Excellent, very individual and professional EMS training. All trainers are very well trained and really know their stuff. The training is a lot of fun and the price-performance ratio is more than fair. Be sure to do a trial training and try it out!!!

Costs in physiotherapy are billed well above the statutory health insurance reimbursement rates and eligible reimbursement rates, so you have to expect a significant out-of-pocket cost of several hundred euros. Be sure to clarify the cost coverage in advance! The provider did not make it clear in advance to what extent the company charges significantly above the usual fee regulations.

Edit: after a year I have to revise the review. The electrodes in EMS training often do not work. Although this was often communicated, sometimes no remedy was provided. For the price you pay, this is very annoying. The trainers are great - communication via WhatsApp regarding appointment changes is always very good.

First-class studio for EMS training. Top trained trainers, always varied training in 1:1, maximum 1:2 strength. Very well maintained, modern studio. I really enjoy going!

I always have fun with the very competent team. You can book appointments very flexibly and you even get appointment reminders 😬 Everything is clean and always disinfected in the current Corona period and the hygiene concept is right. And with The Spine Method in-house, you can also get advice and help from professional chiropractors.

Sometimes I feel unmotivated because the day has already been so tiring. But then the training is really fun. So far I have always had trainers with whom I could laugh and train well. Very important to me, as it is my free time that I spend there. I'll be happy to come and make up for any (!!!) missed appointment. Hopefully you will stay with me (us) for a long time!
