Cashier staff are so rude. When i reject the extra insurance for the items their behaviour suddenly change. Looks like they are motivated to earn extra commission.

This is one of the biggest Saturn outlets I have ever visited. The place is huge. It has lot of products with great prices as well. The staff are quiet helpful in answering the questions. But when I visited recently, the topmost floor was closed and was not allowed to enter. It was not that crowded on a Saturday morning. I have visited this place multiple times.

It's on multiple floors, but not very deep. There's a variety of items (music, games, appliances, laptops, etc.), but they are very expensive and selection is limited. The games floor was probably the most interesting with their life-sized statues. I didn't have any interaction with staff.

This store is a heaven for anyone who is interested in electronics. They have each floor (at least a half) dedicated for each category, from home appliances, TVs, computers to speakers. The prices are not cheap, but you will find some good deals if you visit.

The biggest Saturn shop that I have seen. This shop has everything for your electronics needs- home appliances, laptops, TVs, and even accessories like phone cover, etc. We were particularly impressed by one of the staff members who explained us about the working of various vacuum cleaners, price comparisons, buying options etc. Great service indeed!

We had a great experience at this store. The processing was quick and and everything was handled exceptionally well. Not to forget, it was possible only with the help of Mr.Ghennem and Mrs.Stolla. Terribly incompetent shop staff! Very lazy, not knowing anything, inattentive. Can't help with product search. We asked them about the availability and for some reason the employee took us to the hall and showed us a completely different product and said "yours are not here." Lol. We had to ask to see the goods in the database, the employee himself did it very lazily and reluctantly. The product was not found. We asked him if he could look at other Saturn stores. He said that they do not have a single base. Haha! Okay, we went out and bought from another store. If Saturn is interested in good sales, you should hire people who are INTERESTED in the job! Not lazy people.

Horrible costumer service. We have been dealing with a online team in order to make sure we were purchasing the right equipment and they ended up re-directing us to the local store in Düsseldorf to arrange the delivery. Once we arrived at the store they gave us a complete different information about our items and nothing would be delivered as scheduled. Besides the rudeness and lack of training in how to deal with a costumer, the store team basically said they don’t care at all about any of the information was given to us. Next time Amazon it is…

At this shop explained me that, by German law, when a product displays a price tag the vendor is not obligated to sell it for that price, he can charge whatever he wants. At this shop most of items is offered for a different price than the one that will be charged and they simply don't care because they can do that.

The location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. It was very helpful to be able to explain what I was looking for to them in English. They offered a variety of options and reasonable prices.
