I was there 3 times for examinations and vaccinations. Every time I was greeted or treated unfriendly and rudely by the receptionist. Carrying out the examinations is great, but the first impression at reception also counts. Unless my employer sends me there, I will try to avoid the health center. Respect and politeness towards other people is the be-all and end-all.
