I avoided treating a root canal for several years; before going to Dr. Chrinos's place, I visited other specialists that were not able to do the right diagnose ( I had an infection in the root of my teeth that had been ignored and mistreated ). Dr. Chirinos explained the options and what procedures should be done to save the teeth by every step. I was able to get an apicectomy with short notice, making very productive my stay in Colombia, and most importantly, receiving the attention I needed to save my teeth. They also take customer service to the next level, considering how stressful and traumatic it can be for some of us going to the dentist. In my visit, I got a face mask, a stress ball, and aromatherapy 🧖‍♀️

Unfortunately I was in need of a root canal treatment while travelling and because of her good reviews I chose Dra Amdie. I got an appointment immediately and the doctor herself and also her employees where very kind and professional. I brought a translator which was not needed because Dra Amdie speaks English, which is very rare in Colombia and overall Latin America. I felt very comfortable during the treatment and I was relieved that I didn’t feel any pain. Dra Amdie did the root canal treatment in one session so we could continue travelling through Colombia. I got the treatment checked in Germany and my dentist said that it was done perfect. After the appointment I could also ask Dra Amdie questions via WhatsApp and they responded very quick. I think European doctors should take her as an example for good work and customer service.

There are no words to describe what they have done for me. Simply spectacular! I came to Dr. Amdie because one of my teeth was fractured, and in approximately a year and a half. We dedicated ourselves to recovering everything: I went through cavity removal, wisdom teeth extraction, orthodontic treatment, canine extraction and subsequent implant placement with guided surgery plus temporary crown, and the last procedure, whitening. All in a year and a half 😱 and the INCREDIBLE results! Zero complications after each procedure, zero pain. The entire team is super professional and friendly, Dr. Amdie is very careful, attentive to explaining every detail. I really give it all the points that can be given 😍 and this is said by someone who is terrified of dentists.

Dr. Chirinos is not only an excellent professional, a master of her craft; but also one of a kind human being. She sincerely cares for the outmost well-being of her patients. I highly recommend her.
