    Do not go to RAMANI Mahindra showroom. The staffs only give false commitment. Especially the person from accessories is not at all responding properly to queries and doubts. Took Mahindra marazzo only 10 days ago. My delivery was delayed by 8 hours. I and my family waited for the whole day and was committed that it will reach in sometime. I asked for accessories to be installed and I was guaranteed the fog lamp was installed, but only at the time of delivery I was told that the product was out of stock. I gave my car today for removing my roofrail. They removed the roofrail and said that the cleaning requires 2 hours. After 2 hours when I asked for my car they said they require 2 more hours. After waiting for 4 hours they are now telling that they will be able to deliver the car only after 3 days. Customer Service is pathetic and horrible. Not at all satisfied. Totally negligent staffs. If you are planning to buy Mahindra cars please go to CAG not RAMANI. My brother in law is planning to purchase an XUV 300, but I have recommended not to go to RAMANI because of their poor customer service and response. Feeling bad for purchasing my car here.

    Before buying the car exceptional service. After purchasing one of the worst after services. Do not purchase from here if you care for your own mental wellbeing . One of the worst , thankless , mediocre servicing team

    We purchased a XUV 700 from Ramani Motors Coimbatore in December 2022, and our initial interaction with their sales team was exceptional. In fact, we even left a glowing 5-star review detailing our positive buying experience with Ramani Motors. Encouraged by this favorable encounter, we decided to entrust Ramani Motors with our vehicle's periodic servicing. Regrettably, our experience with their service team left much to be desired, as we encountered several issues: 1). The service team exhibited a marked reluctance to attentively listen to our descriptions of vehicle-related problems. 2). This communication breakdown often resulted in the service team performing tasks unrelated to addressing the actual issue at hand. 3). Rather than acknowledging their errors, the service team frequently attempted to obfuscate the situation, creating further frustration. 4). An unfortunate attitude of superiority prevailed within the service team, seemingly driven by the belief that they possessed all-encompassing knowledge, while implying that customers lacked even a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics. 5). It appeared evident that the service team was overwhelmed by their workload, which unfortunately led them to resort to tactics that included confusing customers, ultimately resulting in service delays or even discouraging new customers from seeking their assistance.

    Fabulous Buying Experience with Ramani Mahindra Coimbatore .,Wish to share my experience with Ramani Motors on my purchase of all new Thar 4X4 today . Today is my delivery day and it all went smooth and beautiful from the day I booked this Thar to the delivery today . A hassle free purchase was anchored by the Team Leader Mr.Ramesh , highly instrumental in taking this purchase a breeze . The efforts were highly appreciated as I didn’t give much time for registration formalities & delivery ( today ) as I just want to spend the weekend in this Thar , but Ramesh sir was so confident to deliver on time and he did it . Thanks to the team and especially Ramesh sir for making this purchase a celebration without errors & compromise.

    This showroom is an absolute joke! We went as a family there and literally no one attended us by any means, every sales person was busy among themselves and their mobile phones. You would need to force them to leave all that and come attend the customer, which is absolutely ridiculous customer experience by any means. We came to see xuv700 and book the vehicle but again nobody was even ready to walk us through the car which was right there in the showroom. They were like, that's the car you can go and see and vanished forever, as if we don't know which is xuv700! And as no one came to explain anything about the car, we decided to ask for a test drive, so we could see it ourselves, and again like before, there was no one to get the test drive ready. Literally took 45mins for them to get the key for the vehicle and give test drive. Test drive was not okay, we didn't get the diesel auto we asked for, so we took the petrol manual and the car had many issues, like water leaking from sunroof, improper tyre pressure, and mainly something broken on the air pillar side which created lot of air noise, but yeah again as it's test drive car, we didn't worry much. Back to showroom, again nobody cared to take our details, our booking or even water for us to drink. When caught hold of one guy, who might be the manager, he was like vehicle will take 2 yrs to deliver, and went. Didnt even care to take the booking or provide water. We forcibly pulled him again and gave our number so he could arrange for the diesel auto test drive, but it's been a week and till now no reply to WhatsApp messages or calls. Like their showroom interaction, nobody cared to give us the test drive or send an inspection for our exchange vehicle. What a pathetic customer experience it was! We didn't like XUV700 that much, as it felt more like a premium ertiga honestly, but now my second option to book the new Scorpio N is also gone because of these guys. Well done Mahindra. 👏 with such showrooms in place, soon people will stop booking any vehicle of yours, so you can finally deliver the cars sooner. Great strategy!

