Not one of the usual souvenir shops. Of course there are things here that no one really needs, but there are also really high-quality goods and selected brands. You get excellent advice and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Always worth a visit!

On Saturday my path led back to Kreuzberg. Of course it is a must to stop at the hat shop. I wasn't just impressed by the great hats, but also by the incredibly delicious ice cream that has only recently been available there. I hope I'll be able to visit you again this year.

I had ordered a hat and wanted to order something to go with it a day later. I contacted the seller via the contact page. No Answer. It is also not possible to contact us by telephone. Three days later an email came, unfortunately my request was not understood. After another week of waiting and unsuccessful contact, I turned on Paypal and received my money back. No apology etc., so completely anti-customer.

We ordered 6 chillout hats, unfortunately three of them didn't fit. Called and got new ones that fit for free. Really great. Thank you very much, we would be happy to buy from you again at any time!!! The store is also very well stocked and leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to headwear. I've already been able to purchase two stylish snapbacks from the hat shop, which I'm honestly very happy to call my own. Here you not only get the main stream, but also articles with personality. Whether you like clever textures or graphic features with a statement - the owners of the hat shop are really passionate about their advice and are sure to find the right head accessory for everyone. But there is also something in the range for the functional ones among you. Since I haven't worn a top hat in my life, I can't yet rate the higher category of products on offer, hence four stars.
