The beauty is that you can just drive in and a camera-based systems takes care of your digital ticket (tied to your license plate). You can pay later by just entering your license plate numbers (works with wireless payments). Easy and comfortable.

Very modern (it can read automatically the license plate number from the car). The park spaces are wide, the building is clean - one of the best parking garage in Frankfurt.

Had an awful experience! Paid for the hour then had to quickly spend extra time. After I had already paid €2.50 and had a receipt, I asked at the kassa will I need to pay more? They said the machine will show the amount. I then checked with the numberplate paying system if i should or could pay more and the machine said I had nothing to pay. When i went to the barrier, the barrier would not open and told me to pay an extra €2.50 for the extra 5 minutes, causing a huge queue behind me. Really unhelpful behaviour from staff blaming me for not paying extra....even though machine told me I had nothing to pay! To avoid this stress make sure you didn't spend too long preparing to leave because the stupid machine does not tell you anything useful.

Typically smells like excrement everywhere. This parking is dark, dirty and narrow. I try avoiding to park here. This place urgently needs to be restored!

Great wide parking spaces and really clean. Really stupid parking ticket system. Make sure you remember your plate number and pay otherwise you’ll be stuck.

Compare with other parking place in frankfurt center, i think, Car Park is more modern and cheaper place. Everything going automatically, you just need to remember your Car Plate number:)). Don’t need care about any ticket.

You can only pay in cash here. They have generously put an ATM next to the ticket machines though, probably out of bad conscience. The high prices can be explained with the central location, less so the old lifts and the worn off building.

The entrance gate automatically opens without taking the parking ticket... When you pay, just enter your plate number at the machine.

Ticket machine does not accept cards and 50 euro notes and ATM standing next to it takes extortionate commission from Giro cards. Update: some of the ticket machines now take cards.

Parked here once to go to main tower restaurant! Great central spot and my X5 fit no problem. Get there early though

This new parking payment system is a highlight. The only pb is the long waiting line of cars on weekends. The spaces are well labeled and spaced out 😊. Good parking experience

If you can't find a parking place, then this is your choice. Multi-level parking with elevators and electronic payment card.

The car parking is in a good location.

Located in the Center of Frankfurt, it‘s a good parking spot if you come by car here. Galeria Kaufhof is just minutes by, tons of restaurants/cafes around. The downside is that I can‘t pay the parking ticket by card which is a shame. And the parking spaces are quite narrow.
