    They’re not running a business, they’re running a circus. They claimed to deliver my order online but when I step outside nothing is there. The manager talked over me when I called to report the incident and refused to listen anything I had to say Cortez should not be a manager. This location needs to go out of business. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The quality of food sucks as expected by this point.

    My pizza was dried out and overcooked. When you think of pizza you think of the stringy mozzarella cheese when you pick up a piece, well there was none of that for my pizza. It did not look like they used any pizza sauce at all and as little cheese as possible. I mean look at this pizza and tell me does it look like you want to eat it and this was as soon as I got home it looks like it was made two days ago.

    I had ordered online and the wait time stated 45-60 minutes, which is totally understandable. After almost 2 hours of waiting for a medium 1 topping pizza and pepperoni stuff cheesy bread, I called to cancel my order. The person on the phone I talked to was nice and apologetic, which is why I gave 3 stars (customer service was on point). They had stated over the phone they have a 3 hour wait, which would've been nice to know before placing my order.

    Their pizza tracker is never correct. I waited until the tracker said the order was boxed and ready before heading to the location. When I arrived they told me it would be 5 more minutes. What good is the tracker if the order isn't ready when it says?!?!

    This location is pretty solid until around 4:30 p.m. My partner and I work second shift and against our better judgement, we decided to order from here. We have moderate food allergies so typically when we order we request specific things to be excluded however, this location consistently fails to follow directions when we ask. Night shift needs serious retraining or something.

    highly disappointed and angry at this specific location. I rarely eat at domino’s (except during my first year of college) so i dont have “huge” expectations. But the fact that i just spent 16.82$ just to get an entree of alfredo that was BARELY half full and burnt on the top, and an order of specialty boneless chicken that only had around 7-8 nuggets in it (when its supposed to be 12 i believe) is outrageous. Im a college student so 17$ is A LOT for me. How is it fair to charge me so much for so little food? I would've gone anywhere else but most things were closed around 8pm except for McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Dominos. Id attach pictures of the monstrosity but i devoured it cause I hadnt ate since lunch time. I wish i could get my money back cause this experience was awful.

    Delivery times are inaccurate. Multiple times I've ordered to receive my food nearly or at least 2 hours later. Honestly why provide delivery if you can't meet expectations?

    This is definitely a piece of trash store and that manager Sarah they have working there needs fired she always has a excuse when proven wrong she has extremely poor customer service let alone manager skills she always tries to talk over you she will answer the phone then say it wasn’t her you talk to jus a complete this store is a complete joke I always wait 2 hrs jus for my food I just order pizza today n they never delivered but it said completed this location needs shut down they are under staff n pizza always comes cold never fresh looks like i will be reporting them to cooperate again
