An sich war ich über den Preis sehr überrascht und hab direkt zugesagt. Leider war hier die Parkplatzgebühr nirgends angegeben und 15€ ist meiner Meinung nach Wucher. Das Personal zeigt definitiv null Interesse und ist mit einfachen Fragen stets überfordert gewesen. Da ich aber einfach nur meinen Aufenthalt genießen wollte bin ich auf mein Zimmer hochgegangen um zu schlafen da mein nächster Arbeitstag ein ziemlich stressiger sein wird... Schlafen ist hier unmöglich da alle 3-4 Minuten ein Zug oder ne Dampfwalze ziemlich lautstark vorbeifährt. Fazit: Spart euch euer Geld oder sucht euch eine bessere Gegend aus!

Hotel is not that much good as per price. Staff is very good but the rooms are very small and lighting is the main problem which i felt here while my stay. Lights inside room is very dull. If you like to travel by tram then you have to walk at-least 800 meters from hotel.

Ugh - awful. I stayed here on a business trip for 4 days and this was one of the cheapest hotels available at around £105. This hotel should be charging about £20 - I wouldn't make my dog stay in this place. List of issues: - Next to main road - Next to train track - Dirty; seriously dusty and stains everywhere - 2nd floor room; there were silverfish (like cockroaches) in the bottom of the shower basin - One single bed sheet with one single pillow for a double bed room - One towel - One light bulb - No decoration, beige/stained walls I'm only giving one star because the front of house staff were really polite and spoke a number of different languages. Honestly it felt like a prison, I actually went to another hotel on the third night and paid out of my own pocket because I just couldn't stand the hotel. I've fed back to the business that this type of hotel isn't acceptable under any circumstance. Avoid at all costs.

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr lieb, aber das Hotel ist leider so gereicht empfehlenswert. Parkplatz kostet extra. Kein Duschgel, kein Shampoo auf dem Zimmer. Tourismus Pauschale sollte auch vor Ort zusätzlich noch gezahlt werden. Sehr hellhörig zur Straße hin. Gebt lieber etwas mehr aus für eine andere Unterkunft

Das Zimmer und der Flur haben stark nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Außerdem war das Zimmer dreckig. Die Tapete sah aus, als wenn daran gespuckt worden ist. Das WC war schmutzig. Sehr unangenehm. Der Teppich im Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Wir haben aufgrund des Geruches mit offenem Fenster versucht zu schlafen. Die Straße war sehr laut. Dieses Hotel ist in Köln sicher günstig. Rechnet man noch die 15 Euro Parkgebühr und 13 Euro pro Person für das Frühstück mit Aufbackbrötchen dazu, kommen wir in einen Bereich, wo wir ein besseres Hotel buchen sollten. Dieses Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Eher eine Absteige.

Clean rooms. Friendly receptionist was super helpful. Walking distance to metro station. Elevator exist.

You get what you pay for. Was pretty happy with what I got. Sometimes you will hear loud sounds of the trains, so not the best place if you're not a heavy sleeper

Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken und war dreckig, dazu kommt noch der Lärm von den Zügen nachts. Der Inhaberin ist dies völlig egal, Hauptsache, es wird bezahlt. Bloß Finger weg! Sucht euch lieber ein schönes Hotel, wo man sich noch freundlich um Gäste kümmert.

Ich bin nicht zufrieden. Parkplatz kostet 15€ extra pro Nacht und ein Hund 10€. Von beidem ist auf der Website nichts ersichtlich. Dort wird mit „Free Wifi“, „Hunde erlaubt“ unf „Parkplätze“ geworben. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es nicht in der Nähe. Zimmer siehe Bilder: Es ist grundsätzlich sauber, aber eben in die Jahre gekommen und nicht modern. Zu Zeiten des Telefons habe ich wahrscheinlich noch nicht gelebt. Auf dem Bett lag eine kleine Packung Gummibärchen und das Fenster war zum Lüften geöffnet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war in Ordnung. Freundlich ja, aber eben nicht herausstechend und eher wortkarg. Ich wurde von eben diesem Personal direkt vor dem Check-In gesehen, wie ich zu meinem geparkten Auto gehe (hat wohl die Kennzeichen kontrolliert - mit mit meinem Auto waren es 2 Autos) und dann gefragt, ob ich mit dem Auto angereist wäre und das extra kosten würde. Hat sich etwas nach einer Fangfrage angehört. Frühstück habe ich nicht mitgebucht. Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sehr leeren Eindruck und es ist extrem laut. Letzteres ist wohl der Lage zu schulden. Schlafen bei gekipptem Fenster ist so nicht möglich. Auch durch die alten Fenster kommt noch viel Lärm. Viel Lärm produziert auch der Abzug im Bad, welcher aber zum Glück nach kurzer Zeit von selbst abschaltet.

A very sad hotel. I was unlucky enough to get a room facing the rail tracks, and there's a very unfortunate track junction which makes them very loud. At night there's a train every 30 mins which woke me up. Personally I wouldn't stay here again.

Clean friendly, budget, basic. Ideal. Friendly staff, a great room. I read a few previous reviews. Honestly, I can't believe what people are used to, for that price. Some people are never satisfied I suppose.

The second we entered the lobby, we were told to sit down in a very rude manner, without us even having the time to say we have a booking or anything. If I didn't go to the reception, no one would have approached us from the sitting area. The twin bed room was okay, but one of them was a double bed...and it's the smallest 2-people bed you can imagine. Outside temperature was 4 degrees and we had to take a cold shower in the evening, with no one at the reception that could help us. We complained to someone when we returned at 4am, and by 11am the hot water was working.

It was the nicest servis on Earth!!! I am glad, that they were opened in the middle of the night. There was no problem to book a room at 5:30, it saved my life!

Gut auf dem Weg gelegenes Hotel eher am Rand der Stadt. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und die Preise mehr als Fair. Auch Platz für ein Fahrrad hat es drinnen, nur zu empfehlen!

Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms untidy, there are silverfish where I stayed. Broken shower door. Room good enough for sleeping and eating, but that's pretty much it. Not worth it for the price.
