At least one part of the order is wrong, every time. Order has random cookies in place of what you asked for, because they don't have enough out for their orders (or you just won't have as many as you ordered). This is not new, this has been ongoing for a year or two. Get the staff more support so they can focus on enriching the core function of the business, don't just abandon them. Maybe this would also help retain staff? The Bosnians who owned the franchise next to Dunkin Donuts in Colchester were masterful, there's no reason this location can't be even better.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat from a chain. It's one of the few that are actually in the area which is great. My only complaint was the lack of drink options but it is attached to a convenience store so its not much of a problem.

No longer true. They're having severe staffing issues and inventory control problems so challenging that they are frequently out of certain sandwiches. ______________ Frequent after school stop. Reliably 'Subway' + cookies.

I love subway but refuse to go to this one anymore after last night. First, the employees continued to stock and clean instead of helping or even acknowledging me while I stood there for almost 5 min. Second, I was told they were completely out of southwest sauce when in reality they admitted after the fact that they would have to go out back and prep some. I said I was not in a rush and would appreciate if they would grab some and got attitude. I was also the only customer there. Then I was told I couldn’t use a 7.99 foot long meal deal because I also purchased a six inch in addition to the foot long that does in fact qualify for the coupon. The cashier scanned my coupon and my total stayed the same. I asked if the coupon worked and the worker said yes. I informed him that the coupon didn’t take any money off and he said it was because I also got a 6 long and that for the coupon to work I had to have only purchased just a footlong by itself. I explained that’s typically not how coupons work. He then admitted that he didn’t know how to ring the coupon up in the computer. He grabbed another more experienced (and I said experienced very hesitantly) employee and the coupon was applied properly. If he didn’t know how to do it, that’s fine. But don’t make up a lie due to lack of knowledge. Everyone needs help sometimes, and that’s fine in my book. Got home, (I live less than 5 min down the road off Williams road) and the sandwich I got was cold. I don’t think the employee even heated the meat on my sandwich up. Lots of chaos for a simple order.

Went in there today and was greeted by a young man name Jon when I walked and told me that he be wright with me. He was very pleasant and Kind he answered all my questions that I had. He made my order the way I wanted it and it was fresh. I want him to know that he did a good job and I will be coming back to that Subway for now on. Thanks Kim

Staff are great but they make circular sandwiches. I didn't even know it was possible to screw the customer this much by making progressively thinner and thinner sandwiches.

be careful, most employees tryna take your cookies for themselves so double check what you get.. management doesn't really care either, maybe they're in on it too LOL

Went to subway today, one of the employees couldn’t make a sandwhich for the life of her. I asked for chipotle southwest and she put hot sauce on the sandwhich. I even tried to stop her. When I told her it was wrong she wiped the hot sauce off with a napkin, replaced the meat and cheese, cut a big chunk of the bread off then put new meat and cheese on with chipotle south west, with hot sauce still left on the sandwhich. The employee was also threatening to quit in front of us.
