I would give this place a 0 if I could. I went there to get a booster shot. While I was waiting, the security guard was loud on the phone talking about personal business. She rudely told me where to go for my shot. There was a woman seated at a table that asked me about insurance & filled out my vaccine card. That woman was rude & unprofessional as hell. I guess she thought I was extremely unattractive/ugly cause she kept covering her eyes whenever she looked at me. The nurses giving the shot were courteous. After 15 minutes, when I was leaving the woman at the table covered her eyes again like I was hideous/ugly. I would have filed a complaint but it probably would have been a waste of time. I thought there would be more professional at a health clinic/department but guess I was wrong. I'll never go back to this department again.

College Park HD is not a bad place at all. They have a system and procedures that need to be followed however overcrowding is not an issue. It is clean and the workers are nice. Reading the other comments had me apprehensive about what to expect and I am not disappointed. If you need to come make sure you come early

I do NOT understand these negative reviews! This place is Heaven sent! From the security guard to the front door ladies who check your fever to intake of paper work, the nurses, oh my Lord the wonderful people at this place are straight from heaven!!! My daughter and I came and we were overwhelmed by their professionalism, compassion, and genuine love and care! We live pretty far away and when I tell you, these people went above and beyond to make us feel loved and cared for, I Have NO Words for the comfort they provided! Angels do walk this Earth and they are right there in that office! We love you all so much and your dedication and hard work and the things you do for others is nothing unnoticed! We love you and thank you so much!!!

I went through so much last night to put myself in position to be there early and receive my covid vaccination. I get there and get denied a vaccination because I don't have i.d. ( that was stolen from a shelter,). They were more concerned about "incentives " than me asking to be vaccinated. I was embarrassed and also seeing as though I couldn't get my vaccination card..... Another night on the streets (shelters not letting you in without vaccination card. Staff was totally inconsiderate and worried about "incentives " that I never asked about... I simply asked to be vaccinated. Smh

The staff is nice...it's security for me,are we coming for health issues or are visiting someone at a jail!! The line to check in,unnecessary. To be honest the staff had bags,bookbags...etc. All kind of weapons could be in there. But no wand or anything. Then here I come with my child who needs a shot and I gotta wait to be wanded in like a criminal. Women and kids. This is not a mental health clinic....then I could understand the need for such intense treatment. Do better people! Then security had the nerve to say she cold while standing in the heat wanding people. The nerve. Reminds me of a depressing inmate line.

If it was possible I would rate it 0 zero because I was sent here by my school to cone and convert my present immunization record from my country after waiting under the sun for hours only to get inside and hear them telling me that my record may be forgerd and u need to take another 8 shots of it again.which I don't know if it's good for the health and they still asking a huge amount of money for the shots to be taken absolutely disappointing

A bunch of lazy, pathetic staff who don't want to work and just do what they want. I don't even know why or how they're open. I called to get info on how to get shots for my child, and they told me I could walk in at 8 am or 1 pm for standby in case someone doesn't show for an appt. I came at 12:30 and waited for them to arrive from lunch and open only for them to tell me they are taking any standby. I asked why... no reason. They just decided they didn't want to take anyone else. I wasn't at capacity, short staff or anything. They just didn't want to do it. After having my child miss school and taking off work, I couldn't get service....after a worker assured me the day before that, I could surely come and wait to stand. It's an absolute shame.

I've never known for a bussiness to never have anyone answer the phone for a clinic.

Get a new security guard he don’t even have to do nothing but he very combative before you enter he’s beyond rude & nasty too old to secure anything anyway

Fast and friendly! I literally went in at 3:50 PM and walked out at 3:55 PM! The staff is very professional and nice

I love Tina from Vital Records!!!!! When I tell you she saved my life and was oh so nice and very helpful and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all! My mama said she was so sweet!

This place is definitely for the community. Their not rude everyone just give auntie vibes (there are different types of aunties). You will have to wait if you don’t come early but it’s not because of the staff. I assume there computer systems is slow. Imagine for every person you have to wait for the computer to load that will push everyone else wait time back. This place accepts walk-in and last year when school shots appointments where booked up for months they accepted walk ins so the babies wouldn’t miss school… these ppl go to work everyday and work with what they have to give you what you need. Just have patience and you will have a great visit.

HORRIBLE!!!! I have been here since 8:30 still haven't been seen. Sad part I'm the only one back here. NEVER again!!!!!!

I have been to this place THREE times and I have nothing good to say about it. They make you wait for hours just to meet BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and RUDENESS.

Rude and unprofessional. One of the elderly nurses had a very nasty office with empty chip bags. Lysol containers but obviously hasn’t cleaned anything in that office for weeks.

Besides the the high security at the front door, my visit was good 👍🏽

They have security here they are the worst I ever seen. But the customer service are cool.

This location never answers phone, it always say something about Cisco answering service. To be a health department for the state this situation is unacceptable.
