Came here yesterday with my family first time in ages since we have been here was lovely to see nothing had changed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly when we arrived and quickly got us a table we roughly knew what we was ordering as we had looked on the menu before hand but still looked to see some wonderful dishes. We orderd a mac and cheese for the little one with the Double Dirty Combo and two Pitmasters when the food arrived it looked so good was hot so you can tell it was fresh and hadn't been sitting around for ages was well worth the money and will definitely be coming back for more as we have been a fan of this place for many years and have never had any problems.

Nice atmosphere, Delicious food, Good price, Friendly staff, I would recommend.

My husband and I liked the place and enjoyed our food. It exceeds our expectation to be honest. Also, the lady who assisted us on our seats is very accommodating and also Gill who took our order and served us food is very friendly as well. We'll definitely come back to this restaurant and will tell our friends to try it as well.

A great family value restaurant. Our waitress was excellent, super friendly and good service. There's a wide range of foods available, including vegetarian and vegan options. Good value for money. And of course, you can never go wrong with the included salad bar and famous Red Devil sauce! Ample parking, although it was very busy.

We didn't reserve as it was on the off chance we were on our way to another restaurant but changed our minds. It was no trouble we were promptly shown to a free table. Our server Kirsty B (apologies if I'm wrong) was one of the highlights, she is an exceptional server and is very friendly. It was a nice atmosphere and not too busy too. Good range of vegan/vegetarian options available (not the usual boring bean burger thankfully!) Plus a dairy free ice cream sundae 😮 All in all, a very satisfying meal 😊

Extremely quick service. Laura our waitress was so lovely and accommodating, she had great people skills and put a smile on two very tired girls’ faces. I’m also coeliac and was very impressed by staff knowledge on gluten free food. Very enjoyable experience.

Mostly what you expect from a Harvester. Nice reliable food and prices. The Bbq chicken stack with mash and traditional combo are our family favourites. Here, what particularly impressed us was that despite being clearly very busy, the salad bar was well stocked, the food was served in reasonable time, and the table service was attentive to us and others. Laura was our server, but we did hear others attending politely to other tables.

The service was very good, happy smiling and always helpful. The food was lovely, friends had mixed grills, and others had a rack of ribs The atmosphere was good, people enjoying themselves, not thinking they were better than anyone else. Great environment. However, there was something that I didn't like(you know it was coming!) This doesn't reflect on the service at all. Dirty people, putting their fingers in the sauces to taste, picking out bread and putting it back, overfilling bowls dripping sauces on the floor. Do they not know its bottomless! Or get another bowl. Coughing over salad. Harvester help!

A very dishonest menu offering false perspectives. I ordered the chicken stack (basically hunters chicken) as the menu made it sound like a grand affair, so did the price. When it came out I was seriously disappointed as it looked like my meal had been run over by a road roller, not what I would call a 'stack'. I know the current economy means things are expensive to buy in, but don't be dishonest with your menus. The harvester need to edit their food descriptions so they more accurately represent what you actually get.

Great service from Laura. Chicken as tasty as usual. Glad to see this place as busy aa always. Will return.

We came for Christmas Lunch. Could not fault anything. Food was lovely and our server Louise was absolutely brilliant, with a kind heart and fantastic sense of humour. Well done everyone on a fantastic service, we really enjoyed it.

Great were: Meal - salad bar excellent - was varied and everything was well stocked. Only small negative feedback was that there were no brown rolls. Our mains were fabulous. My chicken skewer was both delicious and plentiful. My daughter really enjoyed her vegan option too. Service - our delightful waitress Laura was so helpful and friendly. She works so hard and takes the time to chat with all her guests. A real credit to the waiting and hospitality profession and to Harvester Stanway.

Today my brother and I went for breakfast to celebrate his birthday. We’ve never had a bad experience there but today wow-Laura you made our day!!! Laura was such a fab host and even sung to my brother for his bday. Thank you so much xxx
