This is our 4th stay at this hotel and we are always pleased with the service and level of attention the staff dedicates to each and every guest. This stay though was tainted by an injury of our 2-year old daughter with a total lack of response from the hotel or corporate (albeit promised). On Tuesday, May 23, 2:55pm our daughter climbed up the platform to the kiddie slide - we were the only guests in the children pool area with one "life guard" present. I walked around to the other side of the slides to catch my girl coming down, when I heard her screaming from the top of her lungs....it took me a moment to run back around to see what happened: the platform got so hot, that our girl suffered first and second degree burns (blisters) on her feet, requiring medical attention. The life guard, which was closer to he did nothing! When we asked the hotel to put up warning signs and advise other parents to have their kids wear shoes and to discuss the matter with us, we were "handed" from Gokay to Anthony, who promised a call from corporate, which never happened. Now, one month later, our girl is still afraid to walk barefoot on pool decks and we are in awe that a 5-star hotel wouldn't even bother to follow up.

Two Thumbs Up, My wife and I have stayed at this Ritz Carlton 3 or 4 times, the experience each time has been outstanding. Every single person we encounter was wonderful, friendly, helpful. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful especially the bathrooms. The valets were terrific and would have your car brought around in no time. We had a great time .... looking forward to heading back to Tiburon. P&S

Beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service from everyone! My husband and I are Platinum Elite members and usually stay at the Naples Beach Resort, but he’s a golfer, so we wanted to try this resort. We loved it! The staff is friendly, which is normal at an RC, but this team was a notch above. They made you feel like family and went above and beyond. The bellman, valet, front desk staff, pool attendants, bartenders, housekeeping - they were all helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Food is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful to walk, and the pool area is great. Very relaxing! Valet had our car in minutes! We planned to take the shuttle service to the beach resort for a day, but we loved this hotel so much we never left! Stayed for 5 days and can’t wait to go back. Thank you to the entire team for such a great trip and going above and beyond!

As always a exceptional stay at the Ritz. Rooms was were spacious, beds comfortable, and tons of amenities. The pool is geared towards families complete with water slide and lazy river. You have the option to go the other Ritz property on the beach with their shuttle or $10 Uber. We actually thought this property was nicer. All in all a great 3 nights. Go with confidence

Beautiful hotel, love the outside bar & grill, very nice golf course, nice pool, nice staff. I had no complaints till i had over 30 bug bites all over my body. My husband and I are in Florida often and know about the bugs. Always have bug spray on when you’re outside and then shower it off before bed. I called the hotel 2 days after we got home because i had to go see my doctor for having multiple bug bites. She said the bites look like bedbug bites. I asked the hotel to check our room, they said they would call me with the results. No one called me after waiting 2 weeks for an answer. I called them and the man in lost prevention said “oh yeah I know about this and no we found no bugs.” I said I would have appreciated a call, he said “well you have your call.” I called corporate, they started a case. The hotel called me because a case was opened and to sum it up they did find bugs. I wasn’t told what kind but was told they had to call eco and shut the room down. They offered 40000 points and i said keep it that’s an insult. The lady was very nice and said she has to go higher up but that someone would call me the next day. Another 2 days passed and no phone call. Called corporate again, they said the case was closed. I told them the entire story and they said they were unaware. Needless to say, very unprofessional. My husband and I decided we are definitely staying Hilton members which we are Diamond for life Hilton members.

When one thinks of a Ritz Carlton, images of grand entrances and lobbies with marble, fine art and sculptures, fine restaurants and bars and well-appointed rooms with fantastic views. All these are true of The Ritz Carlton in Naples Florida a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Even the key cards are made of Bamboo wood. See photo! However, the one thing that really impressed me about my most recent stay in Naples was the staff. They are the most well trained and kindest hotel staff that I have ever come across. Just one example, I had just walked a distance through the parking lot with my luggage in 100-degree Florida heat when I arrived in the lobby, I was tired, panting and perspiring through my suit. Upon my arrival at the front desk the desk clerk Judith looked at me and said "one moment please" went to a refrigerator grabbed a water bottle handed it to me and said please drink this and give your luggage and jacket to the bellman that had just walked up behind me. She then said " you seriously look like you could use a really good room" she then gave me a fabulous room overlooking the entrance. After now handing me a glass of champagne Fabio the bellman then escorted me up with all my luggage and my jacket. The week continued with amazing staff everywhere in the pool area and all over the golf course. Well worth the experience. The biggest rooms are on the ends of the hallway and a couple in the corners. I included a floorplan to show the layout.

