Can’t stand the customer service at the deli horrible!! Everyone acts like they can’t stand to help anyone, very slow service and they act Annoyed that your there asking for deli meat or cheese. I had one employee roll his eyes because him and 2 other employees were fussing about who was going to work or not.. So unprofessional to do around customers.. If you don’t like your job find another one.. Don’t make it miserable for the customers spending there hard earned money I will go somewhere else.

Very clean and organized. I went to the deli in the evening to pick up some hot food. The ladies are sweet and give a lot of food. The sandwiches are big, a regular size is perfect for 2 people. The produce looks nice and the prices are good. They have fresh cut fruit and yoghurt cups with fresh fruit too.

Go-to the deli counter. No one is in line. Great....not! 3 workers behind the counter 1 cleaning 2 doing I don't know what. 10 minutes later still no service. Just being told to wait by all 3 employees. I guess whatever they were doing was more important then a customer standing in front of them waiting! Ridiculous!!

Crossroads Publix is just as good as Kings Lake! The manager and all the customers are friendly, and the deli food is delicious as always. Nothing bad about it at all🙂

Entire deli department needs to go. Workers are slow, disorganized and don’t care. I order there because it’s close to work but there’s always a problem with my pick up sub order. Either it’s late, they never make it, or get the order completely wrong. Whoever the manager is needs to really focus in on this department because it definitively doesn’t reflect the publix way.

Going in 2 weeks for my birthday. But they are extremely helpful on the phone.ill let you know how it goes afterwards.

Friendly Service. Clean store. Well stocked. I ordered a tray of sandwiches. They were ready when promised and exactly as ordered.

Went to the deli for lunch pre road trip. Excellent wraps created on the spot from the deli, older lady who ran the register at the deli was 95% useless. She waited on the 8 people ahead of me & decided she was done and told me to go to the front of the store. I asked if she was on break and she said no. Gave ZERO reasons why she couldn't check me out like the 8 people before me....what gives?

The staff at this Publix are always friendly and ready to help, I’ve been shopping here almost 25 years and it’s been consistently my favorite one!

Terrible service. Rude staff. Also, last week called store manager, person on the phone identified himself as a store manager was a man. Today I am told she is on vacation. So I was lied to. Mice will play when the cat's away.

I love this Publix. I've been shopping there for 5 years, but yesterday I bought organic ribs with bones. I wanted to cook dinner but the meat was not fresh and it was smelly. I went to return them and no one even said sorry. It wasn't nice. Guys. I don't want to smell the meat before buying it! 🥴🥴🥴

What a great place! So many food trucks and options. Great views, nice atmosphere. The lobster roll was so delicious 😋 but very small. The snapper sandwich looked very good.

Great sub experience this afternoon, thanks to Gisele in the deli area! I asked for Italian sub dressing on the side, so I could put it on my sub at home and avoid soggy bread. She satisfied my request but I really felt like she took it to the next level by wrapping it up in plastic without me asking her to do so. Not only did she want me to enjoy my sub, but also wanted to ensure I didn’t have a mess on my hands while I finished shopping and headed home. This was above and beyond, the little things mean the most! Thank you Gisele!

They reduced what they carry in organic and special diets but overall it's a really good store and the staff is awesome.

Publix chain just has a certain cleanliness and comfort to it. The staff is exceptional and the store itself is well,,,,,,,,, it's Publix need I say more?

The supermarket here is always clean and organized. It’s easy to find what we’re looking for all the time. The BOGO deals are helpfully located right at the front, as soon as you walk in. The flowers are always lovely. The deli area has plenty of selections, including the famous Pub Subs (for Publix subs). Pricey.

Good service! I think food prices are too high! Not just Publix but everywhere! I try to buy the BOGO sales.

This is our Publix of choice. It’s closest to our house, and is always well organized and very clean. Sometimes the parking lot can be busy, but the staff is always friendly and happy to help get your groceries to your car if needed. A welcome upgrade from Costco.

Was all going well until we got the the checkout and my friend was carrying his service dog as we were walking around all day. John the manager started yelling about the dog being in the store and we told him it was a service dog as my friend had heart surgery and got him registered. John then said “yea sure I bet he is” sarcastically. This man is unprofessional and needs to be trained. Him and a few cus to mer service people were laughing at us after he said that. Very disrespectful and will be sharing this on Facebook and social media.

Publix had everything,1 day after Hurricane Ian.Fresh veggies ,fruit and plenty of milk Too.💓
