😠 We had a very stressful first experience and will not be returning. We prepaid for parking and got to the lot around 6:30 AM only to find a “lot full” sign but cars still being allowed in. The lots were absolute chaos and a total free for all. The lots were all so overbooked all the spots were taken... Absolutely shocked at how bad the service is. I will never park here again. Parked this morning and arrived 3 hours early for my holiday travel only to be left in the parking lot. Gate guard attempted to stop the shuttle bur they kept going. The next shuttle driver got out of the shuttle and directed me to wait for the oncoming driver…..she never arrived. Finally boarded the shuttle, the driver was very rude. There were only two actual travelers on the shuttle. We had to wait for the shuttle to pick up seven employees from the many different lots….the driver finally communicates to the dispatcher that she had been at the base too long…I agree. She drove like a bat out of hell to the airport. No assistance was offered to unload my luggage. I almost fell out of the shuttle trying to unload my bags. I should have parked with my regular parking service but wanted to give Wally a chance. NEVER AGAIN! My shuttle experience was the worst part of traveling the day before Thanksgiving, worst than the long lines in the airport. I wish I could get a refund because this was an atrocious experience. Update: return trip Wally park is the only shuttle service with no shuttle on site for pickup. All other shuttle services have back to back shuttles ensuring their riders are not left standing out in the cold and rain. Save yourself a bad experience and park with another company.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I feel this is necessary. We used Wallypark for Thanksgiving and drop off was a breeze. However, when we landed at the airport, pickup was a nightmare. My family and I waited for over two hours to be picked up. We had to wait outside, and It was cold and rainy. The driver who picked us up was very rude. And on top of all this, we were so late with picking up our car, we had to pay a late fee leaving the lot. If you can choose another park and ride service, I would recommend you do so.

Been parking here for a couple years and lately they are understaffed and shuttles pass by a large groups of passengers. They are slow to pick up in that parking lot so allow extra time and they often make you wait over an hour at the airport before picking you up to take you back to your car. Calling the phone number provided in the app is ineffective, as they don’t answer the line. We will start parking elsewhere going forward. This was the last time. With that said, the drivers are nice and this does not reflect the individual employees, but Wally Park has to start staffing properly to accommodate the clientele.

NEVER AGAIN! I reserved parking in advance. Got in and parked and there was a shuttle bus on the lane next to us. The driver stopped and told us he'd called and told them where we were. We thanked him. 15 minutes later, still no shuttle. I called their customer service number and spoke to the lady who was running the front. She was not pleasant AT ALL and just said "the bus is coming" and that they were all leaving. I told her that was not true because I saw them pick up some people. 15 minutes later, still no shuttle. I called back and she blamed it on the shuttle driver. People were literally having to walk to the front of the facility to get a shuttle. The shuttle was PACKED. Apparently, they contract to take airport employees to the airport and they were more concerned about that than their own customers. My husband and I had to stand along with about several other people who were behind us. They then allowed 2 airport employees to get on and stand to the right of the driver (by the door), which impeded his line of sight and was a major risk. I will NEVER book with this facility again!!!

We found WallyPark super last minute after unexpected issues with our original parking plans. We had a flight in less than 3 hours and they had availability in their uncovered lot with free shuttles that take you to the airport. They literally pick you up at your parking space and help you load your luggage into the shuttle. From pulling into the parking lot and getting dropped off at the airport may have been 8 minutes total. Upon our return at 10:45 pm, I followed the email instructions to text our return and I received a text with specific instructions for finding the shuttle after we landed. We were then dropped off at our parking space. We quickly discovered our car battery had died. After requesting roadside assistance and getting quoted arrival time after 1 am, we called the phone number in the information text message and they quickly came to our spot and jumped our car. We thought we had cables, but they actually brought a battery pack, which was super efficient! We left the parking lot before 11:15. We will absolutely be using this parking lot for any future flights.

Don’t use!!! You We waited for over 40 min to get picked up 11/26 with a baby! I called twice and both times they said they were in route! When it did arrive- everyone charged the bus because so many were waiting- we were in the front of the line but since he parked 2 spots up it was chaos. The bus driver was so rude! It was unbelievable. He proceeded to say, traffic was bad! Every other bus came multiple times but not Wally! Never again!

What's the point of having all them buses and only one runs.. every other shuttle service has sent 4 buses their 1 bus. It won't hurt y'all to pay one extra person to drive.. I had to come back and edit my review because I think I may see what part of the problem is person driving the shuttle either can't read or can't see everyone gave him their cards but he proceeded to go through out the bus and that's everyone where they were parked but I'm like I don't know you have my card.. Thank God I took a picture of my parking spot and was able to tell him where I parked

I had a smooth experience overall , I pre-paid so when I got there I just had to scan my phone to get in I waited by my car for about 5 mins. It was cold so I decided to walk over to the shuttle it was crowded I chose to stand up because we know how Atlanta Airport is 🤦🏾‍♀️. On the way back the directions were not very clear where to meet but you have to go to the bottom level of the airport and all the shuttles were lined up I was able to get on but we waited a little while for others to come. I got back to my car it was fine I parked 3 days it was about 35.00 uncovered. You scan to get out also. I definitely will use this lot again.

We had a very stressful first experience and will not be returning. We prepaid for parking and got to the lot around 6:30 AM only to find a “lot full” sign but cars still being allowed in. The lots were absolute chaos and a total free for all. The lots were all so overbooked all the spots were taken and people were leaving their cars absolutely wherever, even if it meant blocking the road. People were also parking and blocking in other cars which I’m sure proved to be a nightmare when people returned and found they couldn’t leave. There were not enough buses to pick up so we were running across large parking lots from one side to another trying to get a spot. I was really troubled to see a handicapped older woman traveling alone stuck in the cold and dark with no hope for a pick up, she was getting left because she wasn’t fast enough to run to a bus until we got her help. When we returned we scanned our bar code to leave and we’re charged an extra day for being 40 minutes early (we would NEVER have gotten a spot if we arrived even ten minutes later despite pre booking) and being 3 hours late due to a plane delay. I cannot find anywhere in my booking info about being charged for an extra day for being a bit late or early on the scheduled days, just that if you travel into the next day you are charged an extra day. Customer service was no help. Save yourself the stress and headache and park elsewhere. We will not be returning. The only positive I can say is that the shuttle staff when we finally found a shuttle were very nice and did their job to the best of their ability after being put in a terrible situation with corporate overselling the lot.

Last time using them. There is never a shuttle waiting. I’ve tried being patient with them but the last 4 times have been long waits. Family has been waiting for 20 plus minutes for a shuttle. Park n fly, Peachy, and the parking spot are running like clockwork.
