I recommend not to travel under any circumstances because I travelled here for the very 1st time and unfortunately I forgotten my wallet inside the bus and after sometime I called the bus operators but they was not reachable after I contacted the main office the returned my wallet but I had a sum of 5000 and some lose changes but on receiving my wallet I was totally empty yes not even a single change was there and on asking them they was irresponsible on their behaviour they were rude and not even hearing me it was totally an worst travel agent. I kindly insist everyone not to travel in this

Worst experience traveling from Bangalore to Coimbatore. Bus dint arrive at the pickup location at the mentioned time. They asked us to go to main office. With kids and luggage had to travel till the main office and 10-15 bus arrived at 11-50.... In heavy rain travellers had to wait soo long. Worst of all was fully drunk people who were not even able to walk were boarded in the bus.the nuisance they created was terrible. The bus driver or the staff were not bothered abt all this... All night had to bear nasty behaviour in bus and I was sacred if they will vomit or something lik that... Worst worst experience and staff.

Booked from cochin to madurai before 15days of travel, my boarding time was 7.05pm at ernakulam Vyytila JN but 3.45pm I got text msg from redbus that bus got canceled, even I didn't get any call from the SPS, I say the msg by 5.00pm, I cald to the sps they were saying sorry unfortunately bus canceled, last min I strrugled lot get ticket on other buses to so I traveled to coimbatore and then I took another bus to Madurai. Traveled from Coimbatore to Tirunelveli past week Saturday. - First, I booked for SPS travels, they suddenly changed the bus to HailTrip. Such a mess. - I have noticed driver using mobile phone while driving. He was busy talking to some person. Noticed 2 times while asking them when we will reach the rest stop. - The bus attender Murugan was very rude and irresponsible. He was not helpful and showed his horrible tone over phone. Myself and few others couldn't sleep due to someone's phone keep alarming for more than 15 minutes. I ringed the attender to help the situation. He stated that we shouldn't call him and he gave lame excuses with the threatening tone and started mocking along with the driver. He would have said we can't do or something polite enough. I was polite though. Such a horrible travel experience. Their service people are the real sadist. I have already shared my customer feedback to their office point of contact Chandan. But haven't received any reply for that. TNSTC is far better than this. Don't spoil your journey guys. Boycott this travels until they hire good candidates to help your journey a best one. First of all we requested the bus driver to pick up in a location in highway near our home, but they said they can not stop there and asked us to get in a different location which is little far away (about a kilometer), but they managed to get In that stop since it is our home town and my father in law knows the place...But while dropping even after many times requested the bus people to inform us prior to our stop since the place is completely new for my father in law. But the driver or bus people did not inform priorly and didn't even drop at right place. They dropped them in a place about 2 km away in the area they can't even get auto at 4 AM. Somehow I managed to bring them to home. To complain about this I called the travels , they attended call and was not talking to me and scolding in bad words, I felt highly I'll treated by the travels, it was really a horrible experience, Please never ever opt this bus due to their rouse behaviour and response...

The Bus from Coimbatore to Rajapalayam met an accident near Kappalur by 3.15 a.m . The bus driver and asst abandoned the bus and went away. No one in the office picked the phone . No alternative arrangement were done. Totally irresponsive , not safe at all

Worst bus I have traveled. The driver and cleaner are cheating as much as they can. I have booked a seat from Bengaluru to Coimbatore, The arrival time of the bus was 11.00 PM and I have reached the boarding point at 10.30 PM. Still 11.15 PM the bus has not arrived the boarding point. I have enquired the driver and the driver told that the bus will arrive in 20 minutes. Am still waiting in the boarding point. After 30 minutes I have make a call to driver and he told that the bus has already crossed my location. And I told him that how can you cross my location. The driver said that he make a call to me and my mobile was switched off. After few minutes I saw the bus on the boarding point and I stopped the bus and went inside, there was a another person in my seat. The person gave extra money to the driver and the person used my seat. At last I argued and got my seat. VERY WORST TRAVELS I HAVE SEEN... TNSTC IS BETTER THEN THE SPS TRAVELS. I booked my ticket using make my trip app form coimbatore to kayamozhi and i gave the boarding point as Peelamedu PSG College of technology but the bus operator refused to come to my boarding point since there was only minimum passenger at my point . I called to the main office and he responded in a rude manner without respect. He said like "if you come to relocated boarding point ill pick you orelse you don't come" and he didnt give respect to me .So i asked to arrange a cab from the travel's side and he declined my request without any response and i tired calling him many times but they refused to take it . I had a worst experience ever had in my past 5 years journey coimbatore - Thoothukudi first of all they didn't mention I pick the location of hopes college on the date of journey they inform to relocate to singanallur and they didn't hear my request and i accept because I have no other option and they didn't pick on 9.45 my journey time in my seat they pick some other girl they said how it's possible it's not a govt bus it's a private travels they didn't check properly ah??? We prefer travels because for our convenience bt it became this muchh problem I'm a women college student and parents prefer safety so they recommend travels worst experience!!!!!!!!

