If your looking for a quiet ,family friendly, safe ,clean and if your a nature person like myself this is the place to be . I had an amazing stay the place was very clean and relaxing .Vaughn the host was very helpful and was very quick to answer all my messages.I must say this is definitely a home away from home .I am definitely looking forward to may more stays here. If your looking to have birthday parties or any special events they offer that as well . Great stay !!!!!!

Host: 5/5- Let me begin by saying, there is probably no words that can depict, describe, or portray the level of professionalism, comfort, and transparency that Vaughn provided as a host. I decided to do a solo Birthday trip to Jamaica and communicated with Vaughn prior to reaching. We arranged airport pick-up, in addition to running a few other errands that were necessary for my stay. As a host he gave you space but was one call away if you needed anything. He was punctual, communicative, and as a young woman traveling alone in another country, he made me feel SAFE. I truly feel like he is family now. Property: 5/5- Beautiful low-maintenance apartment with more than you need. The kitchen was well-equipped with a water-heater, coffee-maker, blender, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. The air conditioner cooled the entire unit (and got nice and cold too! had to turn it down/off on cooler nights). The bed was comfortable and the linen was fresh and clean. I had split my trip up to spend a week at the villa and a weekend at a resort for my birthday. Major regret lol. I wish I spent my entire stay at the villa. I truly felt at home. Location 5/5: Anytime I come to Jamaica, I mainly stay in Ochi. His villa was less than 10 minutes away from the town where you can do your banking, try different restaurants, get a sim card, buy groceries, go to Dunn's River, etc. But not close enough to hear any hustle and bustle. Just crickets :). Perfect location. Thank you for the millionth time. I will be back!!

Vaughn is a really great host. Business man who is cool but professional. Place was very comfortable and easy to get around. Close to town but far enough to chill and easy back.

Me and my beautiful wife happened to stay at this great,fruitful, quiet and peaceful villa. Of all the places I've stayed before I have to say it was the best getaway I've ever experienced.You could never ask for better if you really want to relax and enjoy your partner in a very special way. My advice to you is to check this place out for yourself and I'm sure your experience would be well worth it.The seaview is great, the air is clean and I personally recommend it to anyone as it was my best hide away location.I am definitely looking forward to going back. In closing I would like to thank everyone who made it possible especially Vaughn thanks again and I'll be back soon.

Always a beautiful place to stay and the host is super sweet and attentive. I love how secure the place is as there are cameras everywhere and security patrols the property.
