Stopped to get a breakfast muffin this morning. Got a cold muffin with cheese and bacon wasn’t even warm. Does anyone want to eat cold bacon and cheese on a plain non-toasted muffin? Totally unacceptable service. I don’t feel like the employees care about the type of food they’re putting out to the customers. I’m very disappointed in this.

So glad that Chick-fil-A is back! They were great before the renovation but it’s even better now. We came here the day it opened and we’re not disappointed! And on the most recent visit we decided to eat inside with some friends and it was a great experience as the interior is cleaner and better. The staff are always friendly and amazing and the hostess was especially kind. Finally the food is great as always, the chicken was fresh and delicious and the fries with the chick-fil-a sauce was tasty also. Welcome back Chick! 🐥

Friendly, fast and easy to deal with. I got my chick fil-a nuggets. They were hot. They hit the spot. Great place. Also great wifi. Thanks for that. Helpful.

Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat in the US. It's cheap, has waffle fries and real chicken (not processed) This specific restaurant has people tending to the tables to see if you need anything. You have infinite salsas to choose from and to drink you have the option of choosing tea half sweet half unsweet.

Food was hot and tasted great..well worth the 20min. wait..soup tasted great..if any issue it was the disorganization of cars who needed more input when to pull ahead... but I can look over that after eating the best chicken sandwich in the area.. pricy yes' but well worth it... Definitely worth checking out.. I would recommend going on a off hour and recommend not on a Friday evening or during peak lunch or dinner hours ..

Staff here is always amazing, very efficient. The food is always fresh and they are very good with their order accuracy as well. Definitely the most well managed Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to

I am writing to thank the staff and patrons of the Airport-Pulling restaurant. I left a Fanny pack with all my identification, house keys and a substantial amount of cash in it during today’s busy lunch rush. An honest patron returned it to the staff. Staff were understanding and refused to accept a cash reward. Thank you Chick-fil-A staff and patrons for your honesty. As a visitor in Naples, I am blessed to have come across such kindness.

There's a reason this location is always slam packed with customers. The service is friendly, the restaurant and restrooms are clean, and the food is fresh and delicious. Every employee spoke to us with a friendly greeting, thanked us, and invited us back. Unfortunately that sort of customer service is not common these days. I'll happily return to a place where I feel welcomed, wanted and like part of a family. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

I'm not sure why but every chick fil a I've been to seems to be the same experience and they're really great. This location is the only one I've been to that cuts the chicken for the salads in larger thicker pieces. I prefer the usual thin slices because it allows you to spread out enough chicken to have some during the whole salad-eating experience. I know it sounds miniscule but it's one of the things that made me choose chick fil a salads over everywhere else. I'm particularly picky about meat so it's just a little disappointing. Just thought it was odd since I've been to chick fil a even out of state and it's always prepared the same. This location has also given me the wrong dressing which has never happened before either.

I normally wouldn’t say this, but if I could give this establishment 10 stars, I would. The food is great and the new updated location is clean and comfortable. What is really remarkable is the service. I swear, it is better than Capital Grille, which costs 6 times as much. We were asked several times about our experience, if we needed anything, offering us free refills, and so on, each time with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor. We were thanked for coming and conveyed they would like to see us return. I truly wish other restauranteurs would visit this location and train their employees accordingly. From everywhere we’ve been, from greasy diner to 5-star steakhouse, Chick-fil-A does a superior job.

Worth going to for a fast food lunch that was not disappointing. Service is great, Very crowded, however; things move quickly. The employees are friendly and helpful. Definitely a GREAT fast food

The staff at this location is so incredible. They really pamper you and check on you to see if you're in need of anything. Service was incredibly fast inside and they even offered me free sample drinks. Next time I'm in Naples I'll definitely be stopping by

Usually , Chick-fil-A is a great option for good food along with fast and friendly service. The service was fast and friendly however the food was less than acceptable. (See attached photos) the grilled club sandwich was missing bacon and tomato. Really? Thats what makes it a CLUB. Surely it was an oversight, after all it was very busy. We called in to the chicken fil a cares line and they quickly made it right. Even though there was no bacon, at the end of the day it was a good experience and corporate showed they truly care.

Really impressed with the service, presentation and feel in this restaurant. The tables had beautiful fresh flower bouquet. The kids play area was clean. They had a fully stacked condiment corner. The tables looked clean. They bring your food to the table like a normal restaurant. The hospitality director walked around asking if anyone needed anything and was very warm, attentive to the guests. I have not had this experience at a fast food place ever. Definitely coming back!

Amazing service! Order was perfect and got everything extra we asked for. Manager checked in on us and a person even came by to refill our drink. Best dine in experience/ customer service at a fast food place.

Super busy. Only reason giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking and traffic. flow issue. Usually Chick-fil-A runs smooth like clockwork. This was a #$$! show to say the least. I ended up parking to go in a get food because there was no telling where line for drive thru was. After being cussed and honked at I decided that was my best option

First Chick fil A that I go that the tenders were not hot & fresh, just like extended holding warm. Fries were ok.... I waited for the food as usual, at least I expected the real Chick fill A experience. Manager should check product holding times and temps....avoid serving it like this

Quality of service at this location has definitely, unfortunately decreased over the years. Alex, the employee taking payments outside was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. The food was about the same quality as any other chick fil a.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints no matter which one i visit throughout Florida. The quality chicken is consistent in flavor and texture from the one im use to in Miami. Its safe to say that you may not have any issue eating here unless chicken sandwiches and milkshakes are not in your preference.

Usually I have a great experience but today I got a shriveled, dry filets(4). I'm so mad i don't know what was going on but it's was 9 it wasn't time to close so I don't understand why I got the last mns treatment the food wasn't even hot.
