The employees were very helpful with directing me with the right gift for a nine year old. The store was fully stocked. The line for checking out moved very fast.

I love coming to barnes and nobles as a place to relax and enjoy a good book. But usually the day after a major holiday it is packed and hard to handle. But this particular store did amazing. They helped each customer as best they could. They were polite and served well from each counter including the coffee stand. It felt less stressful and more delightful.

I've never met an associate who wasn't helpful at this location. They are always happy to help me find what I'm looking for if I'm not sure where to find it, or order a book for me if they don't have it in stock. It will always be my go-to bookstore as long as they remain as friendly, professional, and helpful as they are now! To be more specific, I was there yesterday getting books for myself and my one year old daughter. I was able to find 2 out of 3 of the books I was looking for and they ordered the other for me quickly. I also needed to find some books my daughter could have because she likes to chew on them. I hated taking all of her books away so we came here to try to find some she could also chew on, like plastic bath books. The associate (I believe his name is John) knew exactly what I needed and took me right to the spot. They worked perfectly and my daughter loves them!

Wife and are both book lovers. Krazy about reading. Barnes and Noble is a great book store for us. The crew has always been friendly! We like the scattered reading areas to sit. One of us will usually be waiting for the other to finish. Also has a cafe in the store. We do not use it often, but when we do, it has always been enjoyable. They also have a book membership. They are changing this though and have not gotten enough details to know if it is still a good deal Also like the discount books. Always get something from this display.

I usually go to the Barnes and Nobles in germantown. but somehow my gps navigated me here today ( I suppose I wasn’t being observant enough while clicking my option ) and I deeply regret it. maybe the store has more options for books but if you’d like to enjoy the cafe and read there as well I do not recommend. I ordered one drink and a food item, and the food item was given to me frozen and not edible. mind you, I have social anxiety and I’m gen z so I don’t like giving service workers a hard time, but I observed for a few more minutes and noticed that everyone else got better service and food. and were asked if they wanted their food warmed. so yes, will not be returning. beautiful store though.

I LOVE this place! absolutely huge music selection if you're into that. I've found so many of my favorites from this store (plus it's much better than the Wolfchase B&N)

Barnes & Noble at Carriage Crossing in Collierville is a fantastic bookstore, especially for families with kids. The store's layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through various sections. They offer a wide selection of children's books, creating an inviting and kid-friendly atmosphere. The staff is attentive and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience for both parents and children looking for great reads. Overall, it's a delightful spot for families to explore and find their next favorite books.

Normal B&N atmosphere. The coffee shop usually has an available table. The store is in a solid outdoor mall with several restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance.

Lots of books to explore through. Awesome toys to buy. And we can have a nice coffee and cookie in the shop and enjoy our book.

Love coming here. They have a manga section and also the latest kpop albums available :) The coffee shop inside is like a mini oasis for caffeine lovers. Books and coffee, couldn't ask for a better combination.

We enjoy visiting our local Barnes & Noble with my kids. The staff is helpful and have good suggestions. They inform you of the options if they don’t have the book you are looking for and even post it to your home. Also love the Starbucks in it. But it doesn’t accept Starbucks cards, just so you know.

I love this barnes and nobles, especially the cafe!! Abby always makes the BEST coffee and is great at connecting with customers, personalizing drinks for them, and making sure they’re satisfied with their drink before they walk out of the door! 10/10 coffee, 10/10 baristas.

Everytime I come in this store, the atmosphere is always light, warm, and welcoming. Jahid was the one assisting my wife and me. He was incredibly soft spoken, kind, patient, and always helpful. 😁 Always a pleasure coming to this store.

This bookstore/starbucks is my go to when i’m at work. It is quick and efficient and they make the best drinks. Request Abby to make you an amazing brown shaken espresso w/ sweet cream cold foam. She won’t disappoint!

This is the best B&N and the best Starbucks. Abby and her staff infuse pure love into the drinks. You can also ask for your soup to be blended with any mac and cheese, and they have a lot of fun off-menu drinks. There’s also always some kind of special going on. You can order ahead in the app to save time, and if you’re a member, you can save 10% on your order. One of my favorite things to order is the Magic Tea which is hot cinnamon spice tea, add breve (steamed half and half) and honey. Just like with any coffee shop, you’ll have to pay the up-charge to have your cream steamed, but it’s totally worth it!

The coffee shop at this barns and noble sucks! I order the simplest drink regular coffee with cream. Any other coffee shop wouldn’t charge for cream but these people do! When I explained that breve, what she was charging me for, was steamed half and half she told me I was incorrect and that she had to charge me for creamer. Her attitude was awful. Stay away from here!!!

Great place for books and coffee. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. Great selection of other items not book-related and daughter loves it! Have to stop by every time we are in the area

Very helpful staff. Sometimes I go in with something in mind. Another times I go in just a browse. But either way they can help me find what I'm looking for or offer good suggestions.