This was my first stay at the Ritz Tiburon Golf Resort. We normally stay at the Ritz Naples Beach Resort, which is newly remodeled and beautiful. But this time we wanted to try the Golf Resort. It was awesome! The service is even better than the Ritz Beach Resort, Naples. I didn’t think that was possible, however, the Ritz Tiburon did surpass the beach resort when it came to service. But you don’t even have to decide because if you stay at one resort, there’s a shuttle to the other. The 2 resorts (beach and golf) are only about 10 minutes apart. And when staying at one resort, you can use the amenities at both! The best part was the Club Level, which had small plates and any beverages your heart desired. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, appetizers, dinner and dessert are served. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I came to celebrate my birthday and this was a trip I’ll never forget. The concierges in the Club Level were so attentive and amazing. All of us adored them. The weather wasn’t that great, so we basically hung out at the Club Level and ate and drank to our hearts content. The food was so beautifully arranged and displayed. As good as anything served in any of their restaurants, if not better. I can’t believe I forgot to take pictures of what was presented because it was beautiful. Also so much variety at every meal! We tried almost everything. The resort itself is lovely and surrounded by the Golf course. There’s a nice pool, with a little lazy River pool right next to it. The Ritz provides the rafts that you float around in. There’s also 2 water slides and a little kiddy splash pool. Unfortunately I can’t tell you how good the golfing is because I was to busy celebrating and enjoying all the other amenities. I definitely will try the golf next visit. The rooms are spotless and the hotel decor is geared towards the masculine with dark wood and heavy furniture. I highly recommend you try this hotel. Pay a little more for the Club Level because it is well worth it.

The Ritz Carlton Tiburon fell woefully below the "world class service" advertised on the site. This property is staffed by poorly trained front desk and concierge personnel. The Concierge was unavailable or absent 4 out of 5 times that we sought assistance. Worst, double charged for resort activity (tennis) and my repeated contacts for adjustment were disregarded. To date, I'm still awaiting an adjustment for the overcharge. Overall, this property deserves a 2/3 star rating based on the lack of service and information - did not meet expectations!

Phenomenal service, as always from Ritz Carlton. These guys seemed to go just a little bit beyond that, even. Made our Christmas week here unbelievable. Restaurants were amazing, but the service! Wow. Really amazing!

Great check in, cribs were already in the room which was very nice, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, friendly staff, easy parking, nice grounds, quick response for service requests. Every staff member said hello, seemed to go the extra mile, opened doors, etc. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for the bathtub or sinks. Barely warm, in fact. The shower was much better. I'm certain that if I told the front desk about the hot water, they would have gotten us another room. But when staying for just two nights with two toddlers, we're not moving rooms.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lost a wad of cash, an employee turned it in with no a single dollar missing. Front desk very helpful with business center access and help, and Amazon package was delivered without incident (and without charge). Lobby bar is great and the golf courses rock. Highly recommended this 5-Star property.

Spent a night with my girlfriend in Christmas holiday. Overall it’s a pretty decent hotel. The room is great, most of the services are good. We played at the lazy river pool and the slides. They are joyful and reminded me of my childhood. The only complaint I had is about the checkout. The waiting time for checkout is really long. We planned a lunch at 12:00 and we arrived at the lobby waiting for checkout. My girlfriend was waiting while i was working on the luggage. Basically after 20 minutes, it’s our turn to checkout. We merely missed our lunch reservation. A small advice, if you have some plan after checking out, reserve more time.

This has been my family’s go to place for the best stay-cation. Service is consistently top notch from the moment you pull in to the moment you leave. Rooms are always clean, food is great at pool bar, breakfast buffet, great drinks, all around. Kids love the water slides and Lazy River. Facility is gorgeous, can’t say enough great things about it! We will continue coming back!

Although lovely, this hotel did not meet my five star expectation. The pool is extremely small for the amount of people this resort services. If you want a pool chair, you need to walk down around 8am to reserve your spot or you will not get a chair. The pool and lazy river are used as a kids splash zone, horrible for relaxing. Plus, they close at 5pm…no night swimming. The location of the resort is inland and not great for bike riding or walking if you want to leave the resort. A lot of amenities were closed due to events at the hotel during our five night stay. The staff were excellent, the room was good, I would not recommend this hotel to couples or adults looking for a quiet, adult get away. You absolutely need a car if you choose to stay here. Overall, I’ve stayed at nicer, less prestigious Marriott's that were far less expensive and had a much more relaxing experience.

We love the pool bar resturant! The salads here are simply yummy and amazing! Drinks and service are top notch and any request is catered to all guests. The po and waterside areas are great for the kids and families alike. Great location, it's central to many amenities and resources one would require when travelling. It's a short drive to the Gulf to enjoy one of our gorgeous sunsets! Enjoy your time in Naples!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly the food was delicious. We mostly loved Mio the bar tender in the inside bar. He was so friendly and and the cocktails he made me we so delicious. He’s very talented and created a few new cocktails that were the best I’ve had

First, I must compliment the Overnight Front desk staff(Amy) she was on staff for our late check-in on our day of arrival and made check-in process easy, was very pleasant, and greeted us so kindly! Amy and Costel S.(Overnight manager) have great customer service! Very attentive to all guests. When watching them interact with other guests it makes you smile because they are very kind and caring to all guests. I had the opportunity to observe/experience their warm hospitality, which added more joy to my family vacation! Secondly, overall GREAT place to spend family vacation or even a romantic getaway! Awesome amenities!!! Slides, lazy River, pools, and much more! Property and rooms very clean! Last but not least, Concierge lounge staff(All day) also delightful! I’ll be back! Awesome rooms, views, and very clean!

