The new location is just beautiful! Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Serving sizes were HUGE, and everything was delicious! We especially loved the sausage, egg, and cheese egg rolls and the Sriracha Honey chicken biscuit with Gouda grits! Def recommend getting two different type of staks and sharing - you won’t be sorry!

Services was great. Staff was polite, kind, and smiling. I got the avocado toast. Please see the pictures. It had the smallest amount of avocado possible. I didn’t mean to, but I laughed so hard when seeing what this restaurant calls “avocado toast.” They did provide me with a ramekin of guacamole when I asked if avocado came on this toast. Unfortunately, even after the issue was pointed out to them, they still proceeded to do the same thing to the lady at the table next to me who ordered the avocado toast. (Eggs do come with this. I just ordered them on the side so they aren’t in the pictures.)

This place is such a welcomed restaurant to Collierville. Clean and fresh colors inside, dining outside, wonderful menu items, big servings, and excellent wait staff. They definitely have their act together and I highly recommend the cinnamon roll pancake. Strong coffee and wonderful eggs and bacon. Huge biscuit could be a little less crumbly, but hey, the pancake made up for it! Please go hungry and prepare for your nap for later. Don't miss this gem!

This is my first time here my fiancé’s second time. We spent $75 for this disgusting atmosphere. The food came out looking like it was thrown on the plate . People getting food served to them while a dirty dish rag is on the tray with the food. Employees drinks out half drank , silverware just sitting on a towel while customers are grabbing out of it to get what they need. Boxes and trash just out the manager walking around. Employees having hair down past their butt shaking all around while serving the food Cros on. Just definitely wasn’t worth the money

Pleasantly surprised! Creative menu options: Chicken Staks with Siracha honey drizzle, Pancake Beignets, Sweet Potato pancakes with caramel sauce. Large portions, fast service. Several employees stopped by to ask about our food and experience. Best breakfast in town Will return with friends

Love everything about this spot! The food is always so hot and fresh! Great ownership and management! My husband loves that the bar has a tv! I love that their menu is so diverse that you can get a yummy stack of pancakes or a big healthy salad. Definitely a staple in our restaurant rotation.

Fresh, fresh, fresh! The food is delicious and all made fresh! We tried several items and they were all very tasty! The egg rolls as well as the shrimp and grits were incredible! Our grandchildren tried the chicken tenders and they loved them. Nick, the owner/operator stopped by our table and welcomed us and it is obvious that he is excited to bring Staks to Collierville. Open from 6-2 every day, you will love this new family restaurant!

This was my first time trying this restaurant. The location is great the atmosphere inside the restaurant was beautiful. Some menu items were a little pricey but overall I was pleased. I definitely will be back for more french toast 😋

The worst breakfast I’ve ever spent $51USD on! Coffee taste like RV wastewater. Food served cold and old, scrambled eggs developed a rind, fat on bacon started to congeal. Bacon was hanging off the plate, touching the plate. Took 35 minutes to deliver cold eggs and bacon, they forgot the rest of the order - it was delivered after they took the forks away. Sheeeewwwwww….. Regrettably, I tipped (well) in advance and that didn’t make a difference. Maybe it’s just new or maybe they need a manager. Something should change.

So happy to have another good breakfast/brunch spot in collierville. Staff is super nice and trying hard! Tacos were delicious, and biscuits are every bit the southern treat!

We came this past weekend for the first time for breakfast. Our wait to get a table was not bad at all, but the wait for the actual food was horrible. We literally waited an hour for our food to come, and when it did I let the server know I was missing my side and she said okay she’ll go check on it… she never came back. I just ended up sharing with my fiancé. The food is great, but the service definitely needs improvement. A bunch of young kids working there with no sense of urgency.

I loved every single thing today. The staff was very polite and made sure i was taken care of several times. The french vanilla latte with vanilla syrup was absolutely delicious and was so smooth to drink. The stak of the month is pumpkin spice and it was absolutely mindblowing and delicious. I got mine with whipped cream and white chocolate chips and it was a perfect way to start fall. I had the chicken sausage and the skin was perfectly crispy. The hashbrowns are always a staple for me to get and they were delicious with a little bit of ketchup and pepper. I recommend this place for anyone to try. Its worth the 5 star review!

Delicious food that features a wide variety of pancakes and all the trimmings. If you are hungry, try this place out as the portions are quite generous, and I guarantee you will leave with a full belly. Our waitress could have been a little more attentive, but besides that, everything was great here.
