In
the
dental
service,
I
have
been
the
victim
of
a
lack
of
respect
for
my
privacy
as
a
patient,
since
between
3
and
5
assistants
entered
during
the
consultation.
The
general
dentistry
professional
who
attends
from
7
am
to
12
pm
shows
a
non-resolving
attitude
and
seems
to
be
predisposed
to
any
patient
who
expresses
a
complaint.
The
team
of
assistants
has
also
proven
to
be
unresolved
and
has
a
conflictive
and
unprofessional
attitude.
Any
problem
that
arises,
whether
in
person
or
on
the
phone,
tends
to
be
addressed
aggressively.
Additionally,
I
have
been
ignored
through
media
like
WhatsApp.
It
is
important
to
highlight
that
the
staff
does
not
show
a
willingness
to
solve
problems,
tends
to
raise
their
voices
and
does
not
show
respect
towards
patients.
In
short,
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
at
all
for
dental
services,
unless
it
is
specialized
dentistry.
In
addition,
the
institution
seems
to
have
difficulties
in
skills
to
attend
to
dental
emergencies
and
customer
service
in
general,
which
is
reflected
in
the
lack
of
patients.
They
provide
no
reasons
to
return
or
recommend
their
general
dentistry
services.
Additionally,
it
appears
to
be
impossible
to
communicate
with
your
coordinator
or
supervisor.
