This restaurant was clean, good service, good food (the pancakes was amazing) and so glad to find restaurant that does not serve alcohol! A good experience and would recommend it!

Well the service sure is slow because it's a bunch of kids who need haircuts running the place so I wouldn't recommend this place if you're on a tight lunch schedule. However, their pumpkin pie is heavenly and worth the wait around. The slow service sure does work in our favor when we come with family and want plenty of time to talk. Lord I love that pie!

Considering the challenges due to COVID era, this restaurant keeps the quality high. Still absolutely the best sushi in Collierville and top 5 in Shelby County. Seafood always fresh and tasty, rice very well done, excellent service. Togo is challenging when it's all they're doing. They're doing it well. Highly recommend.

While the food was okay and the waitress very new but trying, we waited first for water and coffee. We put in our order then. We waited so long for our salads, we had almost forgotten to expect them. After that, we must have waited another 45 minutes for our dinners to arrive (meanwhile having to flag down our waitress for beverage refills). Had we at least had updates or any heads up info, it would have been an appreciated courtesy. While we DO understand the shortage of help right now, our interaction with the manager as we paid our bill left us with a VERY sour Perkins experience.

Fuji Cafe is one of my favorite places to go for Asian cuisine. Their massive sushi rolls are delicious even if they fall apart; and you sometimes have to eat them (more traditionally) with your hands. Sometimes I crave their unique white ginger salad dressing!

Nice little place in Collierville I never knew existed. Food was great and I thought the prices were pricey but the amount of food received made it reasonable I believe. The ratio of rice to fish was also very surprising good! The only one complaint I had was when I was eating a soft shell crab roll I got a mouthful of Wasabi. Not sure if it was accidental or not but the rest was delicious, for lunch at least!

I went with my family there for dinner as my daughter asked a treat for her 15th birthday. A gentleman at the front desk asked us to wait for a few minutes to be seated and he went to the back of the restaurant. So we sat down on the bench next to the door. Initially, there was no waiting crowd at that time. and we could see a couple of seats empty. Then about 5 min later, few customers started coming in for dinner and some came to pick up phone orders. A lady came to the front desk and she started seating customers who came after us. After seating three tables, we politely reminded her that we came before them and are waiting to be seated. she asked us to wait in a rude manner and she said she has to attend to other customers who were waiting, completely ignoring the fact that we were waiting before them. She was very rude and tried to avoid eye contact with us. She could have just said sorry to us and could have put us in the next available space. One of the customers who was waiting with us heard our conversation and he said he was sorry for us. The lady in the front desk made us feel that we were not welcome there. We decided to not spoil our evening and left that place for another restaurant. We will not visit that restaurant again

Rude. Card machine was down called to cancel my order because I changed my mind on what I wished to eat and they poked fun as if I did not have the funds to buy the food.

My first time at this location. And I was happy I stopped by. The wait was about 10 minutes to be seated but that wasn't bad. The waitress was great and the food was delicious and hot. I also added a cheesecake to go. Visit this location when in the area.

Amazing food and service, I wish we had a Perkins in my home town. My fiancee and I are on vacation visiting his family and we came in here for breakfast. We had wonderful and efficient service from Heather and the food was absolutely devine. Could not be happier.

Regular go to spot for a quick enjoyable bit to eat. Menu is varied so one can get breakfast while the other can get a burger or a dinner meal. Todays visit was a little off compared to normal. But food was still great.

People are so nice here and friendly that in itself is a rare thing. Manger is walking around laughing and smiling at employees in a way that you can tell they actually enjoy working there. Place was very clean people were fast to greet. The food was delicious and hot I will recommend to all my friends and will be back

Called early to make sure our group. Manager named Shawn said sure and took my name. We arrived at 11:05 for a reservation that did not exist!! I asked to speak to Shawn who informed me that they don’t take reservations!! Really?? That might have been nice to know! We waited 30 minutes and sat apart! This will be my last visit and the manager Shawn needs additional training!! We will not be back!

I always like eating at Perkins and usually always order the potato 🥔 pancakes. However, the last visit I got the turkey and dressing dinner. I was disappointed because it was not Southern cornbread dressing, but rather what I would term, "stuffing ". I don't care for stuffing, but the rest of the meal was good, and we took home a banana cream pie! Restaurant not overly crowded! Employees friendly!

This is our favorite Perkins and I have designated it as my #1 Perkins and I receive emails for BOGO! We use the BOGO at least twice a month!

We stopped in for dessert and coffee in the afternoon. Have tried for breakfast or lunch a couple times and with reduced capacity requirements they had a long wait. No wait for mid-afternoon dessert!!! Peanut butter pie and cherry pie ala mode were both excellent - as was the service!!

It was sad. I hope it's due to pandemic, according to our waitress they had one cook and two waitresses at 6 pm on Friday. Dropped my dish in kitchen so I had to wait for it to be remade. Husband ordered a shrimp dish and got chicken. My daughters dish was dry and she asked for more sauce. My remade dish arrived and we were almost done eating before husband's shrimp and daughter's sauce arrived. Then we waited for check. And waited. A bus boy came and cleared our table. We waited. Finally the five of us went and stood at the bakery counter check out stand to wait another five minutes. Then our waitress comes running with our check acting like we are trying to slip out on her. Will NEVER stop at this location again

It's appears to be clean the tablet and chairs are wapped down after each person has finished their meals, service is good and so is the food but I hàve only ate breakfast there but have a good turnout for breakfast I have enjoyed all meals I've eaten there so far. The location is a little crowded there are lots of others businesses in the area surounding Perkins restaurant and Bakery.

