The food was good and fast, but.... The woman in there is squatty, naughty and very snotty. Her voice sounds like if Alvin and the Chipmunks all became abusive, passive aggressive step moms on dr. Phil

We ordered from this location twice in a week. The first time I ordered tuna club and barely had any tuna on it. I felt like I was eating bread, cheese, tomatoes, and mayonnaise with my onions with a very small amount of tuna. Fast forward to tonight, I ordered the tuna club once more only this time my wife ordered it with extra tuna when placing the order on line. We drive over and we get all three of our sandwiches home and guess what? No extra tuna! I called the store and young boy offered to remake my sandwich if I was willing to drive back over and pick it up. What choice did I have? Either eat the sandwich I was given and charged more for, or drive back over and get the sandwich I paid for. No one offered to give me credit for having to run twice and get my sandwich for the employees mistake. Seeing other posts these people need trained or retrained. Maybe the manager isn’t doing his job, because ultimately it’s his responsibility to train his staff. It will be a while before ordering from this location again. Y’all better get a handle on this location or it won’t survive!

The rock prairie location sucks!! I just moved to this side of town and have now ordered twice. I usually order from the university location. The sandwiches are drastically different in size and attention to detail. They never get my order right and the sandwiches are small!! Very disappointed for the second time!! I wish the location on university could just deliver to my new place!!

Did NOT live up to the slogan. Took 55 min to receive my order. I ordered online 12 min before my lunch break. By the time the driver arrived I had less than 20 min left to eat. The ice in my drink had nearly all melted. I requested the sandwich be cut in half online. It was not done, though the reciept reflected my request. I asked the driver what caused the delay. She said the store was super busy and she was the only driver. The store is less that 2 miles away from my place of employment, on the same street.

We drive from Central Texas down to Houston to see our son. On a previous trip we Google Jimmy Johns near us. That search took us to this location. The sandwiches were amazing, all ingredients were fresh, and the staff was amazing. This experience made this a garranteed stop on our next trip. We stopped by yesterday evening on our way home, we were greeted like old friends. They remembered us from over a month ago, and even remembered our sandwiches preference. Trust me when I say not all Jimmy Johns are created equal. This is the place you want to for the best quality of food and services.

I definitely enjoyed my experience here. The staff was kind and thanked me for my order. He even said "Can't wait to see you again soon." displaying customer service to gain my loyalty. I definitely prefer this Jimmy Johns over the one located at 200 University Drive. Take my suggestion and always come to this Jimmy Johns as they truly appreciate you being their customer.

Love some Jimmy John's. No matter where I'm traveling, the sandwiches stay the same high quality. This location is no exception. Clean store and friendly staff.

The employees were very nice. Added a little too much mayo and I had asked for cucumber but that's alright. It was still a great unwich.

A very good, very fast sandwich place. Call and make an order, and they will set it on the metal shelf on the right, and you can zoom in and pick it up. Very nice staff.

I’m so mad right now! Live 25 min away from nearest jimmy John’s ordered what was supposed to be dinner for my kids and I. Brought home bread with tomatoes and bacon. No lunch meat, no lettuce, no mayo. Just trash!! No way I’m driving all the way back either. Now have to figure out other dinner plans. This is the worst experience I’ve had with jimmy John’s ever!!

Have to say the Gargantuan is an awesome sandwich. Combined with great service and friendly staff, it was a great lunch. Looking forward to going back again.

i am by no means a JJ’s fanboy, but i can’t complain about this location! we made a huge order for a group of 20 & the staff was gracious and did a great job. also the oatmeal raisin cookies here surprised me in the best way!

This place has constantly been clean for me at every visit. While they are not the fastest jimmy johns, they are still good. I will say that, specifically this visit, I think I received a rotten pepper or something on my sandwich. I took a bite and spit it out immediately thinking of no there is plastic in my sandwich??! Nope, turns out it was a solid black and wrinkled up pepper. It was horrible but once it was out the sandwich was good. In comparison to the other jimmy johns in town, this one is more polite. Especially as I had staff at the other one try to trick me into eating meat when I ordered the veggie and admitted to doing it on purpose. This one has gotten my order correct every time and on time. They are nice and caring here.
