Ordered from here through Uber Eats. I must say it was quite disappointing to get a sandwich with out the advertised ingredients in it. There was hardly any baba ghanoush, which was the main reason for me to order this wrap. There wasnt any grilled eggplants but lots of cucumbers. First time I ordered and this will be the last time too. Dont advertise what you cant deliver!

Did a transaction 5 months ago.. They punched my credit card twice. Bank did not.reverse my transaction but no friendly response from owner though... So I was charged twice... Anyway good place to hang out.. Good healthy food though..

I went for a dinner with few of my friends. Actually, cafe ambiance is really nice and we really enjoyed the place. We have ordered few bread sandwiches and they are good. It can accommodate around 25 people at a time. Located in a good place. There is no dedicated parking though; you can park on the road side. Overall, we enjoyed the dinner with sandwiches and mocktails.

And trust me I have been to many. I am an health conscious person when it comes to eating but don’t believe I should have compromise how good food should taste, otherwise you will just end up cheating and eating unhealthily. Healthy food and drink served in a casual atmosphere. The menu is a little limited especially in terms of vegetarian dishes. However what was served was great. Parking could be an issue at times.

Life food which was located in Good market premises is now moved to a building near Beira Lake which specializes in serving healthy, delicious and innovative food and drinks. They have a very extensive menu to offer and everything they’ve got on their menu is quite interesting. Tried the Berrymo smoothie as drinks and Lankan Hero for the mains. Berrymo was a mix of mango, strawberry and banana, which was flavorful and a favorite. The Lankan Hero was presented in a sweet and simple way and it tasted mouthwateringly delicious. This dish was a kottu roti, chicken curry, vegetables and egg, wrapped up in an atta roti. The kottu and curry were amazing which was hot, fresh and spicy with lots of chicken in it. Life food is a tiny little cafe which consists of 2 more floors upstairs. They have a very homely atmosphere. The place is designed by white walls with exposed bricks, wooden floor and furniture and artificial plants and flowers here and there. The staff is cheerful and polite. You need to order at the counter and they bring food and drinks pretty quickly to your table and the prices are absolutely honest which is all inclusive of taxes and service charges where you don’t have to pay them separately. They are daily open from 8am-10pm. If you want to have a snack and kill some time this is the place to be. Tip : Grab yourself a seat next to a window and enjoy the view of Beira Lake, a lovely sight in the evening while sipping your favorite drink

Good place to have healthy food in colombo. All the meals are overpriced. But the quality of the food and beverages are very good.

Have been here for many times because it is nearby but the service is getting worse. Price is going up and the dishes getting smaller. For example. Food cup use to be my favorite, but size shriked from starbuck coffee size to only half. This is last time to come here. There are more and more options available, Life food not in my list any more

Great place! Healthy and delicious food and drinks. Would recommend the peanut butter and Nutella smoothie if you wanna try something fancy. Overall it's a great place to dine and chill.

Unique menu, quite affordable. The ambiance is really great as well! The service is a bit slow. Coming after one year: updated from 4 to 3 stars. sandwiches are still yummy! However, the service has not changed and is still slow. In fact the waiters are ruder when it comes to interacting with guests.

An awesome place if you're looking to eat healthy, located in Perahera Mawatha. They have a selection on healthy food options to choose from which surprisingly tastes pretty good. They also have a wide variety of smoothies that tastes good and are supposedly good for you as well.
