Hotels rates are cheap and good for budget travellers specially for sole and couples it's good.. family too is fine and price is reasonable and cafeteria is there

Place is very clam..but not professional staff..Hot water heater broken as they mention ....when you ask for something they have hundred reason..may be good for the cheap birthday parties...

Went in the evening for a birthday party and Its near the arpico super at wellawatta. Welcomed in a well manner and showed me the correct floor. Very helpfull staff. You can get the 1st floor for a medium size party. Can be packed with 80 to 100 people. Can't see there is a place like this.

Not working hot water...... We informed about that..... But not conserdering that.... They have many reasons to ignoring.... Poor service

Hall is good for mini conference and parties. Food is not bad for the money.

You can organize any function in this hotel .. its really nice. They have good staff .. very neat place in wellawatta

Used to be omega inn. Good food. Average taste. A good place to freshen up while roaming the roads.

The Spice and Ice restaurant in the ground flour of Omega regency is good place to dine it. Very reasonable price, good food, good service. I ordered Lamprise- it may be served without the plastic thing wrap- that will be good for environment in a long term..I think they have started this resultant recently, so they’ll improve minor things easily. I’ll could rate about 4.5. I wish to came back again.

An OK place to eat. A glassy restaurant. Outsiders can see everyone inside (no frosted glass) unless covered by curtain. Don't go if you are starving, as you have to wait a little. Only 1 waiter serves all tables most of the time. Dessert options are bad. Ambience is not good either. It can be a little warm during day time.

Got a kettle and tea bags (not fresh) and no coffee and milk (powdered)

Food was good but service was very poor. They didn't even have enough water glasses for 40 people and it took around an hour to serve food.

Reasonable price, for the money you can't expect more.