I find it odd that a truly Japanese restaurant is one of the best family-style restaurants in Collierville. Initially it was my wife's favorite and I was drug along repeatedly when she wanted her sushi fix. Now I've finally come to my senses and truly enjoy the Fuji Cafe. The food is excellent and the service is very friendly and helpful.

This is a traditional Japanese restaurant, very cozy, great service and clean bathrooms. They have a sushi bar as well as table service. The food is very tasty! We love to go here to enjoy authentic Japanese food.

The food is the best! It's our favorite place to go as a family. Our daughter has food allergies and the staff knows this and are very careful with her. We are so appreciative of how they treat us like family.

We were very disappointed with Fuji tonight. We spent more than 70$ and the food was tasteless. We have lived in Japan and previously thought the food was very good. Our Yakisoba had no taste- we had to add our own seasonings at home. We bought beef teriyaki that was very tough. The miso soup was weak and the salad had dressing that was like watered down Mayo- we asked for ginger dressing. We ordered veggie fried rice with no taste also. The tempura was good not excellent. What a disappointing when you don’t want to cook and the food is terrible.

I love breakfast food and this is our favorite stop. The food and service is always great! Restrooms have been pretty clean for such a busy spot and other tables cleaned swiftly. Parking can be a little challenging at their busiest times; but, since you're served so quickly, there's always someone leaving while you're driving around searching.

I came to use a birthday coupon. The woman working the register was so nice. She greeted everyone that walked in and was getting customers taken care of quickly. It's little things that employees do that can make an experience even better and she did that. I would definitely come back to this location.

Taste was as expected from a Perkins. The staff was polite. Those are the two positives that ai can think of. The appearance of the interior needs some work with missing ceiling tiles. I overheard several people complaining about the large delay in service. I also heard the manager (or whom I believe was the manager) tell customers she was down a cook, and she was trying to train a new server. We had the new server and he did his job to the best of his ability. There was a second server who openly questioned why the new guy was getting her tables. I'm going to mark this up to things being mismanaged. There are other places and a much better Perkins not too far away, so I would just recommend hitting up the other one if you're craving Perkins.

The worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The moment we sat down, the server, began to badger us until we ordered our meal. The pancakes were were beautiful; however, they tasted like baking soda. The hash browns were cold and the condiment containers were filthy. It only reminded me that we really should be eating in these days.

We love coming to Perkins when we are craving breakfast for dinner! We are never disappointed! My husband loves the french toast! Our server Lacey was so nice and helpful. She made the experience truly great! 10/10 would recommend to a friend or fellow french toast lover!

Our faith in restaurant service has been restored!! Thanks to our server, Heather! What a breath of fresh air, she was. My family and I have had terrible luck the past few times we have gone out to eat. The service has been just awful where ever we go. We had practically given up. The store was full and obviously busy, yet Heather seemed unaffected and from start to finish made us all feel welcome with an outstanding attention to detail. We didnt have to ask for a thing. Every thing was served in a timely manner with a smile. Her knowledge of the menu was spot on. We even noticed her spreading that attention over the whole restaurant, not just her section. Picking up dirty dishes from one, taking food to another, refilling drinks at another all while her section was completely taken care of and didnt lack for a thing... Heather made this restaurant our new favorite place to eat. We Will be back often and we will recommend it to everyone we know. Give this woman a raise. She deserves it !!

My mom ordered the fish and shrimps dinner. Her rice was hard, and the green beans were salty, but the white fish was super thin, almost transparent. The manager re-cooked the meal and it was okay. The fish was still thin... 🧐 Now, I had the country fried chicken breast with mashed potatoes and gravy and spinach. And semi burned toast. 🤦‍♀️Overall, the staff was very nice; however, I didn't understand why we were seated in the back when there were places we could have sat toward the front. 🤷‍♀️

During our East-West road trip, we decided to stop at a well-reviewed bakery for some fresh pastries. Our experience, however, was mixed. Upon entering, we were greeted not with the warm aroma of baked goods, but with a palpable tension. The young lady behind the counter seemed visibly upset. When I inquired about blueberry pastries, her response, though informative, was delivered in a surprisingly angry tone. As a manager myself, I sensed she might be having a rough start to her day, so I tried to de-escalate the situation. Despite my efforts, the encounter did put a damper on our early morning visit. On a brighter note, the visit ended on a positive note when she offered us a "buy three, get three free" deal. This turned out to be a deliciously delightful offer, salvaging our experience somewhat. While the encounter could have been smoother, the pastries did add a sweet touch to our morning.

We frequent Perkins and love it every time. The food is always, always good and so is the service. We never have to wait long to be seated. I have an idea of what I’d like to have when I walk in. I tell the server what I’d like and if my choices aren’t on the menu together the server and cook work with me to ultimately get what I want. Music plays but not so that you can’t have a conversation at the table. I highly recommend going here for a most enjoyable mealtime!

I love Perkins! Whether its dining in or picking up delivery orders, its always a great experience. I pick up orders in the morning and Adam is always super helpful and gets me out the door as quick as possible. All around great service!

Continued offering a menu for Thanksgiving after the holiday. Regular menu not available. Some customers left without placing an order I was not pleased with how the menu was presented. If I wanted a Thanksgiving theme meal I could have eaten at home. I came to Perkins because the normal menu provides choices

Terrible food, chicken strips were cooked too long, were hard to eat. The new hibachi stir fry with (over cooked) chicken looked nothing like the picture. It was a lot of broccoli and little rice. Of course, they appeared to be short staffed. Not once did we see any sort of management or anyone ask how our visit was. This experience is why I usually stay home and cook. That was a waste of $