Very bad experience. Recently traveled from Tirunelveli to Coimbatore. The drivers were very irresponsible and rude with the customers. They halted the bus on the highway for more than 2 reasons in the night and morning for almost 30 minutes without giving proper response. When customers asked the driver for reasons they said we are acting drivers and speak to the travels. Travel office said that they are responsible only for the booking and disconnected the call. Eventually in the morning we came to know after the RTO team had stopped the bus on the road for the non payment of taxes. This kind of incidents has already happened in the past one month as the fellow travelers were complaining about the same. Not recommended if you are traveling with family and kids

Had a very bad experience. Bus arrived 45 minutes late. Driving was quite bad. Unnecessary speeding and braking, fast turns. Made a multi-axle sleeper bus feel like a local state transport bus. Was unable to sleep through the night journey.

Worst experience.i book ked my ticket in mytrip app . On 22 nov 2023. My seat allotment was L16 It's male seat. That too it's cost is 200rs higher than female reserved seat. I got confirm message and invoice as L16 lower berth. After geting into the bus the driver asked me to occupy wL18 because in his chart it was mentioned as L18. I asked how it's possible. But he didn't reply properly instead he started shouting at me in a harsh manner.he was using un colocial words. I was asking him softly but he was raising his voice as if I made a problem with him..s behaviour was worst,the helper person was also not kind enough. They told the it's a female seat so they would have change the seat for u . But at last for the seat L16 A male came and occupied . I felt that they did some inter change by altering my seat. Ther driver was using rubish words during the conversation . This I the first time I felt these type of incident. As I us to travel in bus regularly. I didn't make any issue as it's may creat any unnessasry surcumstancess during his driving. So I feel it won't be a safe and peaceful journey in selecting SPS travels . I am Somasundaram from Tuticorin. This is my bad traveling experience with SPS travels from a.Tuticorin to Palani on 05-08-2022. When I traveling just 15 kilometers before from palani, Driver and checker ask me extra money for my kid by hand but I request official A/C number or Google pay number for paying the extra money for my kid even I have used only one sleeper (L6). Then only the treated me soo badly and use harsh words against me and dropped myself and my girl baby at 5 kilometers away from my stop (after passed Palani Bus stand)

Reason for delay is that driver took bus from madurai, reached around midnight 12 at madiwala to take bus again from bangalore to madurai Finally, I reached madurai at 12.30 pm.total journey hours is more than 12 hours.

We have asked for proper reasons but the driver and co staff was behaved very rudely. I booked non-Ac sleeper sps travels for first time for travelling from Coimbatore to Tirunelveli via Abhi bus.Later they sent me a text message informing me that my bus has been changed, even changed my seating (L2 to L6) and bus timings 40 mins before actual timing.They didn't even call me. And I cannot reach their local agent number provided by Abhi bus and their customer care can't explain or sort out the issues.So I directly called Coimbatore sps travels booking office.Even they cannot clarify anything because the main office cancelled it and they don't know why.yet, no one asked sorry for the inconvenience caused by them.Poor customer service.Long story short do not pick sps travels(or Abhi bus) for your travel plans.

Hey all… thank you for reading this..I am typing here right now with lot of disappointments with SPS Travels… this is not a first Time.. most of the time I am facing issues with this poor travel agency.. kindly attention to the passenger who are travelling in between Pavoorchathram to Coimbatore / Ambasamudram to Coimbatore.. be careful to choose above bus route with SPS.. especially Ambai to Cbe.. most of the time bus getting delay to reach arrival at point.. if you reached on time with your loved once at Ambai.. while track your bus it shows.. your bus is near by kovil Patti or in between kayathar to Nellai… etc.. trust me.. it’s true.. this mistake was happened only because of their money making idea… the one who booked to Ambai to Cbe is really facing this issue…actually they are running morning bus from Cbe to V.K.Puram.. you know very well that morning busses always getting delay due to lot of reasons…just imagine if you are ready at bus arrival point.. tracking shows bus is still some 100+ kms away from you.. just think that moment.. your entire energy will gone… you loose your mind like this texts tat I am writing now… red bus is not answering properly.. Mentioned as chithode 4 roads but no information about the boarding point. While speaking with sps travels office they said boarding point is at by-pass. 2. Timings. Boarding point arrival time is at 10.45pm but the bus arrived at toooo early by 12.00. 3. Safety precautions. No safety precautions like rods in between the seats. How the passanger will sleep in upper berth without these basic precautions measures. The driver is not familiar about the routes. SETC is AC sleeper is much better than this.
