Outstanding Service, very attentive staff overall. We've had a great time and insights into tuscan cuisine. Cold cuts were accompanied by red wine recommendations, the steak was incredibly tender. The ambience on the terrace was lovely. We felt really at peace and were fully focused on enjoying ourselves and life for a good 2.5 hours. Would def spoil myself again, every euro worth spent here.

This restaurant is amazing! The setting is charming and the rooms broken up so that you aren't sitting with a crowd. The food is fine dining at its best, creative in its flavors and beautiful in presentation.

Wonderful place to have a luxurious meal. The staff were perfect friendly attentive and professionally trained. Information was provided for, for both wine and food. Everything was of the highest quality whilst maintaining the rustic Italian feel. Truly Exquisite!

THE WORST restaurant I’ve visited. I would give 0 star. We reserved online because there’s still spots open, then the server said it’s over booked so sent us waiting for 20 min and promised for a table. When we came back, the server said there’s no chance he could fit us in. He was unapologetic about the over booking situation. If the restaurant is full, please stop allowing the guest to book it. We drove all the way with empty stomach. SO DISAPPOINTED that a restaurant at this price point would allow such incident happen.

Superb restaurant and dinner we had here. Really nice Tuscan cuisine with a more modern fashion. Great selection of wines. Highly recommended

Great restaurant! Some amazing vegetarian dishes that are sometimes difficult to find in this area. Very kind and helpful staff that made me feel very welcome.

Lovely restaurant in the old town of Colle Val d'Elsa, we tried their tasting menu, 8 courses, I'd I remember correctly, for 55 euros (wine, a nice Syrah from the Cortona area excluded). The service was friendly and quick and the overall experience was very pleasant. As far as the food is concerned everything was nice but, apart from the pork "stew" (slow cooked at low temperatures), nothing exceptional. The portions were in line with the number of courses and we were both full and happy at the end of the dinner. We will surely come back if in the area.

Really nice ambiance and friendly staff. This restaurant is more for when you’re in the mood for higher cuisine and some good wine. Portions are relatively small for the price you pay. I wasn’t very happy with my main course due to the quality of the meat (too much fat on the lamb). Next to your meat you don’t get much else, just a tiny piece of artichoke with a 3-4 thin slices of potato. Portions and quality of pasta are really good.

Wonderful restaurant which does a lot of things really well but can also improve in some areas. Starting with the positives: great location in the old city centre, I sat outside and it was awesome. Nice vibe. Menu is interesting, definitely not your standard Italian fare. Loved the amuse bouche, the octopus and the highlight of the evening the smoked spaghetti! Best dish I have had in the past week in Italy. Staff was not all up to the standards I expected. Asked for olive oil with the bread and it never appeared. But some staff went out of their way, explaining more details about the dishes and offering extra wine. Biggest disappointment was the filetto di manzo; I expected them to do something interesting like they did with other dishes. Instead it was a thick chunk of beef as opposed to the nice think steak quickly grilled and often served in rocket with balsamico. I had some mashed potatoes and a foam that fell away completely and did not add anything to the dish. This really needs work. Also, if you offer wines by the glass and sell a customer a new glass, explain that it is a different price category all together. It was lovely but you need to communicate this, either through a menu or verbally. Had a great time and will gladly return.

This place was an outstanding find. We celebrated our anniversary there and both went for the five-meal, which was a great value for the quality of the food. The chef combines unique ingredients to make exquisite but delicious dish creations. The ambiance in a small but typical Italian town with a medieval charm makes the experience all the more rewarding. The server always seemed to put great value in our input as well when it came to wine preferences and other suggestions he could make. We will certainly be visiting this restaurant again someday.

Had an absolutely wonderful meal! The restaurant is in a medieval cave that is so cool! Food is delicious and creative - it was so nice to eat local food but with a modern twist, service is great, and so was the wine!! Definitely a must if in the region!

The food and the wine were amazing. I really wish I had taken pictures. The place is quite quaint. We had a great semi secluded table. I know I mentioned the wine, but it was really good and at a very fair price..I like that they are proud of their food and restaurant but they don't try to fleece you. I would definitely return.

I had the best butternut squash ravioli of my life in this restaurant. Topped with pecorino Romano and sizzled sage with EVOO. I still think of this dish 20 years later.
