Stopped for a quick meal in between towns. I have emphasized before that you having to wait at most of the KFC's seems inevitable. So if you are planning on your take out prepare for a long wait. Premises of all KFC's are always well decorated and Colesburg branch is no exception.

Why can't every KFC be as good and as tasty as KFC Colesburg. Everytime I come through Colesburg, they have never disappointed. Could be the best store nationally. Well done

Not gonna lie, I personally don't eat KFC chicken but I somehow got a breast piece in the box meal I ordered and it's thee best piece of Kentucky deep fried chicken I've had to date, not oily , crispy , spicy and golden brown. Here in CapeTown KFC is down the gutters with their smet oily chicken.

Totally uselesss.... Ordered a streetwise 2 and a crunch burger when i passed gariep dam wich is 40 km away and about a 25 min drive. And when i stop there they havent even started yet.... Truck drivers have no time to waste thats why we order on the move so once again USELESS!!!!

Please check your food before leaving 2nd time in 5 days that the order was not complete, tonight a streetwise 2 but no chips , really KFC Colesburg your service is bad…..and you are not even busy….

Maybe having order numbers flashing on a board outside of shop will help relieving crowds waiting inside... otherwise no problems

Had a sad experience, bought spoilt food of which we saw it at home as it was bought as a takeaway. Krusher is not krusher anymore, used an alternative container and there was no explanation or whatsoever. Bought a Go Six, an important special ran by KFC but there were no cool drink.. saddest experience I have ever got, sadly on my first attempt.

3rd time I wasn't satisfied with the meal I purchased. 1st time the zinger wings was dried out. Second time the chips was cold. And last night the zinger wings was either too long in the drip tray. And the chips was cold and not even crispy.

Extremity friendly and helpful staff despite it being very, very busy. It was Friday, month end, payday and school holidays. The staff were abnormally busy and kept on being friendly despite all the pressure and high noise level. Very clean.

Stopped for a quick snack. Was helped very politely, and the restrooms were in immaculate order. Food was fresh and hot. Was a great experience.

I purchased a 8 piece family treat at the drive thru, when I was trying to pay they charged me for a 10 piece. I was requested to go inside to deal with this situation in order to get it sorted. I went in and paid for my order however, when I arrived home I realised that they had only given me 6 pieces of chicken. Needless to say someone in my house didn't get their chicken so all in all it was a complete let down.

Why can kfc staff not get your order right? I ordered the fully loaded box and I specifically asked for no sauce on the burger. They still gave me a burger with sauce. Why do we even bother to say no sauce when they just do their own thing. It is like they are robots. They don’t think. They just do. Very disappointed. Not my first time. It happens all the time. I purchased at Colesburg KFC.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The shop was clean and neat

Great for us truckers as there's access by large vehicles. Downside is that I Bought street wise 3 pap and only got 2 small pieces. Not even the salt, spice or ketchup sachets were included in the bag. My loyalty to the brand has downgraded.

The service was great..plus they open 24 hours hey..not alot of kfc's go that xtra mile.

Pap not quite my standard, service very bad cause I didn't have R2 for kids that I never seen being fed.

Paid for 4 full meals. Waited about 20 minutes. Didnt receive two chips on the wrap meals and the two allstar meals both had a small chicken nugget on the burger.

Staff attitude is very rude. The toilet is not working and there is no sign to indicate the toilet is not working. The branch just merely ask one of their staff to stop clients from entering the toilet without able to explain that the toilet is not working.....

Very disappointed! Traveling to CPT from JHB, stopped for some breakfast on our trip but got turned off the food as soon as we saw the following, The chicken in all 3 breakfast wraps and the duncked crunch burger was not cooked properly, pink in color. Didn't really check the crunch burger. You guys should really be careful, salmonella is very dangerous!!!! All 4 items were thrown into the bin immediately!

Always enjoy the streetwise 2 with pap and gravy as well as the streetwise 2 with chips. Cappuccino excellent and coleslaw is good.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Just the beggers outside that bothers a person . The entrance road from the highway , very bad , potty ( l think more to do with trucks parking there . Txs

Horrible Service. Small order which took 45 minutes!!! We didn’t even get all our food as they left out our chips. Weren’t even busy.

Terrible experience, horrible chicken with no taste after having to wait almost 45min for my food.. Waste of money.. Not the first time going there when I travel long distance and the first time was disgusting as well... I hate the fact that I gave this KFC second chance and they failed me again

The Kentucky was delicious. Normally with high volume of tourists I find mass productions either the meat is still raw or getting your orders wrong. Well done KFC Colesberg. I tell friends and family about you.

Fully loade box meal but burger does not have tomato on and the chicken is not even well cooked. People please check your food before leaving. Staff is friendly but the food sucks.
