👍👍 Lovely spot with a nice outdoor seating area. The coffee was good quality. The eggs benedict was delicious, the eggs popped as i cut the yolk and were perfectly cooked. Generous portion of salmon too. The juices could be a little better (slightly watery and not fully blended) but everything else was... People often mention service, brunch, good, friendly,

Very cute cafe with delicious breakfast. Their croissant and taco are both very good. Their hand made tea (honey, lemon and ginger) will warm you up in a winter morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful breakfast in the beautiful plaza. Highly recommend their Croissant Madrid (pictured - everything in the photo was €9.50 total). Food was perfect. Service was sweet efficient, and caring.

Lovely spot with a nice outdoor seating area. The coffee was good quality. The eggs benedict was delicious, the eggs popped as i cut the yolk and were perfectly cooked. Generous portion of salmon too. The juices could be a little better (slightly watery and not fully blended) but everything else was fantastic. Quick friendly service too. Please blend the juices a little more though, this was the only letdown the juices had chunks in them and were a little watery.

Fix your menu. 11 or 14? I feel almost frauded. This 4 looks like an artsy 1. At 14 euros the menu is around 30 cents cheaper than the separate prices. This is 100% on the owner. The staff is nice and friendly. Quality also good, but really overpriced for a Portuguese student’s city. Would rather be adequate for Berlin.

We enjoyed the food and the service immensely! I had the vegan toast (avocado, roasted mushrooms and arugula). It was so good that I ordered another one. My husband had the brunch deal - croissant filled with goodies and 2 nice pancakes with nutella, along with orange juice and a latte. Highly recommended!

Great place for brunch - I loved the chicken bowl with rice, a soft-boiled egg, avocado, mango, red cabbage and arugula. My partner said the granola bowl was delicious. Nice place to sit outside and watch the world go by...

Great food and service. If you are looking for something not conventional but good, this is a place to go. At a cost though, so definitely not the place to go regularly.

Nice place for brunch with many options, there are some vegetarian also. I liked food and smoothies. I didn’t like they put ice in the fruit smoothie and they use some cream instead of real fresh avocado.

Best brunch/lunch place I've found in Coimbra so far! The food is laid back but high quality, and the perfect mix of flavorful comfort + healthy. The setting is what makes it perfect– sitting outside in the beautiful square in the sun watching my kids run around and have fun while I get to relax and drink coffee.

Beautiful place, love the decoration. clean bathroom. The staff was very nice and even let us use the restaurant phone to make a phone call. The food was good and the coffee too. The one thing that spoiled our breakfast was the heat, it was very hot in there and as soon we finished our meal we requested the bill because it was impossible to stay there.

What I can say more than a lot of people already said? Croissants are fresh and lovely, additives are fresh and tasty. Juice with a ginger was great instead of coffee- still gives you an energy.

The food is pretty decent. Service is alright, but not overly helpful the day I was there. Atmosphere is nothing to speak of. Inside is quite cramped. I’d go again, but only with an outdoor table

Loved this place, had the brunch deal which include a croissant of your choice, pancakes or yogurt bowl, a drink of your choice and a coffee. I walked feeling super full and happy, all this for 14 euros is a good deal. Servers speak English and the service was fast and attentive..will come back

One rainy Sunday afternoon, I enjoyed brunch at this lovely cafe in the Coimbra historic district. All my dishes were delicious in fresh ingredients and delightful in textures to eat. For my savory dish, I ordered the Croissant Madrid and fresh-made juice with lemon, strawberries, and mint. For my sweet dish, I ordered the Croissant Break and Pink Latte (made with beets). The croissants were light, buttery, and flaky. I appreciated the attention to detail and colorful plate presentation. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable for my questions in English and Portuguese. The service for food delivery and clearing was prompt and efficient. There was plenty of seating options outside with umbrellas and inside with a whimsically cozy decor. Overall this was a very pleasant experience to brighten up a cloudy, rainy day. I entered for an afternoon meal and stayed a few hours for the creative ambiance.

If you’re looking for a place to have a non-traditional Portuguese brunch, this is a great alternative. The service is very quick and friendly. Food is tasty and presented beautifully. Decor inside is modern and whimsical. They also have seating outside with muse of the beautiful plaza. Definitely recommend this place.