    very arrogant and negligent response from the service manager... the service manager told me "it was not my problem" when asked why they wanted a full payment for a cashless insurance claim through Mahindra Insurance Brokers...yeah, why would it be his problem if its my mistake buying a car from them...felt very bad to have purchased the vehicle from Ramani Mahindra...i would never go there to buy another vehicle from them ever again...giving them 1 star because you cant give zero stars

    Worst After Sales Service..!!! Ramani Mahindra is good in Sales from Vehicles to Club Mahindra membership plans but worst in showing attention to your vehicles when it comes to service. During one of my regular service, I took along my friend (who owns Bolero 2009, Diesel) to the service Centre, he said to me that CAI Mahindra is far better in terms of addressing issues during service and Ramani Mahindra is not. Now my car (XUV300, W6 Diesel, 2021 model) ran about 14.5k in 2 years and 3 months. Taking him for 3rd service and this time I really wanted to check my car while it is being serviced.. If I'm not satisfied again, I will post in detail about my car's service experience with Ramani Mahindra from the time of delivery until now and this would be my last visit to Ramani Mahindra and had to try out at CAI Mahindra service center, Erode, which is close to my home..

    Mr. Vikash did a phenomenal job in understanding the problems in our vehicle - Bolero Neo & rectified everything in service. He is a very responsible and nice person in the service center. Personal recommendation - If you are giving car for service, meet Mr. Vikash (Others aren't responsible and don't even respond properly to customers).

    Hi Am UMAMAHESWARI ... I am stating from marazzo enquiry level for Mr.prem immitiate response and immitiate excellent TESTDRIVE GIVEN my spot sakthy...but am already decided *innova Cresta* he is explain for my usage and need based only tesdrive explanation .(no need and understanding why spend so much amount for that vechile innova )Am very satisfied testdrive....     One of the best showroom in Coimbatore. We recently took xuv700 . We had a very smooth experience from the time of booking until delivery. Showroom has a homely atmosphere , where everyone will be easy reachable and all queries will be addressed asap.

    Very worst service I have experienced in both Tirupur & Coimbatore showroom. I have taken my car service to Coimbatore. I’m clearly explaining the issues to service assistant they not even listening the issues I have in my car. After an hour they called and said brake condition is bad we need to change both front and back I agreed to change. Then after two days they called me and told that AC cooling is not coming because of low gas. I told them to refill it they said ok in the call. The next day service person called me without refilling the gas they told we filled but it was leaked fully. Service person said to overcome this we need to change the AC condenser. I regretted that time to change the condenser and took the delivery. And gave care outside and just refilled gas. Now ac is working properly without any issue. I’m very much disappointed with Ramani Mahindra Coimbatore.

    Very very Bad Experience faced today by Customer Service Executives ladies staff who were sitting in front desk by today 22 and January. They are treating customers by APPEARANCE. We already Booked Mahindra Pick up Maxx before one month but still now we didn't received Accessories for it. After that also we wish to Book Mahindra Xuv 700, we ask for notice and specifications and they told that there are no such types of things available. We told that we having enough money to buy then only lady staff who were sitting in front desk is ready to Explained about the Car. Worst experience from front desk.

😠 Worst experience! We planned to buy a Ertiga car and Visited the Adhi showroom @ saravanampatti .. customer are treated like dogs. Nobody cares who is coming or who ever is going. People inside sit and chat. Please don't visit the showroom... better choice would be ABT / ambal.
