Very good place for kids to play. Place is neatly maintained. No flash lights or hard materials used, so place completely safe for kids to place as extent as possible. Roughly kids could play 1-2 hrs continuously. Staffs are very friendly and approachable. They explain the traiff perfectly. Cafe items are good, but sometimes the items are very limited. We tasted their coffee and other snacks it was good. Definitely a must visit for kids who loves to play games. Just follow Google maps to reach this e.

Great place with neatly maintained air conditioned play area for kids with ample parking facilities. The main highlight is that on request they provide babysitter for your kid sou that they are entertained and taken care of while we complete our shipping run. Refreshments for adults is also provided.

The place for kids is a haven. My kid I had to literally lift her and step out to go home. They will enjoy a lot with all the play stuff inside it. Good place and good staff. The AC could maybe be improved was sweating a lot while just sitting 😅. Also maybe improve the lighting inside make it more colorful like how Kids like it. Located inside a good area and good parking space to. They even have Birthday party packages, got to know this on enquiring.

Good play area for kids aged till 10 With each kid one parent is allowed. They also have a small snack area. 450 Rs is charged for 1 hour and then we can pay 150 rs extra for another hour . Socks is must for all. Staff are very polite.

The place is really nice for kids to have a good time. They maintain the area neat and tidy for the kids to play. They even charge for the children who are 1 year old too. There is no differential charging for infant and kids more than 2years. I would recommend the owner to consider this as an option so that you can attact more customers. Another advantage is that they will allow the mom to be with the kid

Small place but kids will surely enjoy. Have all the likings under one roof. A swimming pool and a small water theme would make the place the best. Had been there for 3 hours and my daughter never stopped playing. And there is a cafe with good varieties of snacks and drinks. Plus you get to enjoy with your kids by playing with them inside, other places allow only kids inside and not adults.

Clean and neat indoor play area. I especially like the idea of insisting anybody who enters the play place to wear socks. Has been designed thoughtfully and safe for kids. I would definitely recommend for young children. Good rate and free Wi Fi for parents! Food and snacks available for purchase too. We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday party at Castle Town. The arrangements, ease of planning and food were amazing. Staff were helpful and quick to organise everything very well. Kudos to Mr.Shakthi to help make all the arrangements smooth and stress free for us. We especially loved the hot Italian thin crust pizzas that were on the menu. This is a great place to host children's birthdays- as the kids get about 3 hours of play as well. Highly recommended

As much as initially castle town was an amazing place to take the kids but nowadays it’s not maintained at all . For the safety of the kids , it’s overpriced. The staffs are rude as well . Recently my kids went with their grandfather and the staff said men’s are not allowed to go along the kid !! My daughter was too young to go on slides alone . So that’s not fair . What will a single male parent do or gay parents ?? Also , mainly all the nets are worn out ! The carpets are not clean , the balls are all damaged, none of the four guns are working , See to the pictures for yourself. It’s a request to the management of castle town to improve, then I’ll delete my review as a complaint.

Good place to take kids for a play time. But some of the games were not functional. Only limited games available. Could try once. Food court available and parents could sit out and relax while kids play

Well maintained play area for kids. My two n half year old baby likes castle town very much. Its totally safe for kids. Staffs are very caring. One problem is that during Saturdays and sundays they will restrict the timing to 1 hour and further extension is not allowed due to rush.

Good place for kids to enjoy for a couple of hours. The play equipments are designed with safety standards. Kids won't get hurt even if they fall. Maybe the price can be optimized, so we can keep going back more often.

Neat & tidy play area for kids with variety of games. Apt for kids below 10 years and you can comfortably spend an hour easily. Kids and attenders should wear socks to play area. They also sell socks at Rs 50 per no. They charge 450 for the first hour and 150 Rs per hour thereafter. They have a small hall to host parties and serve snacks/juice through cafe. Situated behind KFC outlet in Avinashi Road, you can definitely visit them once. Kids will have fun.

Castle Town is a spacious and fun play area for kids, with a jungle-themed design and a variety of indoor play equipment. My kids enjoyed the trampoline, the slides, and the ball pit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well-maintained. However, I felt that the entry fee was a bit high for the facilities offered. Also, the place was quite crowded and noisy during the weekend, which made it hard to relax and watch the kids. Overall, Castle Town is a good place to visit once in a while, but not a regular destination for us.

Nice play gym for kids under 10 years. Clean and well maintained. Safe place to play. Socks are a must for the kids. There is a small cafe attached, for snacks and beverages. A small party hall for organising birthday parties available.

Do you want to give your kids a very happy hours? Then this is the place. Your little one can enjoy every second spends here. It's bit costly for a lower/middle class families like me (₹450/hour). Once in a while we go and enjoy. Pls note, no one will come and remind the hours you are spending here. Pls check your time and try to move. You will be charged for how many hours that you are spending. (You and your kid won't be aware how soon the time passes when enjoying here)

Good play time for toddlers and school kids. Food available too. Friendly staff. Nice spot. Need to work on air conditioning though. Price fair I think.

Excellent Avenue. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. The management and leadership are very honest. My daughter had lost her diamond earning there, but the proprietor personally ensured that it was found and returned to us. Would highly recommend this location for your friends and family, with children

Very worst experience... Staffs are very rude... Even they are charging for the kid who doesn't want to play... Once the kid enters the premise, they will charge Rs. 450 per hour ruthlessly... But after a long hatred argument, they didn't charge for my elder kid... They won't allow the kid without socks... So they will sell you the socks for Rs. 50... Only kids below 5 can enjoy somewhat... Staffs' behavior has to be taken care by the owner... Pricing is huge... We can go to some amusement parks instead of spending this much stuff here...

The idea of café + play area is good. Kids would enjoy being here. They have a small hall, where you can host mini parties like kids' birthday. The drawback I felt was the space, it could have been a bit more spacious. Also, the washrooms can be maintained better.
