I
rented
a
car
at
Atlanta
airport
with
rental
contract
starting
last
night.
After
a
17
hour
flight
I
arrived
at
the
Dollar
rental
counter
and
about
70
people
were
waiting
in
line
to
get
processed.
I
calculated
that
I
would
have
to
wait
for
at
least
2
hours
before
my
turn,
but
I
was
tired,
so
I
decided
to
take
an
UBER,
go
home
and
return
in
the
following
morning.
This
morning
around
100
people
waited
in
line
but
as
I
had
already
paid
for
the
car
I
decided
to
wait.
After
around
1.5
hour
an
announcement
was
made
that
anybody
who
had
made
a
reservation
within
the
last
2
days
could
leave
as
there
were
no
cars
available.
They
were
asked
to
demand
a
refund
and
go
to
a
different
rental
company.
When
it
was
my
turn
after
total
waiting
time
of
2h15
minutes
they
could
not
find
the
reservation
in
the
system
and
when
I
started
pushing
they
just
moved
to
the
next
client
ignoring
me.
I
lost
my
temper
after
which
they
declared
that
they
would
not
give
me
a
car,
even
if
they
found
me
in
the
system,
because
of
my
impoliteness.
I
should
ask
for
a
refund.
I
then
walked
over
to
SIXT
and
got
myself
another
car.
I
am
now
fighting
for
a
refund.
I
have
never
been
treated
like
this.
It
seems
they
take
it
for
granted
that
clients
are
waiting
for
over
2
hours
to
pick
up
a
car.
There
are
no
apologies,
there
is
just
an
unbelievable
attitude.
It
is
sickening.
What
I
also
should
mention:
Whoever
was
handed
a
key
to
a
car
still
had
to
wait
for
up
to
2
hours
in
the
parking
lot
to
get
a
car.
My
conclusion:
A
bakery
would
do
a
better
job
renting
out
cars.
It
impossible
to
overestimate
the
incompetence
level
of
Dollar
rental
company.
Unfortunately
I
have
to
give
1
star
to
post
this
review.
But
I
want
to
make
this
very
clear.
Zero
stars
would
be
too
much.
If
anybody
from
Dollar
company
reads
this
review.
Don't
answer
to
me.
You
are
dead.
I
do
not
want
to
hear
apologies.
Just
dig
yourself
a
hole.
