Flamingo House has the most craziest, contrasting over the top kind of ambience which is vibrant and funky. We really loved the passion and mint juice, village spiced crab curry with toasted bread & coconut sambol, Flamingo rice with crab & prawns and beef burgers with spiced potato wedges. We enjoyed the food and drinks. Service was good. Food was a bit pricey. Roughly about 2000/- per head with basic juice and main course.

Very beautiful and calm place for a dinner. Best place for date. Very friendlier and well mannered staffs. This place is best for a relaxing in the busy city life. If you wanna have a good dinner from starters to desserts , I recommend this place for you. Overall it’s a good place to try on.

This restaurant is situated in the Colombo 07. It is a favorite hangout for a date. The decor is a stunning mix of vintage colours. Every table provides a pricacy. Diners without reservation are also invited comfortably. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to youngsters and adults alike. I share in pictures all me and my friend had. They were all exquisite. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The award-winning chefs use the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are simply delightful. The restaurant also offers a wonderful drink menu, and they offer one of the best in the region. In contrast, however, the service was of the highest quality. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is brilliant.

A beautiful place with a different environment. The five star rating I gave is mainly because of the courtesy of the staff and their well mannered service. It is a plus point that they have a wide range of liquor and non alcoholic beverages.There is adequate range of starters and mains for a dinner. However there’s a few dessert options to choose from. We ordered a toddy chicken and a roasted duck breast with red wine sauce. The food served quicker than we expected and the presentation was also good. Portion size was average and adequate. Food tasted good but the duck breast was a little too dry. If you wanna have a good dinner from starters to desserts except liquor, expect to spend approximately 3500 per person. Overall it’s a good place to try on.

Amazing place! Reminds me of a ginger bread house with all the antiques in it. Great place to chill with friends. The club functions on Fridays and Saturdays and has a really cool atmosphere. Update on June 10, 2017 - very romantic place for food! Really tasty food too. Bit on the expensive side but recommended! Waiter was charming too. However, noticed something strange at the bar / club. My friends were waiting outside (2nd floor) smoking and drinking and the waiters kept on staring at us and constantly asking for the payment of the bill after every round of drinks. They kept on roaming around us like we were doing something wrong. No idea what exactly we were doing wrong since none of them confronted us.

Flamingo Housesl is the best place to gain a unique dining experience. The interior designing of the restaurant is amazing that I was brought in to a beautiful island. All of them collectively made a very pleasant atmosphere to enjoy every single moment. 🤠

We had a great dinner here. OTT in a great way is the only way to describe this place. Staff are very friendly. Foods great. A must do if your in town. Great bar upstairs. Read the romantic myth when you arrive. A very romantic spot.

For an amazingly romantic dinner on your anniversary I definitely recommend this place ! Everything is so unique to this place and food is yummy as well ! It's expensive but an experience you won't forget !

First of all I loved the interior and exterior design of the place. They have a lovely bar on the first floor. Food was exquisite. And the staff was very friendly and supportive. It's a good place for a romantic dinner. Prices are a bit high. But it was totally worth it.

This is a place that were waiting to visit for a while and here we are 😍 very cozy place with unique interior design, like it says their own story. you must read the table mat for that 😉 Anyway what i’m telling you is that ☞ place is different. They have a open bar area with different cozy corners which gives you space to have a private chat 💭 within the open area. I must say the interior is superb. The service is nice friendly. . . . They have varieties of food but i recommend their own special dish “Flamingo Rice” (LKR 1800/-)if you a spice person, if not yet i recommend you that, try it. You never gonna get the same elsewhere. 🥰

Worst food.Only the ambience was good and colorful. When talking about the food, the "Flamingo Rice" is not tasty at all, the Burger Bun was too dry and the Shrimps were undercooked. One of the worst dining experiences ever in my life. No one else was there except us which might also because of the poor quality of food.Total waste of money and would not recommend to anyone.

I have eaten at Flamingo House quite few times and the reason I always come back is delicious food (I am a big fan of their Salmon w mash potatoes and Chicken Biryani), consistency and caring professional staff. Even though I don't drink alcohol often, I can never say no to amazing cocktails at Love Bar.

Not as nice as the appearance. Only 1 person available to serve. Most of the items we asked for weren't available and he took a long time to prepare and bring the drinks to the table. Not a single customer was in sight. Judging from these, I decided to not order any food items.

Be careful spoiled foods are available at the restaurant. They screw my lunch.

On Wednesdays from 4-7 ladies get a few selected cocktails for free. But all these cocktails which I had were diluted. You couldn't taste a single drop of alchohol in them. And the bar tender who was making our cocktails had to constantly refer the recipe which slowed him down and we had to wait a long time to get our drinks.
