Hi everyone, we noticed a young man by the name of Princeton singing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer in the Publix parking lot, our little girl Isla was crying, he came over and performed Jingle Bell Rock just for her and us too, she was so happy and it brightened her day as well as ours. He introduced himself, gave us a kindness card and made sure Isla was okay and happy. He helped our groceries into the car too. Publix did a great job of hiring this young man. My husband and I love hearing him sing in the parking lot especially loving these Christmas carols. Ellen and Jacob.

Very nice Bogos, very very friendly staff. They also have a great deli. They are a little more pricey but I still prefer publix for my ahopping.

The pharmacist refused to answer questions about my medication and said I was harassing her even though it take a restraining order first to file harassment charges. Every other Publix employee was exemplary except for the pharmacist.

Average store and customer service. Publix used to exceed your expectations. No longer. Gone are the days where the staff are friendly, helpful and ask you can they help you find something. Cashier Alex, no greeting, no eye contact, no thank you. Overall a fair experience. Not bad not great. They were out of 2 products and quite a bit of trash on the floor at the entrance. Prices continue to climb. I wish the managers were on the floor and noticed the way the staff are apathetic.

Came in for one of the famous Florida staples known as a "Pub Sub". It was Superbowl Sunday and I got the last sub bread! Buffalo Chicken Tender Sub was AMAZNG. I love Florida, especially in the winter. Thanks to all the hard workers at Publix, Florida loves you guys. ☺

Princeton, a bagger, has the the world's kindest heart!! My 4 year old daughter lost her favorite plushie while shopping. As you can imagine, she was heavily distraught. Princeton stepped in right away and offered to help us retrace our steps to locate the missing plushie. Mind you, this plushie wasn't the run of the mill normal sized plushie, this was a micro version of a beanie baby. So it would prove difficult to find. Well, Princeton looked on the ground, on the shelves, and even down aisles we didn't go, but nothing turned up. He searched again and again. But nothing. Another shopper saw how desperate my 4 year old had become and joined in our search by suggesting that often times when someone finds an apparently lost item, they place up high, at eye level, to easily be found. Well...since we all, at this point, had been looking low, on the ground, Princeton decided to go down aisle 13 one last time, but this time looking up! Behold! He found our micro beanie baby!!! My 4 year old was now shedding tears of joy! Princeton saves the day!!! And thank you complete stranger for your suggestion. Now during all of the thank yous and tears, Princeton revealed to us that he is autistic. It never occured to me. Princeton, you are our hero. Publix did an amazing job hiring this kind hearted young man. He absolutely, positively restored my faith in humanity. His determination showed us that we weren't invisible and we have worth. Princeton, I can't thank you enough for your actions to help my daughter. She has talked about you since we left the store. You should turn that Publix apron around and wear it as a super hero cape! And I'm positive that your actions will never leave my daughter's heart and mind. Nor will they leave mine. Thank you.

This Publix is very cool! The layout is similar to the crossroads Publix but it has a few added bonuses. For example the deli is slightly larger and has a great amount of options. On top of that they have a salad and olive bar to create your own salad. This Publix is very good and there is plenty of options.

My new favorite location. Beautiful store, they have everything , even pool toys and pool noodles (in December!) and I love that they have self-checkout.

I’ve gone to Publix for custom cakes and always happy with what I’ve gotten. I went to this one with a weeks notice for my event and the woman at the bakery told me they don’t do anything custom and I had to pick something from the book. I tried telling her I know they do custom cakes and I’ve gotten custom cakes done there before but she was hearing none of it. It was clear she just wasn’t in the mood to take a custom cake order. She wanted a quick from the book order, so I decided to leave and take my business to another location.

We went to the deli. The deli ladies that make the sandwich are so awesome. Don't forget the drinking cup and chips for the combo.

Fabulous cakes from the bakery! Beautifully decorated; no need to enhance in any way. And sooo delicious. Variety of flavors available and price is slightly higher than Costco, but worth it!!!

Bagged my own groceries while baggers stood around at other cashier lanes that were empty. Every time tried to make eye-contact they looked the other way. no managers in sight. Quality control dropped the ball. Very disappointing shopping experience.

Publix is very popular here in Naples but not my first choice. It does carry a lot of items and is usually busy. Their subs are the best!

I love Publix sales!! Smart shoppers see that the bogo free prices at Publix beat out their competitors price for two of the same product. Some competitors don't even offer sales, making Publix the easy choice to make. Thanks Publix for making shopping a pleasure! Clean stores, well stocked shelves, and friendly employees along with great weekly sales makes Publix the place to shop at! It's so convenient. You can even make digital lists on your phone at their website and get the scoop on all their great sales before you come shopping.

I am forever grateful for this Publix. They had a sandwich there that I wanted and I was able to get it and eat it. So if you want a sandwich one day when you need one you can go there and get one. Hey

This is our regular stop every time we leave town and are on I75 The staff is friendly and the store is welcoming and clean. We enjoy grabbing sushi rolls as well as getting fresh hot food (we got there just as fried fish was being put out). Delicious!! Thank you Publix!!

Manager is a nasty individual who berated me and made fun of me for losing my home in hurricane Ian. To think this all started over a tube of toothpaste.

Got to give kudos because this is the only pharmacy in miles that keeps adderall stocked. We drive the extra miles just for that. Pharmacy staff is super pleasant and helpful. They're text alerts are great, so helpful when you are taking several meds. If you need prescriptions, highly recommended.

One of the smaller Publix stores. Great staff, well-stocked with merchandise. Prefer to shop here than the bigger Publix stores.

I wish the Publix closer to my home had this many ready-to-go fresh food, prepared food and deli items! Instead of using prepackaged tuna salad on their subs, they used fresh, which made a WORLD of difference. We found these cool taco kits I am definitely coming back for, eggplant rollatini, crab cakes and more. Definitely recommend this Publix for the busy parent who needs some meal shortcuts!

Standard great Publix but here they have a wonderful salad buffet but also with tuna salad, chicken, chicken salad, olives Couscous salad, broccoli salad....I'm so glad I found this Publix- it was delicious! 😁 -- Photo is from the next meal there. Still delicious, and only $10 (by weighted cost. Worth it).!

There was no need for Publix to cut down the old aged Oak trees that have been for a long time! This was one thing customers loved to be able to park under a shady tree and go shopping. There excuse for cutting them down is bogus and fake. Now it’s a barring frying pan! This is my favorite Publix and it’s in the heart of Naples…. Very disappointed and sad they cut down the beautiful trees. Anything to make it difficult for consumers right. 👍
