was small compared to other multiplex theatres. Even last row seat was not of sofa type. Seats could be better. And popcorn has ridiculous high price in PVR cinemas. Pros: No complaints with AV quality. Cleanliness was good. Entry was quick.

PVR the cinema @Brokefield Mall is overall an average theatre. In the beginning, to be frank when Sathyam cinemas were in charge they were maintaining it properly, but now the theatre is not at all maintained. The washrooms are unclean plus they are filled with disgusting odour. The seats in the theatre are not so comfortable. Everything in the food court is overpriced. The staffs are obviously rude.

I went with my husband for a second show movie.....seats are all broken or not proper in the B row also..... earlier SPI Cinema popcorn was too good....now they have a huge increase in price for all items and the quality is also very poor.....PVR really made me lose interest in popcorn.... Please take any action.....

Big screens with good sound effects...Screen 1,2 & 5 have Dolby Atmos and other screens have Dolby 7.1. Screen 6 is the biggest screen. I would say Screen 1 is the best here

Snacks counter can be planned in better way. Like billing and delivery will be different place Seat is worst design. Seeing the movie is not comfortable with this arrangement. I seen 2 movies on 23rd and 24th in different screens.

Excellent Theatre. Good projection. Most of the screens equipped with 4K Dolby atmos. Recommended for movies with octane action scenes and sound effects. One of the best theatres in Coimbatore. Aquaman, ratchasan I watched there. Excellent experience.

First thing it gets very uncomfortable to get your bag checked. I really wonder is it even allowed to check a lady's bag. Even at airport it isn't like this. You need to open your bag not for security reasons but just to make sure that you don't bring snacks inside the premises. Next I have low sugar so had to have a small bar of chocolate and I got frisked for that. The lady just took it and told to collect it at the end of the movie. The attitude of the staff is extremely unprofessional. Anyways the seats are extremely uncomfortable you can't slide back. The snacks and refreshments are good but extremely overpriced.

Only good thing about this theatre is food. Food is pretty good. But the movie experience was bad. The leg space was very less. Seats were not comfortable. The audio quality was horrible and the 3d screen sucked. It was not bright at all. It was so light that i couldn't see the movie properly. The theater used to be good, but now it's horrible. Hope they improve it

The picture and audio quality are top notch. The sound level a bit higher though. The popcorn is as usual ultimate. The only drawback is the seat. Really uncomfortable and I can't sit for long. Taller persons can't sit for long. The rows are tightly packed, so the leg room is much smaller than other multiplexes.

Extremely loud sound. They reduced the airconditioner after interval and switched off the air conditioner before movie itself, they made us to watch the remaining movie on sweat... 2 star is only for their cleanliness and cafeteria

The staff behaviour was the worst. I bought popcorn, and when looking to add flavours, the bottles were empty. I reached out to the counter and asked to refill it. I had to approach 4 different persons and either they ignored me or just showed someone else to approach. And finally one guy asked me to go and bring the bottle and get it refilled? I really don't understand. Is it not their task to do it? Should each buyer need to do this if they find empty bottles? Customers have to shout to make them fill it. After which they have done it.

I booked two tickets online . Payment was debited , but I did not get my tickets. I tried calling the helpline; but no one answered. Subsequently the tickets were delivered online but hours after the show commenced. I wrote ten mails over a period of two months and ten different persons replied that they will look into this. Nothing has happened so far. I went to the theatre and tried getting a refund. No avail. This is the customer service of PVR!

People definitely get Excellent cinematic experience in - THE CINEMA - . *sound quality is too good. *experienced marvelous Dolby Atmos sounds * Screen clarity is good . *Staffs are helpful . *Some Promotion decoration for new films are good . It's great selfie spot for people. *But yet to take care of Seats , seats are not comfortable. management want to focus on this and change the seats. * please change sensor tap in washbasin , sometimes not working properly .

Earlier it was good... Looks like last weekly they opened after lockdown. Sound is loud, but no effects. Video also with low lighting and blurry vision. Better we cam watch from mobile. PVR never compromise on audio and video quality irrespective of the crowd. But don't know what happened to this theatre... Disappointed fully...☹️☹️☹️

It has now been taken over by PVR cinemas but is the same old spi theater no changes inside but is still one of the best theaters in cbe and snacks were good too.

I'd say , one of the best theatres in Coimbatore. Fresh and clean atmosphere. Food here is quite pricey, so bring your own water bottles .

A best option to relax if you really like the movie that's playing. They provide nice snacks to enjoy the movie with. My favourite is the popcorn and cream doughnut. Good maintenance. But one advice, please choose the bigger theare. The sound in smaller theatres are ear piercing and troublesome, might give a headache in the end. They might reduce the sound based on the theatre size, but not sure if it is being done.

Wonderful experience. It would be more helpful to provide us an opportunity to tell the authorities to request few things like reducing the air conditioning or reduce the audio of the movies.

This is pvr cinema now. we visited this cinema while we visited the city for Adiyogi. the cinema is not upto mark. speakers are good but they are not able to enhance the sound effects, it is just loud. The Screen is too small for the seating capacity. for better experience book middle seats.

Good place to hang and chill for a movie. Food was the penultimate reason for the crowd here. Had watched more than a hundred movies here it's always fun to be here.

Seen 50+ movies in SPI cinemas before Covid19 outbreak. Nov 2021 os my first visit after PVR took over SPI cinemas. The cleanliness and ambiance remains top notch. But the restroom definitely needs more attention. The signature popcorn flavours of Spi is now accompanying Popcorn in small sachets. Snacks are priced same as earlier & quality remains good. There was a new attractive photo spot which is great for selfie. Since the mall has new parking token system and elevators are busier than before, I'd suggest to reach premises minimum 30mins earlier to not miss movie title on big screen.

Place is good. Shops are diverse and has variety for shopping. Kids have a play area. The multiplex is really cool. Parking is adequate and has car wash also below. They have a food court with limited shops comparing to EA mall Chennai. Overall a good hangout place

Watching Movies at The SPI cinemas Brookefields is a good experience. The sound quality and the cleanliness is all so good the snacks are okay but not the price, it could be 40 to 50 rupees less though being a premium theatre. Great theatre for family members also.

Yea the best theater experience in here Coimbatore... All of the screens support dolby atmos. The screen was big enough so that the veiwing experience was good. If u new hot movie is in the theaters make sure your 1st preference is here .
