Massive hardware store with lots of isles. You will most probably find everything that you are looking for. You have the option to buy online and pick it from the store or have it delivered to you, whatever suits you best. I give it 4 stars for the only fact that the prices are a bit high. The overall quality is great. Would definitely recommend for both diy's and professionals.

Horrible experience... In nearly every aisle there is stuff parked waiting to be either put into the displays or to be taken away. Really hard to navigate with your shopping cart or baby stroller. Management should speak with the employees about keeping it tight and tidy... A lot of articles were in places were other customers seemed to have dropped them as they realized this was the wrong thing. It is a very unorganized store. Only reason to have two instead of one stars: employees were helpful

This is the place for Hobbyists and hand workers if you need a nail or a plant you can find it here if you own a business or a house, apartment you can get a 10% discount there don't forget to check the bakery for a nice hot brötchen.

It's expensive. You can buy the some things in other places for less money.

this is absolutely rude and unprofessional store. information center / people are not willing to help and try to fool their customers. They insist they don't want to speak English and asked me in English why I don't speak in German. ok, I know people can be real rude and unfriendly sometime but if I can speak German I will try. and as a customer I would expect help instead of challenging my German skills. what is worse is when I finally explained what needed, they start to play with me, ask me to go to the place far away. however, I was just guided by another person to come here.
