Terminvereinbarung ging fix. Vorwarnung für längere Wartezeit war vorhanden. Buch + Wasser eingepackt. Die Dame vorne war sehr nett. Auf einem Tablet sollte ich alle benötigten Daten eintragen. Spart viel Verwaltungsarbeit. Sehr cool. Wurde recht schnell zum Arzt gerufen. Ebenfalls sehr freundlich und aufklärend unterwegs. Danach gings zur Blutabnahme in ein liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Zimmer mit netter Mitarbeiterin und bunten Farben an der Pinnwand. Nach ca. einer Stunde war ich raus und warte brav auf die Ergebnisse. Auch positive Erlebnisse sollte man festhalten. Danke für den guten & kurzen Aufenthalt.

Meine 3 Töchter mussten heute zur Blutabnahme - alle mit 'Angst' und dem Hang zum kollabieren. Selten sind wir aber auf so kompetentes Personal getroffen. Fachlich 1a und seeeehr empathisch!!!! DANKE!!!!

Habe versucht ein Termin wegen mein Thrombos zu bekommen. Am Telefon wurde ich von der Sprechstundenhilfe falsch beraten und kam mir durch meine Lage verarscht vor. Anders kann ich mich diesbezüglich nicht ausdrücken,wenn es um lebenswichtige Maßnahmen geht. Wenn mir mein Körper jetzt diesbezüglich alarm mitteilt,renn ich lieber sofort ins Krankenhaus. Der eine Stern ist nur für ein Artz der mich fachkundig beriet.
