    Pizza Kesbawa branch isn’t too busy at lunchtime. Good location, enough spaces for parking. Only downside is pizza toppings are lesser compared to most of other Pizza outlets.

    Please is not much crowded around 6PM. Staff is nice. Have a small car park. Very quick service around thay time.

    I have give 5 star 3 years ago but today i am giving 1 star because the quality is very low recently. Today I ordered 2 pizzas 1 for kids- thanduri chicken and 1 BBq chicken. But the thunduri chicken came as thin crust pizza which children can not eat. I didn’t order thin crust because children can not eat ad we do jot prefer that. Really disappointed.

    Ruined my first day of 2022.I ordered my order at 8:45pm,said it was dispatched at 9:15pm,driver called at 9:30,got the order at 10:10👎👎.still it was missing one item.😤.Their excuse for everything was (to many orders).out of all the distance between the outlet and my house is like 1.5km and the driver took over 30 mins to deliver my order.worst service you can expect on day like today.

    Relocated to a new place. Weekends crowded but weekdays not too crowded. Clean and has parking. Offer varieties of pizzas.

    This is the newly opened Pizza Hut in Kesbawa close to Keels Super Kesbawa. Staff is friendly. Not crowded at 6pm and orders are served quickly. Parking space is less but you can park in close by also.

    Worst service ever on the 31st night. I placed an order via PickMe at 7:35 pm, and until 9 pm, several riders called and canceled the ride, citing Pizza Hut not being ready. I called Pizza Hut to inquire, and they explained that PickMe orders changed to ready status automatically, requiring an additional 1.5 hours to ready my order. This would make it 10:30 pm, and riders kept calling with the same message. Why accept PickMe orders if you can't handle this on the 31st? Worst customer service, and I had to cancel my order as riders faced difficulties due to your improper management. Thanks for ruining my 31st night.

    Superb delicious meal and great customer service. Clean and attractive surrounding. The staff of that outlet was very friendly and kind. They gave all information about product. After that they informed and registered us for ongoing promotion. Recommended place.

    The review is a week late, we visited Pizza Hut on the 18th November. It’s a bit special for us as it’s our toddlers first visit to a Pizza Hut. And oh boy it was indeed special for her, the nice lady who attended to our table gave her attention to our kid making her feel special. Also the staff were super friendly offering her balloons and talking to her. The food was sent on time. (It was a very busy time) and it was great as well. We all enjoyed a lot and had an amazing time. I know this might not be a big thing but you’ll surely made my kids day. Thank you and hats off for the service.

    Good location & friendly staff. Doesn't have a big space but 5+ families can dine in without an issue. Only thing is the AC takes a little while to cool the dine in area . Food is also good and upto pizza hut standard. Parking available for 4-5 vehicles with ease.

    Amazing customer service from the lady who work at the piliyandala outlet. Today i sneaked in right before closing about 10:56 pm they all welcomed me and again the amazing lady took my order and i was waiting out side while she mopping the floor. Once my order is ready she took my order and gave it to me with a good smile i know she must be very tired but her smile made me to put this review before i eat. She is very kind and humble even to Check the beverage bottle cool or not. Wow❤️🙏. It’s a shame i couldn’t ask her name but next time i will ask for sure. Thanks you so much.     Had a great time there it was a good place and really neat. And a good place to enjoy your pizza. Service was good and pizza was excellent. And really had a good time there . Will go back and have a good time definitely.

    Our car damaged due to their mistake and didn’t even apologized on the same. Instead of that the outlet manager had threatened us saying “ do whatever you want”. They have Informed their regional manager will get back to us and still waiting for their response. For the takeaway order on that day, we had ordered it online 30 minutes before and had to wait another 20-30 minutes to collect it. When compared to other outlets, Worst experience ever.

    We ordered a Large & a Regular Pizza with a portion of cheese balls. For the Pizzas we went with the half half option on 3 flavours; Black Chicken, Tandoori Chicken & Seafood. All of them were fresh & tasty. The Pizza Bread had the right crust 😍 I liked the Black Chicken. It was full of flavour. Thank you Pizza hut!

    Not enough space and no development of infrastructure or facilities I have noticed since the pizza hut launched at this location. Also the place where it is located at present is not worth worthy enough to take its service to the public. Moreover vehicle parking is not enough and managed well. Piliyandala is a very urban area which more and more residents are living compared to other areas of the country. Hence my suggestion is to move to another good place where public can easily access with timely renovations.

    Place is small so if you are going for dine in some times you might have to wait a bit. Parking available for ~4 vehicles max so that too can be an issue. I usually order for pick up from here. Employees are not very proactive so if you hang around waiting until someone ask you what you want they will act like you are invisible. So you'll need to approch an employee and tell your need.
