    We were directed by 5 staff members standing at the entrance to stand around a table and wait. So we waited and waited and waited and then we left all whilst the staff members at the entrance continued to just stand there doing nothing. South Africa’s istores are far superior when it comes to service and customer care. Total waste of time and very aggravating.

    Super nice employees, everything available for you to play with and dozens of helpful staff around you to answer your questions. I also like the payment system as there’s no actual kassa and therefore no waiting. They also send you the receipt by email instead of printing it.

    Bad Service. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro and was there today to pick up my phone. Although I was there at the right time and the timing is just 15 minute for one order but when i asked the guy at the pick up place he asked me to wait but he seemed dont want to serve me, i had to wait for about 30min but he was continuously serving another and letting me out.

    Not even one star worth, it has nothing to do with a customer experience, and from the beginning of the door very unfriendly, not willing to help disaster. Never again I have to admit Samsung does better service..

    Worst Apple Store ever! I had a problem with my camera in iPhone 14 Pro max. I made appointment and senior executive from online apple support confirmed that I have problem with my device and you can replace it apple store. when i went to apple store after travelling 60 km, they send me to first floor and there was a lady with blonde hair and long fingernails-she didn't want to see or hear my problem and she started apple diagnostics and tole me that she found nothing and everything is fine in very rude way! I even told her that what senior executive told me from online apple support and gave my complain ID to check conversation with online Apple support as well as i showed her video proof of the problem of my camera. firstly she didn't want to listen it and then she rudely asked me that "then tell him again and get your device replaced, go to online help or online apple support" it was ridiculous that i had to travel many Kilometers to apple store and got an answer like that. then what a point in visiting apple store? rudest staff i have ever seen at apple store! will never come again!

    They wouldn't let me into the store, they said that my vaccination certificate was not valid because I'm Brazilian. I had a vaccine from Pfizer which is made in Germany, what's the problem? Lack of respect for the customer.

    Worst Apple Store I have been to. Couldn’t pick up my replacement phone on time due to quarantine. They refused to arrange an extended pick up date. Def/ the worst customer service ever.

    Worse service ever from an Apple Store. Manager - who said “we don’t work with names”, refusing to identify himself - would not even attempt to listen and try to find a resolution to the issue which one of his own employees created.

    A complete DISGRACE!!! Employees are Cocky, Spoiled and Rude! You want to get a Apple phone , their answer is: Come early in the morning, put your name on the appointment list, if they have it, you will get it. A complete comedy!!!! They prepare TAX Free documents incompletely. Germany will show you any difficulty Tax Free process in paying the refund. very good tactic

    I just got told lies! Some Dennis working there told me that he will send in my macbook for harware (keyboard) repair and Apple would cover the expenses (554€). 2 days later I get notified that also other issues were found with my computer and thus the macbook cannot be fixed anymore without me paying now 554€ + 445€ for the new issue = 999€ for a completely new device. They know they are Apple and they can do anything they want. Very unfortunate.

    Unfriendly staff compared to many other Apple stores I’ve visited. I waited 20 mins in an almost empty store for a few angry staff chitchatting. When I asked politely again for help I was told “let us finish our work first”. Definitely not Apple customer service level. This was today at 3:00pm.

    Calling Apple Store cologne Leads to an endless phone waiting list and out of the sudden a voice says here’s the end and hangs up. Really frustrating! At the beginning I was positive about the store, but so far the support hasn’t been successful

    These guys will wriggle out of doing a warranty repair like a snake wriggling out of the grass! Despite the fact that they are legally obligated to carry out the repair free of charge under EU legislation, they repeatedly told me it is only a paid service and will cost €200! Then they try to sell me an Apple Care plan… I left the store making sure the snakes hadn’t wriggled into my pockets to grab my wallet on my way out! After talking on the live chat service on the Apple site, I’ll be getting the repair carried out as expected, the device picked up from my home and posted back to me. Good to know for the future. Wouldn’t recommend this store, if you have no choice, bring your safari gear with you and some anti venom just in case! 🐍🐍🐍

    There was a problem with the screen of my phone and when I took it, they replaced the screen for free within 2 hours, I was very pleased. (It was free because my phone was under warranty*)

    Interesting experience. You get to the store and find out you can't buy anything without an appointment.. ok.. fair enough.. come back in an hour. One hour later, great you have an appointment, please stand over there.. 20 minutes later, still nothing.. by the bored looks and people waiting we were not the only ones. good to know it's all about customer experience here! Edit: after 30 minutes a very nice and helpful lady explained us everything about the product.. kudos.. when we wanted to actually buy nothing was in stock though 🤣

    Customer centric and omnichannel don’t have any meaning here. I expect a premium service from Apple no matter where in the world. When I have purchased a Macbook Pro 16 and i had to go three times to the store just because the cable didn’t work after 2 months. Applecare sent me to store while store says they don’t work without appointment. By the way teach your staff a bit more than holding a tablet in hand and asking if people have appointments! Then answer to a simple issue of a cable is we don’t have enough technicians! Well in all other countries people can do much more than!

    Excellent friendly service. Products that you can buy there are as you expect from Apple. Went to the Apple store to see a demo model of MacBook Air M2 in space grey since the Apple Store is the only place where you can see demo models in all colors unlike Saturn and MediaMarkt.

    Really bad customer service. They asked me make an appointment, I did and got there few minutes earlier. After waiting for 30min, no one showed up and the few people arranging the schedule asked me to wait more. I got tired and my 1.5yr old baby needed my attention outside. I even went to one of the 3 people making the appointments to cancel mine and the answer was: “not needed, you can go”. That’s it.

    They decided to send my computer to repair after clearly seeing the problem with my new MacBook bought less than a month ago, did nothing told me they weren’t going to do anything since my MacBook Pro had nothing, I have apple care, it’s worth nothing, wouldn’t recommend it. My MacBook is now the same, same problems, same low quality materials used by Apple that malfunction even when new, note that.

    Worst customers support I have ever experienced. Rude personnel, waiting time extending and extending (15 min although there were nearly no people in the shop), the guy with mustache at the entrance: “change your mood, it’s your choice to wait or not, you can get out”. Thank you!!

    I had appointment to change the display of my iPhone 6 Plus, but after long time driving and walking to reach Apple shop in the Köln city center told me the guy in apple bar there that sorry apple doesn’t produce display for iPhone 6 Plus anymore!!!!! Apple know why I am coming, Why I get that before in email or sms or any new Technology way , if you like to drive the future you need to be accurate like the Quartz inside your phones.

    Great store, there’s everything you need. If you decide to buy, approach someone from the team, there’s no unified place of purchase. Special thanks goes to David, who went above and beyond! Will be happy to come back, they mentioned there’s also battery diagnostics, etc here.

    On Saturday, I was in the store and requested an appointment. My appointment was on Tuesday at 15:00. At the same time, I was in the store to repair my phone, but the reception staff did not find my name on the appointment list and did not care about the matter. The store is an hour and I work during the week and I can't take another break to fix my phone I am very disappointed ☹️

    Pretty crowded and difficult to find staff members which are able to assist. Also I called in advance to request the availability of the iPhone 13promax and was told that it is available. After having driven there we were informed that it has been sold out for weeks- very disappointing experience.

    In general everybody we talked to was kind. That is why I give 3 stars instead of 1. Apple, you need to give better education to your staff. I now more about your product and what can you do with it then your staff. Also I would like to give a big 0 for the sales skills. Ended up buying from somewhere else.
