BOUGHT A BRAND NEW LAPTOP TO SEE ITS A FAKE REESSEMBLED LAPTOP CHEETING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS !!! I HAVE COMPLAINED THEM TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS. They sold me a Brand New DELL Laptop & Desk Top which was found out to be all reassembled with fake spare parts saying its original. To see their products are all reassembled with second hand recycled parts. Didnt even work 1 week and the laptop burnt. They refused to honor warrantee saying its an Electrical fault and not a product fault. The owner is cunning who hides under the desk when i went to inquire several times I have taken steps to remove their trade license for cheating. Do not fall into their trap. Try another better store.

Very poor service... Not recommended. Prices are cheap but worst customer service .. do not buy fake products from them😬, don't even know how to talk to a customer. Not gonna last long. It's a nightmare to get a repair done . Really disappointed. My advise go to a reputed place . Thank you...

Very bad after sales service. The service desk staff is rude and not attentive. [UPDATE]: The shop owner reviewed my issue and ensured to take actions on their end. This is appreciated. Updating to 4 stars, not 5, because they tried to sell me a used a TP Link wifi range extender (no box) with full warranty claiming it's brandnew on my next visit. But the product was dirty was clearly used, hence why the original box wasn't there. I will continue to buy from them with extra precaution. [UPDATE] They delivered a UPS within an hour. Fast delivery. 5 stars

MM Sri Lanka or the Sri Lankan iT store is situated in the less busier parts of Nugegoda, down in the Stanley Thilakaratne Mawatha, exactly opposite the people's bank. They have all sorts of computers, laptops, laptop accessories, cables, and other related items. I visited the store to see what laptop backpacks are available, and seems they have good quality Dell laptop backpacks. HP ones however hadn't been received yet. But they were supposed to get them the following day. Roadside parking. Friendly and efficient service by the shopkeeper. You can also try their e-store. They do deliver.

Absolutely great customer service. I was urgently require a toner cartridge and I just contacted them on phone. So they arranged immediate delivery the product to my door step within 3 hours. I'm happy for the service and I'll buy again from them.

You can find the electronic items that you are looking for, but I recently learn that warranty claims are not handled professionally, they are nitpicking for reasons to decline warranty claims, for me they said rust on an exposed side of a device proves that it had water damage. I tried to explain how hard it is to protect an exposed (no paint and laser cut edges of steel) side from rust in Colombo when it didn't have any manufacturer applied protective paint on the exposed side. He tried to prove they have computer shops in unity plaza and etc which are in CMB, I said it's a shop with glass doors and fully Air-conditioned but he didn't understand anything, I realized no point trying to explain him as he lacked basis sense, he called the agent and informed him that my unit has rust on the exposed side, he was planting the water damage idea on the agent's head. Also please note this place is not related to Metropolitan Sri Lanka in anyway, and seems many (including myself) initially misunderstood this for Metropolitan Sri Lanka) Not a trust worthy place Update : The owner contacted me on this regards and extended his apologies for any bad experience that I might have had at their office. Appreciate the effort they took to look into the issue, and hope in future the experience would be pleasant
