It is rustic with very strong old woods as a building. The atmosphere is kinda old school... I enjoyed eating my dish: Ofenkartoffeln mit Lachs even though the sauce for the potatoes was very cold. With this winter I would had loved something warm. My friend ordered an Ofenk artoffeln mit Salat. He said to have relished it. I found the drinks served very small in quantity compared to the price. At the end of my stay there i had the feeling that it is a place to go and be once in the region.

Nice comfortable suits. Old fashioned bar in the lower floor. Drinks were kind of small but fine. Also got a bigger room in the back for events like marriages and other stuff. All in all nice location

Super schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die Chefin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Gemütliche und saubere Zimmer. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Der Biergarten ist sehr einladend, leider war ich nur eine Nacht (Ruhetag in der Gaststätte). Danke für den fantastisch schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren gestern mit 3 Personen in der Erftruhe zum Essen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen sind sehr groß. Die Getränke waren kalt und immer schnell auf dem Tisch. Der Service ist einfach nur toll. Sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Erftruhe verfügt über einen tollen Biergarten. Wir kommen wieder und können uns nur für den schönen Abend bedanken.
