Simply amazing. Beautifully renovated antique palazzo. A modern and silent lift has somehow been incorporated into the building. We stayed in the top floor room with incredible countryside views. Room and bathroom superb. Wonderful breakfast terrace. Excellent buffet breakfast and also freshly cooked eggs, cuts meats etc. prepared to order.

Our stay was excellent! The hosts were lovely, helped us with our trip, restaurants and future bookings. Very good, fresh breakfast. We decided to extend our stay because we loved it so much. The rooms were big and clean. Pietro was so kind, took us on a tour in the palace and in his tower and showed us antiques from the 14th- 16th century. The town is lovely as well there is a lot to see. Highly recommend, I hope we will be lucky enough to come back again soon!

The service is spectacular, we were treated as the most important guests in their hotel The breakfast was very good, with the right amount of healthy options as scrambled eggs or cheese and sweets. Parking was easy for us, you can park outside the hotel and during certain days and hours you may need to move your car for street cleaning. Also, it was very very clean and in a very safe neighborhood. Free coffee, sparkling water, juices and tea for all guests whenever you want was a cool thing to have after a long day of walking. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone On top of that, the town is very authentic, with not a lot tourists and a very cool little town to spend a night (or even two). Very convenient hotel in a strategic location to drive around the Toscana. We recommend this place to any solo traveler, couples or families. You will love this place :)

Amazing family run hotel in the old town of Colle Val d'Elsa. Exceptional service, down to navigating me to the carpark in the car! Room was lovely with views to the Tuscan countryside. Lovely breakfast on the terrace. Would stay again.

Beautiful place! The owners are very nice and go out of their way to help and give recommendations! There is not a very easy way to park in front of the Palazzo, but there is a public parking 5’ away from there, which usually has free spots. We spent a lovely week in our suite, we loved it. Would definitely come back

Got the double deluxe room with Booking and room was perfect. Elegant yet modern with air con if you like and amazing view on fields behind the palazzo. Nice garden (with a gardener can become a gem) and breakfast terrace.

By far the best family run hotel I've experienced. Charming 16th century building, freshly renovated with lift! Rooms are super nice and clean, authentic with modern amenities. Free parking year around, amazing views with quality breakfast. The owners are friendly, polite and helpful. Definitely coming back to this hidden gem!!

Clean, spacious room. Air con is slightly weak but sufficient for late June weather. We received a warm welcome from the host - superb hospitality. Limited options for breakfast but the outdoor balcony made up for it with great views.

Great hotel in the centre of this wonderful town. Service was very good indeed, friendly and helpful. Breakfast better than most hotels in Italy though I didn’t enjoy the coffee which came from a machine. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms modern. Only thing I didn’t like was the fussy airconditioning which was impossible to operate and the noisy room (7) at the front street, where Italian drivers go past as if they are participating in an F1 race. I also heard almost literally what was going on in the room nextdoor which was appropriately called “Romantica”. Ahem.

Fabulous small hotel in the centre of Colle Val D’Elsa. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and had a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. The owner, Pietro, was simply wonderful, and made us so welcome, even making us coffee and tea upon check in and booking a fantastic restaurant (ask him where to find the best steak). Breakfast was amazing, especially the scrambled eggs and salami, be sure to order that.

Nice small palacio. Very friendly staff. Mentiones airco, but that's not really adequate description of natural 'coolness' of the building. With 37degrees outside, that is pushing it.

What a wonderful, romantic hotel in this sweet town. We have been to Colle Alto before, and were so happy to see it still quiet not not overly touristy. Our room was truly „A room with a view“, Tuscany hills spreading right before our eyes. Modern bathroom, white linen and towels, service was just perfect every day. We had breakfast out on the terrace, everything you need was provided for getting you started for those hikes and tours. We can only recommend this hotel, as well as this little town.