We recently held our daughters wedding at The Ritz, Tiburon. They did an outstanding job! The entire wedding was beautiful and everything went so smoothly! James and Marcia were integral in creating this wonderful event. The food was absolutely delicious. So many people commented on how delicious everything was. To serve 150 people isn't easy, but they sure made it look like it was easy! We were so lucky to have nice weather and the cocktail hour outside was just lovely! Thank you to everyone on the Ritz Tiburon staff for helping to make our event a wonderful and very memorable party.

Came here for my birthday and it was wonderful. Love the location and the rooms. The customer service is always top notch. The resort is amazing. We loved the club lounge! The gentleman who were in the club lounge made the visit phenomenal! We really loved the lazy river and our children loved the slides so much. The water is nice, clean and heated. This was a wonderful getaway. I'm glad we chose the Ritz Carlton for my birthday getaway. Thanks for making it amazing!

The service at the Ritz is by far the best I have ever seen. I am titanium member and had trouble with a loud neighbor at 2am. The overnight manager Costel personally came to my room to handle the issue and make sure we were in a room that had no noise. He also made sure the rest of my experience was smooth.

The workers at this hotel have a supernatural power. They have an unbelievable ability to provide the BEST customer service I have ever had. Front desk, Bellmen, Pool service, breakfast staff, housekeeping…each person I encountered was happy, smiling and kind. All they wanted to do is help. I was completely blown away.

Exceptional service! This was our first Ritz experience and every aspect of our trip was perfect. The lazy River and water slides are so much fun and cocktails at the indoor and outdoor bar are great. We were surprised at how family friendly the resort is which is great.. the kid splash area is excellent and gated in as well. Our bar tender, Anthony was awesome, our server Shannon at Lemonia remembered our order and was so pleasant! Shirley at the front was wonderful checking us out and Taylor (lemonia receptionist) is excellent as well! Pool area has plenty of chairs and the pool staff was super attentive. Our room accommodations were excellent as well… most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at a hotel, and everything very clean.. I also loved the aspect of taking the elevator straight to the pool and not having to walk through the main lobby in our swim coverups.. we will be back!!!!

I stayed here for a corporate event. The customer service is excellent. The water slides were super fun. And it wasn’t too crowded which was nice. The room is spacious. I loved the coffee maker in the room.

I was very disappointed with my stay. Someone barged into my friend’s room while he had the privacy sign on the door, was about to shower and it was clearly noted that we had a late checkout. I appreciated the way the housekeeping manager handled the situation but then had a major issue with Corey at the front desk giving me attitude about the credit I was supposed to receive towards my next stay. It was stressful and I had to get multiple people involved and raise my voice. In the end I was told I had to use the credit immediately or I would lose it. It was unacceptable service and appalling for a hotel rated so highly. Additionally while the pool and grounds of the hotel are beautiful the rooms are outdated. The tv was old and had a delay. The mini fridge was difficult to use and the furniture was old. I will not be staying here again.

Hubby and I are staying at the beach Ritz-Carlton and took a shuttle to this location to check out the pool. The lazy river was nice but wish they enforced all the kids not playing so wildly in it. Had a kid swim underneath me and almost knock me over. Outside of that, food and drink were great. Just wish we didn't have to go up to the bar to get drinks over and over. No one ever came to us for service like they did others.

This hotel is beautiful , even though it’s not as modern as some newer hotels it still is very nice . The room is very big and spacious with a big balcony. It has a nespresso machine and complimentary waters . We had the breakfast buffet downstairs . 35$ for adults and 15$ for kids . It was good 👍 my favorite part has to be the lazy River though . The pool grounds may be a little small but it’s very nice and clean & also not crowded. And last but not least the gym is AMAZING 🤩 will definitely come back .

We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful hotel, but the real gem is the service! Sam and Chris went out of their way to help us with all our requests, and it truly made our stay! We had lunch at the pool bar, and it was excellent. Highly recommend!

What an amazing stay. My husband and I got married this past weekend. Due to covid rescheduling our wedding, we were not able to take a honeymoon right after the wedding. We very last minute decided we would stay at the Ritz for a night or two for a stay-cation to celebrate our marriage. The staff went above and beyond with congratulating us, decorating our room, sending champagne/ flowers/ strawberries and chocolates. We spent the day lounging around the pool and enjoying the excellent service at the pool bar and breakfast. The entire staff allowed us to relax and enjoy and feel super special in our own town - it almost felt like we were able to escape away. Thank you to the Ritz staff for making this weekend so special for us, we can't wait to come back to celebrate next year!
