It was great day with good weather and the town in special preparation; the time in Aachen tour disappeared as 10 minutes. Thank you Esra for that memorable time!

Esra was incredibly knowledgeable and so very enthusiastic! She was evidently prepared and happy to do this tour for us (7 pers), and brought us around downtown Aachen in a timely and enjoyable manner! Thank you again!

We had a fantastic time on the tour and even though some of us have been living in Aachen for a while we all learned something new. Esra told us about Aachen's history, architecture, and some local legends. She also gave some tips on what else there is to do in Aachen. Her English is flawless and she's a great speaker. I like the concept of taking a free walking tour and tipping later because you get to decide how much you'd like to give after the tour. I happily recommend taking a free walking tour.

I usually don't leave reviews very often. But the tour with Esra was awesome! As a passionate Saarbrücker, I immediately understood and saw that Esra loves Aachen. She is authentic, funny and an enthusiastic Aachenerin! I just happened to be at the market place and sat next to the other participants. Esra approached me and immediately won me over with her friendliness and enthusiasm. I have not regretted a single minute of the tour. All the best! Hubert

Really nice tour with Esra, she taught us a lot of different things about Aachen history, and anecdotes as well. The Printen degustation was also nice :) We would definetely recommend this tour with her !

Ersa was an excellent guide. She was really informative and took us to a lot of the major tourist spots in town.

Good walking tour of the city in the usual free walking tour style. I believe the guide was Julien and was informative and easy to understand. Would recommend if visiting Aachen.

A reasonably enjoyable experience although the weather was not in Dimitra’s favour as it was bitterly cold & v windy. We were out for nearly two hours and would perhaps have expected more factual detail whereas the talk was heavy on legends and stories. On the whole though it was worthwhile and we learned stuff about Aachen that we wouldn’t have known otherwise.

We went on a great walking tour of Aachen with a Dimitra. She was energetic, funny and full of information. Her English was excellent and she answered every question we had. She used prints to illustrate some of the things she was explaining about the history of Aachen and Charlemagne and she also suggested other places to go once the tour was over. Towards the end of the tour she made sure we all tasted the local cookies (kind of like gingerbread). Highly recommend this tour to get an excellent overview of Aachen’s fascinating history.

Dimitra is a knowledgeable guide and walked us through Aachen with great enthusiasm! We got to know the history of the city, interesting stories and even tried the traditional Printen! I would definitely recommend this tour.

Amazing Tour by Esra, who took us on an adventure through the city, with lots of information about the history and the present in understandable stories. She kept interaction going with the group by letting us gues parts of the history and even arrange a tasting of local food for us. Thanks Esra!

The walking tour with Dimitra was really nice! We learned a lot about the city and Karel de Grote. Dimitra told us a lot of stories and funny mythes. She is a very good storyteller and was very enthusiastic! Also it was nice that we got to taste some of the typical Aachen cookies. This was included in the walking tour. Definitely would recommend this tour with Dimitra.

It was a great tour, Dimitra was amazing tour guide, very knowledgeable and made the historical trivia super funny so its not like you are listening to a history lesson ;-) We enjoyed the walk and learned a lot about the city. Highly recommended!

Despite the weather Dimitra made the tour interesting and fun!

We had the tour with D___- (forgot her name, sorry , Dimitra i think from Cyprus) and one of the best guides ever! She tried to give us a very nice tour, making each explanation exiting. If you can do the tour with her, do it! She gave us some traditional cookies and also give us some pennies so we can throw to the fountain (I have done muuuultiple tours, first time I get pennies to throw to a fontain) 10/10
