First of all I dont speak Germa well. I went there for basic tartar cleaning. Try to explain myself in English. My appointment was at 19:00. However they took me inside 20:30. I dont get it why they have online termin system if they don't obey it. Anyway after 5 minutes check, they told me that it is better to have zahnreinigung. I dont know what was that. Because according to my limited German Iunderstood that they will take some part of my teeth and replaced plastic or some stuff. I wanted to get more information and they told me that they will send a document which explains this. After one day, they sent me a documents which is called Professional Dental Cleaning Agreement and it was saying that I need to pay for this special treatment. It is not covered with my heath insurance :D It was like a joke. I mean I even don't know what kind of treatment I will get and on my inbox I have a document which says I need to pay for it. After waiting 1 and half hour, I couldn't clean tartar on my teeth. I guess for the foreigners it is not a proper place to go.

Nachtrag vom 13.06.2023: Leider musste ich erfahren, dass Beschwerde gegen meine Bewertung eingelegt worden ist, da ich angeblich dort nie Patient gewesen wäre und meine Bewertung eine Verleumdung darstelle. Selbstverständlich habe ich direkt nachgewiesen dass dies nicht so ist. Skrupellos, dass man erst so enttäuscht wird und am Ende noch als Lügner dahin gestellt wird. Ursprünglicher Beitrag: Mein erster Termin war wirklich super. Nette Zahnärztin und sogar auf meine Angst wurde eingegangen. Habe erst einen Kostenvoranschlag bekommen, weil mir die Zahnärztin gesagt hat, dass es besser wäre wenn ich etwas teures nehme, weil dies länger hält. Nach einem guten Gefühl habe ich heute nochmals angerufen und erklärt, dass ich es mir nicht leisten kann. Leider wurden dann alle anderen Leistung, die die Krankenkasse übernehmen würde (Amalgam-Füllung) abgelehnt. Man meinte zu mir, dass man die Grundversorgung nicht machen würde sondern nur Zusatzleistungen gegen Geld. Dann sollte man direkt ne Privatpraxis raus machen, echt unverschämt, dass man Angstpatienten erst helfen möchte und dann versucht diese abzuziehen. Sollte man kein Geld haben erst gar nicht dort versuchen.

My husband and I both are satisfied with their service. My husband had some serious gum infection and they took care of that really well. Most of them speaks English. Even if someone can't speak English, they call another person for speaking English. The doctors are really friendly. It's maybe difficult to get an appointment for the 1st time. But after that they give the appointments depending on the problem. I recommend them for any dental issues.

Also die Zahnärzte selbst sind Top! Mit der Frau Dr. Haack habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht die sehr bemüht ist ein schmerzfreies und zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis zu erzielen. Termintechnisch ist die Praxis üblicherweise recht gut ausgestattet, sodass die Wartezeit für einen Zahnarzt recht kurz ist. Allerdings ziehe ich hierbei 2 Sterne für die Verwaltung ab. Im Dezember 2021 wurde mir einen Heil und Kostenplan zugesagt. Im Februar bin ich diesem hinterher telefoniert, im März mehrfach E-Mails geschrieben und Stand April 2022 immer noch keinen Heil und Kostenplan erhalten. Die Füllung die durch eine Krone ersetzt werden sollte ist folglich durch Überbelastung herausgebrochen und dann sitzt man mit einem fehlenden Zahn 5 Tage herum bis man ein Termin bekommen hat, welcher durch die Übersendung eines Heil- und Kostenplans nicht erforderlich gewesen wäre. Meiner Meinung nach rechtfertigt eine derartige Verwaltung den Abzug von 2 Sternen (1 für den fehlenden Heil- und Kostenplan trotz hinterherrennen, 1 das man mit einem fehlenden Zahn herumrennen muss was vermieden hätte werden können)

From the first minute I felt at home here. Dr. Eilert treated himself really well for almost 5 hours today. I definitely didn't notice anything. In his calm, competent manner, he took away any fears I had. The dental assistant was there the whole time and cared lovingly. I'm very grateful

I'm happy to give it 5 stars without batting an eyelid. Simply because I am very satisfied. Ms. Schmidt and Ms. Gün are particularly recommended. Both ladies work extremely professionally, thoroughly and, what is even more important, Ms. Gün can clean my gum pockets without anesthesia. This clinic is particularly recommended for pain and anxiety patients.

Had the worst experience in a dentist office today. The doctors (Dr. Razavi and Dr. Eilert) are great and can't help it. The dental assistant who was supposed to make impressions for a splint completely ignored my gagging and gasping for air and didn't say a word to calm me down! She just left the "part" with the paste in my mouth and even turned away while doing it. It was so bad that I felt like I was choking and vomiting, so I had to rip the thing out of my mouth in a panic. There was still nothing from her, even though I was aware of my pregnancy. My whole mouth was full of the paste and it was terrible. I will never enter this practice again. I've had impressions taken many times but I've never experienced behavior like this - ignoring the patient's well-being like that. She didn't feel the need to apologize or ask how I was feeling afterwards.

Sehr Empfehlenswerte Praxis, Am Telefon beim der Terminvergabe wurde ich schon drüber aufgeklärt das die Termine etwas ausgebucht sind, habe dann einen Termin innerhalb von 2 Wochen bekommen. Ich wurde ein Tag vor meinem Termin angerufen und von einer sehr netten Dame höflichst an meinem Termin erinnert. An der Anmeldung bei meinem ersten Besuch wurde ich auch sehr Nett aufgenommen und mir wurde klar und deutlich schnell erklärt was ich ausfüllen muss. Nachdem ich alle Unterlagen ausgefüllt und abgegeben habe wurde ich schon sehr schnell drangenommen. Sehr Ordentliche und Saubere Behandlungsräume, sehr Nettes und Verständliches Personal vor allem bei Angstpatienten, geht jeder mit Vorsicht dran. Ich habe eine Füllung bekommen mit einer Betäubung die ich kaum gemerkt habe. Sehr sanfte und trotzdem Qualitativ Hochwertige Behandlung. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde immer wieder gerne in die Praxis gehen. Die Helferinnen sind sehr Sympathisch, man fühlt sich schon fast mit denen befreundet 😝

The dentist, Ms. Ambs, took a lot of time and made a lot of effort to work very precisely and gently. It had to be drilled very deep, but I still had no pain during the treatment. Highly Recommended!

I went to the Sassehaus practice on the recommendation of a friend and I have to say that I was really impressed. From the start the experience was great. Ms. Muhieddine at reception looked after the patients very carefully and with commitment. She always had a charming smile on her lips and immediately made you feel at home. Also Dr. Emami is absolutely considerate and takes a lot of time for her patients. What is particularly noteworthy is that she also addresses any fears and takes them seriously. I changed my dentist and made the right decision. Attentive dentists. Advise accommodatingly (even towards anxious patients like me). The lovely lady with the dark hair at the reception was very sweet and communicative. Competent practice. Dentist assistants are all very nice. I also recommended the practice to my friends
